Just as Benjamin (Benjy) Doherty has begun to settle into his new loft, his life changes with his engagement to Sky Nightingale. Thus, this brings about changes to his home life as well. Benjy now is planning to add an addition to the loft and prepare the house for Sky to move in along with his new puppy.
Lots of changes are coming at the hit wizard's home.

Sky grinned, "Good." It was fun playing about moving, but she was fine where they were at right now. It was perfect. "That's what I said but then they started doing all these scenarios, and the what ifs are big. Something could happen. And I have been a hit wizard for a while now and maybe its time for a change." It had been a while but she had no clue how long.. Did she need to know how long to be able to reapply.
She put er hand on his hand and gave him a small smile, "Yes." Department she had not thought about that one. "I don't know somewhere not boring but where I can still help people, its why I became a hit witch in the first place. I don't know I think that our job is dangerous and were bringing a child into this world. We would still work together just not on the same floor, but I will still be able to see you." She made another attempt to smile but it became a mix of a frown and a smile. "I owled Emily and she agreed to write me a recommendation."

Benjy sighed quietly as Sky laid out what her family had said to convince her. He wanted her to be happy and comfortable but he also kinda wanted to be selfish and keep working with her. He flipped his hand so they could be hand in hand and gave his wife a small smile. "I will support any decision you make. If you want a change, go for it." He just didn't want her to leave all together.
She wanted to help people but she wanted safety and peace of mind. Benjy was slightly skeptical about the other groups being 'safe' specifically because of all the issues they had been having at the ministry, but he didn't let his wife know about his concerns. "If you worked on level three, it wouldn't be boring but it might be dangerous..." He said thinking aloud. He didn't really care what floor she was on as long as he could stop by and have lunch with her, or just see her when he wanted. "Just make sure you work somewhere that I can still see you... so no mysteries." He said with a wink.
He was glad Emily was going to write a recommendation, but he had a surprise for his wife. He kissed her gently before getting his signature 'I have something to tell you' smirk. "So... Because there's only a couple weeks left before the ministry closes for the year, I decided to take the rest of it off to spend with you to get ready for little baby Doherty." He said, grinning and waiting for his wife's reaction. | |
