For convenience's sake, the office of Baek Ho-Sook, Department Head of Ecological Research and Protection, can be located just past the shared work spaces. The room is darker than it was with the previous head as Sookie prefers to use magical sources of light throughout the room to grow some of her more finicky plants. For those who are perturbed by the dimmer light of the room, there is a switch by the door to brighten the space and Sookie encourages it’s use for meetings or if anyone is coming by in order to speak with her. Throughout the room, surrounding the plants, are different bookshelves with various work related texts littered throughout as well as photos of her parents, sister and her grown nephews. In a corner one might notice a floor length mirror next to a cabinet, as Sookie keeps an armoire full of clothes for cases of emergency as appearance is quite important to her.

Her desk is in the middle of the room, with two stuffed arm chairs in front of it. Visitors are welcomed to pick a chair and help themselves to the tea and water located on the small table between the two. If you’re craving something sweet, a bowl of lollipops and caramels sit on the edge of Sookie’s desk and she is more than willing to share.
