Plot

The Book of the Dead is consisted of texts, religious and poetic, which are songs, hymns to the gods, and prayers to Amon-Re and Osiris. These texts were supposed to aid the dead, giving the soul directions for the journey through the underworld and words or magic spells to protect it from its enemies.

Now...
The Ministry of Magic (of England) received a letter from the Minister of Egyptian Magic Office saying that "The Book of the Dead" was missing since the 29th of August. It also said that he (Minister of England) should tell it among the wizards and witches to be careful.

Few more days, the new term in Hogwarts would soon open. But what should the students, the staff, and even ghosts should do to be secure in their school. Then a new problem bloomed... one of the students HAVE the book. But which one of them?!

Danielle started talking to a girl beside her. She had long, black hair with fair skin. She had a friendly smile on her face. She began talking to her and found out that she was also a 6th year and her name is Natalie. Natalie too had the same fate as Danielle. Her best friend moved away and now she's left alone. Danielle and Natalie shared a lot of things in common and they never stopped talking ever since. Occasionally, Danielle looks at Daniel, just to make sure nothing's happening.

ooc: Natalie's not a main character in this RPG... I'm just gonna have her as Danielle's best friend. She won't play a big role and she'll only be around if Danielleneeds to go somewhere with a friend or anything like that.

Alex was thinking of things he hadn't remembered for a long while. Like when his brother put the Imperious curse on him in a movie theature to make him look retarded. Or another time when his brother put the Cruciatus curse on him becuase Alex was in his room. "Brother's a Death Eater, Daniel's an Evil Prophet, what else will go wrong?" Alex said, but then shouted, "WHAT ELSE WILL GO WRONG?" The whole Great Hall heard him, eyes staring at him from every angle. He put his head in his hands and closed his eyes.

Danielle turned around to the Slytherin table. The Great Hall had fell silent. All eyes were on Alex. Didn't want any suspicions, Danielle said out loud, "I heard you, Alex! You don't need to shout! Now, stop telling me stuff telepathically!!"

Now, everyone was looking at her. Danielle knew that Alex definitely did not have the ability to communicate telepathically, Ester does. Alex looked at her and mouthed 'Thank you' to her and she smiled at him. Prof. McGonagall whom was calling out the named of students being sorted gave both of them a stern look.

Daniel on the other hand was looking at Danielle and Alex suspiciously. Dumbledore looked at Prof. McGonagall and said to her, "Continue." And so she did.

Daniel cleared his throat and moved his eyes away from Danielle and Alex. He smiled on the wind and paid attention to the Sorting Ceremony. Soon, it ended after Lars Yllana was sorted to his House, Ravenclaw.

Dumbledore stood up and said what he always said every Welcoming Feast.

Danielle was happily chatting with Natalie while eating dinner. Soon, the feast was over and everyone was directed to go back to their common rooms.

Alex dwindled back to his common room feeling akward. He missed talking to Danielle...She gave him comfort. Especially since the Prophecy situation. When he reached his common room, he heard a noise...A very odd noise. He ran back out into the Entrance hall to find Colin Creavy hanging up-side down with his camera on the floor. "What happened here?" Alex asked Colin, as he got him down. Colin retold his story. "So Daniel did this to you?" Alex asked. Colin nodded his head in relpy. "I have to find Danielle." Alex said as he rushed off to find her.

Daniel passed Alex and Colin. He smiled at them and walked to the second floor. He said the password for his Common Room and entered.

Danielle and Natalie went to the Girls' Bathroom. On the way, Danielle saw Alex running around as if he tried to find someone. She looked at him strangely and said to herself, "Alex? What's he doing out and about and night?"

Alex heard her and looked directly at her direction. He went to her and greeted her and Natalie. Natalie smiled politely at him and looked at Danielle as if the two had something going on. Danielle gave her a look which confirmed that there wasn't anything between them. Just friends.

Natalie decided to leave the two alone, knowing that Alex had something in his mind and wanted to talk to her. "I'll see you in the bathroom or if it's too late, the common room," said Danielle and Natalie left.

"So what's up?" she asked Alex.

Ester sat in the Slyth common room, when she sensed a disturbence. She traced it ,with her telepathy, back to Alex and Danielle.
"Guy's, what's up?" Her voice said in their minds. She knew something was wrong, very wrong.

He fancied Danielle. He'd rather die than see her hurt. And Ester was a good friend. "Just be carefull. Please."

"I know... You too. You have to be careful too, you know. Doesn't mean you're a guy you don't need to be aware of your surroundings. Look at what happened to Colin," said Danielle. She was very concern about Alex. She had only known him for a day but she had grew fond of him. Very fond of him.

Alex smiled as they walked the halls toward the Great Hall. Through all of this termoil, he had found happiness. 'In the most darkest of places, happiness dwells.' He thought. "Anywhere in peticular you'd like to eat?" Alex asked Danielle.

"I dunno. I don't think we can be out for long as the teachers are going to start to roam the halls. Maybe we can go to the kitchen and ask the house elves for something," said Danielle, smiling slightly as she walked with Alex. She was nervous. She never felt this way before. She thought to herself, 'Why am I feeling nervous? We're just gonna grab a bite. That's all.'
