Daniel Burton entered the Platform 9 3/4 with his small sister and father. They always did that since he was only ten years old, and of course his father was not accompanied by Eliza, but his mother. His beautiful Muggle-born mother.

Several days after that day, while he was studying at Hogwarts, a letter dropped in front of him saying that his mother died because of the Muggle-disease called: Tuberculosis. It was sad. His father was sad. His sister was crying. He felt emptiness and depression.

His father called him, "Danny? What are you still standing there?" Albert, his father, walked to him with his daughter on his side. "Go on Danny... So you can pick a great compartment. It's like, 'First come, first serve.' "

"Fine dad," Daniel agreed. He hugged him and his sister. He waved good-bye to them and entered the Express with his luggages.

Tiala rushed through the platform on her own. Her guardian was too sick to come, so her trolly was stacked full as she barelled through, trying to get to the Hogwarts Express. She made it on time, but ran headfirst into Daniel as she tried to get to a compartment. "Oh! Bloody hell! I'm so sorry!" She kneeled to help him gather up his fallen items, as well as her own.

josh saw two people run into each other. he couldn't help but laugh as he walked inside the train picking out a empty compartment. he put his things away as he looked out the window. his parents didn' t care that much. they jsut droped him off. he in a way liked it. he could have his own life. he looked around the room seeing nothing but chairs.~

"It's okay," Daniel said, helping the girl. He picked his things as fast as he could. He saw his big leather book and picked it up immediately so the girl wouldn't ask him questions about it. He stuffed it inside his trunk when the girl was picking up some more thins.

He went back helping her.

Tiala frantically picked up schoolbooks and parchment. "Umm...I'm Tiala. I'm in the Ravenclaw house." She tried to smile. "I'm the Quidditch team's keeper. I don't remember ever seeing you. Are you a first year or am I just being forgetful again?" Her smile lit up her white skin beautifully. She finished picking up her books and handed him the last of his things.
