| | |  Entrance Hall
 Whether you are brand new to Hogwarts or have been here a while, the Entrance Hall is always a breath-taking sight to see. Always memorable are the high ceilings, the colourful portraits on the walls, and the grand marble staircase. Various torches light the large room, keeping it nice and cozy at all times of the year. Arched windows atop the staircase, featuring the four Hogwarts Founders in all of their glory, bring in natural lighting as well.
This room branches off to the rest of the castle. If you are standing by the enormous oak doors and the House hourglasses, to the right are the doors that lead to the Great Hall. Next to them are doors that will reveal a broom cupboard and the basement corridor. Opposite is a door to a stairwell that will take you do the dungeons and another that will take you down a corridor where the staff room and other rooms can be found. Going up the marble staircase will take you to a corridor that connects to the moving staircase chamber. There is a lot to see here, so take your time exploring!

Matt walked back into the Castle munching on a raw onion. Interesting experience, if you asked him. Not bad, but he admitted it wasn't the tastier treat he had ever had either, but heyo, he was fine with that.
He momentarily stood there as he took another bite, looking up at the arched windows with the four founders. That was such an awesome view and he would never get tired of admiring his own house founder: Godric Gryffindor. What an inspiration! What a dueller! Matt hoped he could be a great a dueller as Gryffindor had once been. How awesome would that be!?

She smiled to herself and decided to head over and say hi. They'd never really gotten their whole dating app THING off the ground, just due to being busy and all that, but he was a nice kid. Plus, she wanted to do anything, ANYTHING, to distract herself from going back to studying.
She wrinkled her eyebrows as she walked up to him, however, because of...what he was eating. She paused before she grinned and approached him.
"Are you aware you're eating...an onion?" she asked him.

"Why not??" Was Matt's reply to her question. "It's not as bad as you think. You know lots of people chop it and put it in salads and things?" Raw! Yep. It wasn't that bad - just a little bit... pungent. Lol. "I bet it made him ready for ANYTHING!" If one was willing to chew on a raw onion, they'd be up for pretty much anything, he could guarantee that.
The boy blinked multiple times again. "Nah, not really. It's just really... well, onion-y. In a good way!" He added with another grin. "It makes your throat feel a bit funny. Again, in a good way." Only good things came form this, clearly.

Juniper had just finished up with practice and was heading back into the castle. It was almost dinner time, she just decided to stay down here and wait. Rather than going all the way up to the Ravenclaw tower just to drop her quidditch bag off and come all the way down back down here.
She peeked to see if anyone that she would want to eat with was inside eating yet. Actually no one was in there at all. To her surprise.
The fourth year sat her bag down at her feet and leaned against the wall. Waiting for someone she could go eat with, or her stomach said she needed to go eat.

This was nice, really from what little Juni knew about the other girl, she wasn’t surprised. She smiled a little bigger this time. She picked up her bag and threw it over her shoulder. She had been really to go in and eat since she had finished with practice.
”Sure.” She said with a nod toward the great. ”How has your day been?” She really hoped that her and Natalie would maybe start a friendship, since she need on Zita’s favorite list anymore. Plus Nat seemed like a pretty nice and cool person. Not like the picture that had been painted for her by the opinions of others.
