Default Steps Down To Knockturn Alley

Off of Diagon Alley is a stairway that lead down to a darker, more sinister area known as Knockturn Alley. On this stairway are street vendors and some shops along the way. The stairs are buckled and dangerous, the way is narrow and you might just find yourself shying away from an unsavoury individual or two. Be careful you don't trip and fall, there's nobody here nice enough to help you to your feet again.

To your right as you descend the stairs you will find Arkie Alderton's Kwik-Repair Shop and if you aren't of a certain sort, that is about as far as you should ever go. At the bottom of the stairs you will reach Knockturn Alley itself, where many shops can be found and many sinister individuals frequenting them. It isn't too late to turn around ad return to Diagon Alley. From the Corner of Knockturn and Diagon Alley you can get to far safer shops with far friendlier witches and wizards manning them.

ooc: Remember that Snitchseeker site rules and the Diagon Alley rules apply at all times. Be careful how you play here. Be respectful of others and understand that measures might just be taken IC if trouble erupts. If you have any questions contact the mod in this forum: DaniDiNardo

Getting paired up to go undercover with her brother was not her favourite thing in the world. It wasn't a secret that Frankie and herself didn't get on that well. They got on like most siblings did. So pairing them together would probably cause some issues. Though, she did figure, that there was probably nobody else in the auror office that knew her like Frankie did. So maybe this would actually be a good plan. It was also one of the first times that she was going to be going under cover since she had come back from maternity leave. So she was kind of nervous, but she was also looking forward to it.

She did love going undercover though. She liked changing her appearance, and pretending to be somewhere else. "Let's hope this isn't too boring" The now blonde Grace stated as she grinned at her brother. Boring was probably safe, but she would prefer a little excitement. Just a little.

Was Frankie glad to not be sitting at a desk staring idly up at the ceiling? Yes. Was he happy to be going undercover? Yes. Was he enthused about going undercover with his sister? Not exactly. Even after all of these years, the two still didn't get along. Not to mention she was bound to be rusty after all of that time off due to maternity leave.

"Nervous?" he asked her with a snicker, his voice slightly deeper than usual, as he stepped onto the narrow stairway, giving his slightly longer and crooked nose a quick scratch before returning his hand to his large pocket. His wand was hidden there, which the short-haired-blond-gone-long-haired-red-head was more than ready to whip it out if needed. Wand number two was secured in a holster on the inside of his robes.

As they descended one step at a time, he couldn't help but roll his eyes at Grace. "I guess that'll depend on where we end up going." Odds were they weren't going to find much at Mordaunt's, but there was potential in places like the pub or even Borgin and Burkes. "Have anywhere in mind you'd like to stop at first, darling?" That just sounded weird. The things they had to do whilst undercover. But, in all seriousness, was she going to be nice and let him pick for a change?
