Right. Time to get down to business. Torin started driving the pegs into the ground where they were supposed to. Voila.

Alice stood there, not knowing what to do. It was all new to her. She got the torch Uncle Henry provided them and took a glance of the surroundings first before looked up at Fyo.

Fyo was going to set up a tent in Muggles way. Alice was thinking for few seconds, planning before took hold of her wand in her hand and working on this tent thing, curiously and quickly.

Magic was always handy. Her tent was really getting into a good shape and when she was about to fix a thing on the east corner, she got tripped by the root of a big tree. "Ouch!" she fell and sprawled on the slippery and muddy ground.

YAY! Fyo went over, watching the tent being raised. "Good job," he told Torin, stretching his legs again and stifling a yawn. "I'm sleepy." He had eaten only an hour ago, right before jumping into that jeep, but he did not know about Torin or Butterfly. "Anyone want a bite?" he began, when -

She was laughing, but Fyo was too serious, at the moment, to even smile. "You need to be more careful," he told her firmly. He knew he was being sort of over-protective, but he could not help it. He just loved her too much.

"You're not hurt, are you?" he asked again, now speaking more gently. Messy clothes, they could forgo with a laugh. Hurt Butterfly - not.

Viad was glad that there was some response from the kids. He waited, tappin' his foot against the grassy ground. How long did these kiddos take to pitch up a tent, honestly? They were good at it though, he had to say, even if they did take centuries to do a simple task like that. "Good, good," he told Torin an' Fyo, with a nod. "You're doin' fine plenty fine." Then there was a thud an' Viad turned.

The girl. "You alright?" he asked, raisin' an eyebrow as the Fyo kid literally rushed over to help her up. There was definitely somethin' not so right goin' on between that two...... "Girl," he called out loudly. "You fine?"

He was not laughing. He looked serious and bit worried. Alice smilied and linked her fingers with his, "I'm sorry. I'll be more careful. Only for you Fyo" she gently squeezed his hand, looking at his lovely, big and caring eyes.

"No. I guess some bruishes on my elbows, that's all.' she re-assured him that she was doing good except the irritation from the bruishes.

Alice heard Uncle Henry's concern yet bit rough voice. "Yes Uncle. I'm fine." she said without thinking twice.

Viad turned towards the girl. Had she just said something about bruises on her elbows or somethin' like that? "Alice girl, your injuries can get septic here," he scolded her. Honestly, what did this girl think? That this was all child's play, or maybe like some nice, clean school playground where injuries didn't matter? KIDS!

"Come to me at once." Viad ordered loudly. He fished out a first aid box from his knapsack, an' dabbed a solution at one of her elbows, clearly cleanin' it before uncappin' a tube, squeezin' it, an' applyin' a sort of paste on the thing. He repeated the process on her other elbow. That should keep them safe for the time bein'. "What's your torch for?" he asked her gruffly. "I gave it to you to use so use it an' keep your eyes open from now on! Got it?"

KIDS!

Alice moved up and reached him. "I thought the bruishes were not that much serious." she said sheepishly and watching him working on her wound. Aw..this's so nice. She started to like him now. He was kind and all but seemed just didnt like the relationship or something else. Dunno. "Awwe." she mouthed as she felt the irritation on the bruishes when he applied some sort of gel or something.

Alice's mouth fell open as kept watching him cautioning, treating and advicing her concernly. "It's just..I was distracted by someone..." she sitfled a giggle. No, not again Alice. No more irritating stuffs to Uncle Henry. "Thank you." her voice was soft and admiring.

Fyo liked the feel of her fingers, linked with his own. "Please be," he said gently, beginning to lead her away from the BAD tree-root. "I can fix your tent for you, mmkay, Butterfly?"

When Uncle Henry got down to tackling the bruises, Fyo was glad he did not have to do anything about them. Not because he did not want to, but because he knew the man was an expert at this kind of thing. "Thanks," he said, looking Uncle Henry's way pretty gratefully. "You're awesome!"

Correction, he thought to himself: You can be awesome.

Alice just couldn't take her eyes away from his face. He was so sweet and caring. She had no other way but to say yes to let him fix her tent. Who could resist his humble and caring request?! "Okay, but let me help you atleast, like holding the torch, something simple things . Could you?" her voice was singing. It came quite naturaly whenever she was with him.

Then she nodded as he admired his Uncle for helping her. "He's right. You're awesome!" she looked at his Uncle then turned her gaze to Fyo.

Fyo smiled slightly at her eagerness to help. "Why not?" He said, after a moment's pause. "You can throw me some light, mmkay?" That sounded good enough. "But don't forget to see where you're standing," he added, with a small but still warm smile. He knew that camping was often rough but, for some reason, he did not want Lissy to experience any of the roughness of it. Not that he thought she was weak or anything. It was just a protectiveness borne out of love.

Letting the light of her torch guide him, the fourteen-year old went to work, taking up the tent-pitching from where she had had to leave it. He drove in the pegs and, within minutes, the tent was up, flapping in the strong wind. "Is it one of the magical ones?" he asked, dropping his voice to make sure Uncle Henry did not hear.

Alice stood up from the kneeling position and holding the torch in her right hand. "Sure, both the torch and my focus lights will be on you...Lion" she stuck out her Tongue and smiled as watching him gone to fix her tent from where she had left undone.

She looked down at the floor carefully for not to trip again as she moved here and there to show the light at him properly. And the tent was up quickly. She beamed at Fyo's quick and skilled work. "Wow..the tent looked awesome" she said excitedly as throw the light up and down over the newly fixed tent. "Yeah, It's. " she whispered back and paused, "But..I've a doubt" her eyes went big and thoughtful now.

As everyone else seemed to be busy dealing with Alice's bruises and finishing up with setting up her tent, Torin decided that it was best if he just finished getting his and Fyo's ready. It wasn't like Alice needed any more help than the bit that Fyo was giving her.

When he was done pitching the tent, he started moving his bags of stuff inside and setting up his sleeping bag. Fyo could worry about his own stuff.

It was a pretty nice tent. Fair sized and all. Shame it wasn't magical, but he would rather not risk Uncle Henry coming in and all. He didn't think that he would be able to get them out of that mess.

"Thanks," Fyo said, nodding Lissy's way when she focused the light of the powerful torch on him. Once the tent had been fixed, he straightened up, dusting his hands and clothes.

"It wasn't any trouble." He paused, listening to her, wondering why she looked rather uncertain, all of a sudden. Was something wrong? "You have a doubt?" he asked. "About what, Lis?"

What was with these kids callin' him awesome an' all? Viad stroked his moustache an' viola! It only took him a moment to realize what was goin' on! The girl had called him awesome, an' the Fyo kid had agreed BECAUSE HE WANTED TO IMPRESS THE GIRL! Viad was right, of course he was! The Fyo kid LIKED THE GIRL AN' WANTED TO IMPRESS HER!

"ORDER!" he shouted. "I know your bad plans, Fyo kid! I know them ALL!"

What the -?

Fyo raised an eyebrow, taken aback by the sudden bout of shouting. Even though he was beginning to get a little used to that, it did not help that it was pitch black, and silent except for the roar of the wind: Conditions like these could make one jumpy, and Uncle Henry shouting his head off in the middle of them was not good. At all.

"My plans?" he asked, blinking. "Um.... What plans, Uncle Henry?" He would have liked to call UH just "Uncle" but, for some reason, he just could not bring himself to do so.

Wonder what the time is. Reese ought to arrive soon.

REALLY soon.

Viad rolled his eyes an' snorted. Look at that kid! JUST LOOK AT THAT KID, I ask you! What did he think? Did he think he had outwitted Viad by that look of pretended innocence? Actually it wasn't even a look of pretended innocence - it was a look of confusion an' that was all the worse because the Fyo kid thought he could fool Viad into thinkin' he was innocent by pretendin' to look, not innocent, but CONFUSED!

KIDS!

"Your plans to impress the girl," he said loudly, gettin' very straight to the point. "I know 'em all now, Fyo kid! She thinks I'm awesome so you repeat her words because you want to impress her! HA! I knew there ain't no huggin' between no friendly girl-boy! HA!"

As smiled at Uncle Henry at his Shoutings. Yes this time she was not planning to go against him. "Yes I do have plans Uncle. But we cant do that without your help" she winked with a playfull smile on her face as gently rubbed around the wounded area. Gosh. There was some itchings. Shucks.

Alice still looking at the tent Fyo had fixed for her. Wait. For her. Means she was going to stay alone in this tent. It seemed like that since everyone had seperate tent. Fear running through her spine at the thought. Sleeping alone inside the temproary tent in the middle of the forest!!!?? Noooo...

Alice cringed and struggling to cope-up the sentence. "Fyo? Am I going to sleep alone all..through the night?" she looked around the dark, mysterious surroundings once again, "I mean in this forest?" she was not sure if she was shivering in cold or fear.

Uncle Henry stunned him.

"But - but - but -" Fyo spluttered, eyes large as plates. "But Uncle Henry, I didn't repeat her words!" He protested. It was he who had called Uncle Henry awesome first, and Butterfly who had joined in later on. But that definitely did not mean she was trying to "impress" him. He was already impressed by her, for Heaven's sake.

"I - should we just set up something to eat?" he asked, deciding prolonging the argument would do no one any good.

Lesson learned, you CANNOT pack all your stuff in one little trunk. It was just impossible. So, unfortunatly, Miss Reese Upstead (minus the sunglasses since it's nighttime) had to pack only the stuff she NEEDED in her trunk instead of the stuff she WANTED. She didn't get to pack her stuffed animal that was shaped like a monkey, because it wouldn't fit in her trunk. But, she did get to pack all her make-up and even her polka dot blankie! Whooo.

Now, here she was. Sitting in the middle of nowhere holding her trunk in one hand and the map Fyo gave her in the other. Her mother had dropped her off her a while back ago and it was very stupid of her to tell her mom that she could find her friends without her mother's help. Very VERY stupid of her. Honestly, Fyo did not make this map very readable. Especially when it was dark! She sat her trunk down on the ground and brought the map close up to her face, so she could see where she was and how far she was away from where Fyo circled the area that they would be at.

Here's the problem: she didn't even know where she located at. She brought the map away from her face and looked around. Seriously, she had no idea where she was. She was- she hated to say it- lost. Stupid Fyo with stupid his nonreable map. She threw the map on the ground and brushed her fingers through her long, brunette hair.

How was she going to find everyone?

"FYO!!!!!!!"

He better hear her. She did not want to anything bigger than a spider to come along and crawl on her leg. Like a tarantula! Oh, there better not be any tarantulas there. Yet, it was the forest. She was going to have to get use to sleeping with the bugs and...stuff.

Torin listened to Fyo and Uncle Henry feeling confused. "What you talking about? She's his girlfriend... He's just being sweet." What was up with Fyo's uncle? Was he dropped on his head as a baby?

He heard some girl screaming then. What on earth? "You know any crazy girls in the woods, Fyo?" Besides Alice..

Giggling inwardly as she saw him the way talking to his Uncle, Alice shook his head, smiling.

"Someone?" Alice looked at his face surprisingly. Who was that?! And was she really going to stay with someone she knew or ..?! "What do you mean by someone? Who's that Fyo?" she was so clear that she was not going to stay with any guy besides Fyo or..um..maybe Uncle Henry. Haha.

"It's someone I know pretty well," Fyo told Lissy, comfortingly. "She's an awesome person, and I'm sure you'll like her." At least, that's what he hoped for. But really, Reese was definitely a great friend.

Fyo would have known that scream anywhere. Not that Reese was habitual of screaming - he just knew her voice too well. A small smile slid up his face, but it vanished at once as Fyo realized what he had just heard: a scream.

A panicking scream.

"Reese!" he called out, making an almost mad dash out of there. This was NOT how he had hoped to surprise Torin. The boy grabbed one of the powerful torches as he bounded out of their sheltered spot, clicking it on. A beam of light shot through the trees - -

- - and landed on a not-in-danger Reese.

Relief.

Such relief.

"What the heck did you mean, screaming like that, Reese badkitty?" he asked, panting as he reached her and grabbed her supplies from her. "You look like you've seen a ghost, is everything alright?? Errr - welcome to Delgo, by the way."

Um.....

"What? He didn't know that?" Oops... Torin had only thought that Uncle Henry had a weird sense of the whole boyfriend/girlfriend thing. But that didn't really matter now, seeing as he was very confused.

"Reese? What are you talking about? She's not here." Then Fyo shined a flashlight.. on "REESE! What are you doing here?!" He rushed over to her and picked her up from her case, clinging to her as if he hadn't seen her in years.
