Theo doesn't really like much. He likes mocking people, taunting them, and infuriating them. All of which he is extraordinarily good at. He is sarcastic nearly always, only rarely showing any conscience or guilt. After all, why should he? In comparison, he's not so bad. It's not like he's killing anybody; there's a spin on it.

He is arrogant often, though in all honesty he doesn't have much of a high self esteem. Though his esteem issues might be due to himself, because when he doesn't have anyone else to mock, he is insolent to himself. You know what they say; what goes around comes around.

He doesn't believe in karma, nor would he want to. After all, he wouldn't want it to come back around- who would?!

Okay, so he's not all that bad at heart. He can be serious sometimes, and he is incredibly loyal to his friends. The overprotective sort, you know.

Appearance:

Theo has mostly light copper colored hair with darker undertones. His eyes shift from hazel to green, though they are most often green. His skin tone is neither pale nor tan, but a happy median between the two.

History:

At a relatively young age, eleven, maybe twelve, Theo's father packed up and left. There were no good-byes, presumably because it would be too hard to explain.

In fact, no one was aware that his father was leaving. They walked up to his room one day, found the window open, the curtains blowing, his possessions gone, and a note that read, so very eloquently, "See ya".

From that day forth, Theo decided no one was really worth his caring. Or time. Politeness was pointless. Everyone screwed everyone else over.

On the train to Hogwarts, before he had even been sorted, he ran into another boy his age. The boy came from a wealthy family, and began going on about how he was going to be in Slytherin, how it would lead him to a life of power.

The hat, as it was infamous to do, began debating to Runner between putting him in Slytherin and Hufflepuff. Theo cursed at it under its breath about what he would do if it put him in Slytherin, and it finally succumbed and placed him in Hufflepuff.

Personality:
Her emotional state will shift from apathy to angry outbursts. She has a sardonic edge and a fondness for fire. It is her power-happy state which is the worst, but usually she is pretty stable.

Adrienne can be a bit hard to get to know, but she's loyal to her friends and will defend them against anything. She likes being alone, hates positive attention, and adores negative attention.

Appearance:

She's both thin and pale, and ignorant people have often mistaken her for a vampire. Her clothing style is whatever she feels like wearing at the particular moment. It often involves a lot of black and is a mishmash of different styles.

Her hair is a dark brown that borders on black, and is cut in a layered, edgy fashion, and is styled pin-straight.

Her eyes are a frozen blue. Adrienne is often unsure whether she likes her eyes or not. They're one of her best features, but there's something about them she just can't stand. They show her greatest weaknesses and insecurities, though she tries so hard to hide her emotions. How chilling they are when she's angry are the only way they've redeemed themselves to her.

History:
Her parents died when she was younger at the hand of a Ministry official, and ever since then she had come to live with her aunt. Their names were Jonathan and Annie Still.

She had always respected her parents, though she can only borderline barely remember them. She doesn't remember much, and what she does is fuzzy and vague. She prefers not to discuss it.

When she started going to Hogwarts, she continued to live with her aunt during holidays, but as time wore on they became distanced. By the age of 12 she was living at the Hogwarts and only visiting her last known living relative.

Personality:
Lydia is far from kind. Her punishments upon the students are strict and without mercy or exceptions. She does not believe in allowing them to practice any sort of magic that they might use against the Ministry, and if she teaches anything of the sort, she makes it well understood the consequence of doing such a thing. She is arrogant and cold, and it is unmistakable that she is so.

Description:
Lydia has long strawberry-blonde hair that she pulls back into a loose pony tail. Her eyes are a dark brown, and are heavily accented with bronze liner. Her skin is light, but vaguely tan. She is slim and could be pretty if she didn't always look so harsh.

Year: 5th
Wand: 11 inches, ebony, phoenix feather core.
House: Ravenclaw

Personality: Azure is a strong willed character. She has a strict set of beliefs which she will fight to the death for and she will not tolerate any disrespect or abuse from others. These beliefs include equality and tolerance of all people, as well as free will. Though Azure sees the need for people to be regulated to an extent, she finds censorship to be a crime more severe than murder. "Stealing a person's thoughts and words is worse than stopping their life for without thought, we are worse than dead." This quote of her's sums up her philosophy. Azure still respects the government and their attempts at bringing peace. Her hatred of violence is almost as strong as her loathing of censorship, so she commends the governments for their part in stopping the war and taking actions to prevent it. Still, she finds herself growing bitter with each passing day as she finds her voice trapped by the fear of those around her. Her once out spoken and willful nature has been stiffled in recent times by the fear. She will not allow herself to be silenced, but the fire in her voice and her determination is growing dim.

Azure is also intelligent. Though her stubbornness can be her downfall, she still understands how to avoid overstepping boundaries and saying the wrong thing. Her temper is controled and an outburst by her would be rare. She handles herself with eloquence unless upset beyond the point of thought. It is very uncommon of Azure to allow herself to lose control to such an extent though.

Appearance: Azure has medium brown hair cut to about shoulder legnth. Her hair is thin and almost pin straight. She pays little regard to this though and her hair is usually pulled back out of her face with a simple black hair tie. Her face is thin and short, with a slightly pointed chin. The definition of her cheekbones is apparent and her face is very symetrical. Her eyes are wide and a dark blue in color. They can appear almost black when she is angry. Azure is short, but appears taller because of her posture and her strong presence.

Name: Francesca Hunter

Personality: Francesca always wondered why she was sorted into Gryffindor. She was the kind of girl to walk right by a person in need. She wasn't particularly brave or courageous. She never considered herself heroic, either. Francesca was quiet and more concerned with her own interests than others. This left her with few friends, but she didn't mind. She enjoyed her solitude, save for the two or three people who could put up with her muted, and sometimes rude air about her.

In keeping to herself, she took up observing others. She was more of a spectator at Hogwarts than a student. Walking down the hallways, and could name every passing student. People watching became a hobby of hers, she was fascinated by various interactions, secretly hoping to learn how to get along better and open up. But she never shared this with anybody, she was far too introverted for that.

Appearance: Francesca had long, straight light brown hair, about waist length. Sometimes she wore it in braids, other times she pulled it into a bun. She rarely let it down. She didn't care much about her appearance, her robes were second hand and faded, but she didn't mind. The only dazzling thing about her appearance was her large, oval, aquamarine coloured eyes, which stood out against her olive skin and brown hair.

She was an average height, not short, not tall. She was slender, but her clothing sometimes looked like it hung from her frame, making her look frail. It didn't help that Francesca didn't shop to flatter her figure. To her, clothing was a necessity and not a hobby.

History:Prior to age eleven, Francesca was another muggle student attending muggle school. Then, at eleven, she received her letter to attend Hogwarts. Unlike many those of many muggle-born witches, her parents were not proud. They saw this as an extra burden on their already strained finances. Sure, Hogwarts agreed to assist in the purchasing of the more pricey items, but it was still more costly than attending muggle school. Her three younger siblings never received their letters to Hogwarts, making them slightly jealous of their sister's fortunes.

The transition from muggle world to magical world was easy for Francesca. It was if this is why she had felt out of place during her early years. She always believed there was more to life, and upon entering Diagon Alley for the first time, she was relieved to see there was. She didn't hate her family, and they didn't hate her, but during summer breaks, it was best not to bring up any magic talk. During the year she didn't receive many letters, her family didn't approve of the owl post. Francesca learned to accept this fact and moved on. Looking ahead to her future, she had no problem leaving the muggle world behind. She was even considering doing so after she came of age, though she hadn't saved nearly enough money for that yet.

Class: Ancient Runes

Personality: Muriel is strict and severe. She has a no second chances policy. If a student makes an error, she believes they should be punished immediately, no warnings. She never had a desire to have children, and never cared for them. Rather, she had an unnatural fondness for cats. At her house she has over a dozen, but the school only permitted her to bring four. The cats reside in her sleeping quarters and are present during all her classes.

Appearance: She has a gaunt appearance, her cheek bones disturbingly pronounced. She wears her rough, greying black hair in a tight bun, with occasional flyaway hairs, though she struggles to maintain the neatness. Her robes are always pitch black, despite the cats, they manage to remain cat hair free. Muriel feels in order to be taken seriously, she needs to look as severe and harsh as possible.

Name: Professor Archer Desdemon
Class: Charms

Personality: Archer is an all-around nasty guy. There's nothing he takes greater pleasure in then administering creative, and often unfair, punishments. He used to be pleasant enough, but he now seems to enjoy taking part in the opression of the next generation.

History: Archer is widely assumed to be a former follower of Voldemort's, but no charges were ever brought against him due to his involvement in a group of Ministry workers who were under the Imperius Curse for years. Truly, he was under the curse as well, but the things he saw himself doing while under the curse turned him a little mad.

Family: Archer is the only one left of his family and doesn't talk about it... ever.

Personality: Jade walks with the air of a person who has seen a lot of terrible things but who doesn't let that fact interfere with her life. She has a sad smile, even when she's not sad, and will always drop whatever she's doing to listen to someone if she feels they need to talk (even if they don't know they need to). She doesn't imbelish but gets right to the point. Though the is a person of very few words, she often finds just the right ones.

Family: Jade's adoptive parents are Vladlena and Gavriil Vyacheslav.

History: Jade was adopted when she was a year and a half old by a Russian, Muggle couple, so she grew up speaking Russian and has a semi-thick Russian accent still. She finally learned English when her parents decided it would be best to send her to school at Hogwarts, but she still has a bit of trouble with speaking the language.

Name: Klaude Siegfried Nein.
Nicknames:Siegfried, Sieg;He hates the name Klaude because of the obvious pun when you leave out his middle name(Cloud nine) and so he uses his middle name instead, Siegfried,usuallu only teachers call him Klaude.

Wand:oak, 14'', Dragon heartsting.
House:Slytherin.
Personality:You can tell he's a from a long line of Pureblooded wizards, he's horribly arrogant and shares those ideas that only purebloods are worthy of learning magic and such.
He's a smart kid but the Nein family habit of marrying their cousins has left it's mark on the family, there's a history of mental ilnesses in his family and Sieg himself suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), though he is good at keeping it under control, it still interferes sometimes with his personal life.
Appearance:
History:He grew up despising mudbloods and blood traitors, and this only intensified after his father was killed by German Aurors(Back then he and his family still lived in Germany.) and the rest of his family were thrown into jair when their roles in anti-muggle crimes could be proven.

Only Siegfried wasn't arrested since he was only 7 at the time, he was the only child born in the family for years(It has been theorised that is a result of the cousins that have been marying within the family) and was taken in by friends of the family that lived in england.

Appearance:


Glady resembles your ordinary Slytherin. She tends to keep it dark and gloomy and yet contradicts that by flashing a cheeky grin across her face. Standing at 5’8, she’s not terribly tall but she does hover over the many students of Hogwarts. Her devilish glare may have you staring for a while and her mysterious aura will indeed perplex you. Her responses to incompetence are always short and direct yet you can still notice the pertness in all that she says.

Background: As a youngster, Glady was just an ordinary (Aside from her excelling marks in Potions) girl who just so happened to be an heiress to a very rich family heirloom before a terrible event happened. When she was 16, both of her parents had died and she found relatives on both sides trying to manipulate her so that she could give up all of that she acquired from her deceased parents. Greed and Desire went a long way and eventually she found herself running away from home and giving it all up. Though she suffered hopelessly in poverty for the first few years, she finally picked herself up again and contacted the Hogwarts headmaster (or mistress). She worked as an aid for the first year but she picked up relatively soon in leadership and surprised the entire castle. Before long, she snatched up the Potion’s position and readily went to work, growing to love Hogwarts even more than she had as a student.

Personality: Glady doesn’t keep close ties with anyone and may seem like she’s off her rocker most of the time. She enjoys her eccentric personality and the opinions of others no longer seem to matter to her. She’s rarely ever down and will most definitely attempt to lend a hand to a fallen student. However, most students fear her disorderly ways and steer clear from colliding paths. She can be extremely defensive and thanks to her disdainful childhood, she is first to vouch for any student’s personal opinion on a matter. Although she’s also big on discipline, Glady knows that the worst thing one can do is limit someone or force them into such actions. However, there’s a difference between believing in something and working hard to fight against it. Glady tries her best to ignore all of the obvious and treacherous actions that the Ministry is committing. However, as each new rule is being implemented and each staff member is being replaced, she fears that the time for her to act (like she did oh so many years ago) is coming soon. However, she knows her limits and is clever enough to put a pretty good act for all those inquisitive eyes.

Personality:Gawain is a brave and hardworking boy, though he he somtimes has trouble with keeping his grades up, he really works hard for it since he has a dream to achieve.
Ever since he was young, he was was inspired by his father to join the police force but when he learned years later that he was a wizard his dream changed into wanting to become an auror.
Appearance:
History:Youngest of seven boys in a muggle family, with Mother Marianne working as a English teacher and father Jack working as a police detective, they never had a wealthy life.
His mother always had an interest in Arthurian legends and when she met and married a man that had Arthur as a first name and the name of a knight of the Round table as a last name, she decided to name each of their children after one of those knights.
Resulting in the seven boys being named, Lancelot, Gareth, Percival,Tristan,Safir,Galahad and Gawain.

Besides that there hadn't really been something noteworthy in his past, he had an ordinary life in a loving family that only reacted very proudly upon discovery of his magical ability.

Personality: Fun in her own dark way. She’s very quirky and enjoys a good laugh. Will readily disobey one of the ministry teachers, but is one of the school teacher’s best students. She can get through school with out a whole lot of worries about grades. Will fight back against the ministry teachers and claim she’s not afraid of their punishments. She’s slightly eccentric and maybe a little to willing to get in trouble. Anything but a girly-girl, prefers pranks and just hanging out. (Don’t even say pink around her!)

History: Comes from a well off half and half family. Her father is a muggle, and owns a restaurant. Her mother was a witch and died in the winter of her 2nd year. Helps her father in his restaurant in the summer but keeps what she does low-key. Her father knows enough about the wizarding world to not be happy with the ministry, but refuses to do anything.

History:

Sebastian is from a rich and powerful family, never really learning the true values in life.
He started Hogwarts unwillingly, after being rejected from Durmstrang due to his lack of manners.

During the summers he spends his time in London chasing around the young and idiotic tourists.

History:

Porcelain spent her time learning and studying to become the proper housewife.
While her brother spent his time being social, Porcelain spent time learning.
For a last chance to be close to Sebastian she gave up schooling at Beauxbatons to attend Hogwarts.

Name: Elizabeth Jamison (Can sometimes be called Liz)

Year: 5th

Personality: Elizabeth is normally sweet tempered, but if one of the ministry teachers does something she doesn't agree with then she will retaliate. Elizabeth likes doing her school work, but if its for a ministry teacher,she will purposefully spell stuff wrong so the teacher has more marking to do. She can be shy, but only when meeting someone knew or someone she has a crush on. All in all, Elizabeth is quite nice and will protect her friends if she has too.

Appearance:Elizabeth has brown hair with brown eyes. Her hair comes down to her waist and she is quite proud of it. Her brown eyes show a lot of emotion behind them even if her face doesn't. She is thinking about putting highlights in it, just to anger the ministry teachers.

History: Elizabeth comes from a pureblood family, but doesn't agree with the fact that people are oppressing the wizarding world. Her father (Tim Jamison) works in the ministry and agrees with what is happening as does her mother (Adele Jamison). Neither of her parents know Elizabeth's true feelings on the matter, because they are never home to talk.

IC: The Great Hall was prepared for the students who would soon be arriving. The teachers already were in their places at the head table as the students filtered in.

The Hall was alight with floating candles, and gave every appearance of a previous time period. One that could be looked at with nostalgia, and how similar it all looked for being so very different.



Lydia sat at the teachers' table, brushing her loose blonde hair behind her ear. Her lips were pursed as she drummed her manicured fingernails on the oak table. God, this was so very pointless. Why did they even keep up the charade? It wasn't as though she wanted to make the place miserable, but why try to keep children happy when they made them miserable in every other way? She rolled her eyes to herself, and found herself hating them.

Adrienne walked into the Great Hall, her dark brown hair pulled up into a mess of a bun on the top of her head, and she then sat at a secluded edge of the Slytherin table, away from anyone else who had already arrived.
She dropped her chin on the palm of her one hand and dragged the tip of her finger back and forth across the wood grain on the table. She wore a gray tank top over a black long sleeved t-shirt with the sleeves pushed up. Her legs were crossed under the table at the lower leg, clad in charcoal skinny jeans, and on her feet were black satin ballet flats.
Her eyes shut, heavily surrounded by smudged eyeliner, charcoal shadow, and mascara, but not done so as to give the effect of a streetwalker. "This is going to be one hell of a year."

Theo entered the Great Hall and sat down at the Hufflepuff table, giving the impression of one whose boredom was so great, he might just keel over and die from it. After shutting his eyes for a moment, they blinked suddenly open and he looked around the Hall for someone he might be able to mess with...if just a little.

Alice strutted into the Great Hall, smirking. This was going to be a fun year if some of the teachers decided to lay off a little. And if they didn’t she’d get her kicks annoying the heck out of them. She noted Adrienne sitting alone and plopped down across from her. “Why hello!” She said trying to brighten the mood. “You evaded me on the train.” She knew the other girl would probably get mad at her, so she decided to darken the mood a bit. “Wanna mess with Professor Bennett later? I hear she’s in a bad mood as of late.”
