Chapter one
The house on the hill

It's midnight in the small town of non magic folk farsworth. It is silent. So silent that if you were to drop a pin on the road, the long black road, you would be able to hear it hit the road. Almost everyone and everything in the town is asleep by the witching hour. All but the key keeper, well at least he thinks. He has short gray hair. Green eyes much like a cats. He has a hunched over back. His left eye has a giant scar over it. Some say he cut it with a knife. Others who know about magic say he got in a tangle with the lord of darkness. On his big brown leather belt he carries the keys to every pub, tavern, inn, house, and school in the town. The town depends on him. Everyone calls him Mr. Keeper. He watches over everyone. He knows everyone. Everyone listens to him. Without him there would be no town. He knows everything about the town. Even about the house on the hill. It use to be a lovely home. But now it's run down and abandoned. Vines grow along the walls. Were windows are broken the vines creep through there, and run along the inside of the house. The front gate is all rusted. It's hinges are coming loose. The road up is a mess. It's all covered in bones and stains of blood, from a battle along time ago. The entrance door is busted to the point it doesn't even need a lock. If it had a lock people could squeeze through the broken boards.
The house was built back in the 1600s. A newly married couple wanted to build a house were they could raise kids. Back then though if a man or woman was caught of witchcraft or wizardry they were hung on a nearby tree or at the gallows in a town. Other towns they would gather around the town square and they would put them in stocks and let them rot or burn them at the stake. The only place that was safe was in the wizarding world. One day the woman went off into another room. When the man went looking for her, he caught her brewing a potion. He went to the constable, and the townsfolk stormed the house and found her. They took her to an oak in the back yard. There they strung her. They made her tie her own noose too. She tried to plea her innocence, she said that she was only trying to cast away the evil spirits. They still said even a white witch must hang by the neck until dead. Later on that day the man got attacked by a demonic spirit. He looked at her book, and saw that what she was making was to protect him from the spirits. After that he tied up a noose and hung himself next to his wife.
The keeper put on a cup of tea. He then sat down and picked up a book. The book was how to deal with demonic spirits. Supposedly that house to this very day is haunted, that is why he brought out that book. He was just about to finish up the book when the burner the tea was on started to act up. When he took the kettle of the burner a big flame appeared with a face in it. He ran over and grabbed his cross and said "Back you evil demon. Back to the depths of hell were you came from."
The face's voice was not soothing but not what you think would be a demon's voice would be. It said "I am no demon. I am alive as you are."
"But still go to hell you foul wicked being." Then the keeper went to go get his book. He started to read an enchantment that said "By god's name I banish thee back to the depths of the underworld were you came from. Rave incant tot too!"
The demon the raised his voice and said "You mere mortal fool! You do not know what you are dealing with. If you want to mess with me, I suggest that you come and meet me up at the house on the hill." After it said that the flame rose and then lowered to it's original height.
Thinking about what it said, he decided to go up to the house. He looked out the window and looked up at the house. Once he looked at it a series of lights went on up there. Then he saw not one but five shadows move around up there. They were all in the same room. The room where the woman got caught for brewing a potion. He then went back to the seat he was sitting in. He looked around the bookshelf and found a dusty brown backpack. He picked it up and put it in the chair. He grabbed the book and put it inside. He also put in matches, a lamp, a cross, a knife, and salt. He read somewhere that salt can protect you from dark magic. He took a match lit it and put it in the lamp. He put his coat on and went out the door.
Once he got out the door he headed towards the gate to the house. Before he went in he took one last look at the house. Then he pushed the gate open and walked up the winding road. A few times when he stepped a bone would snap which would make him jump. He finally made it up that long dark road. He went up to the door and squeezed through the broken boards. He looked around and saw no one. He then remembered the lights coming from the second floor. He found the stairs. They were covered with vines and blood. It looked fresh. He saw that the blood was in the shape of a foot. He took one stepped and the floor board creak. He took another and another. Stomp, stomp, stomp. He reached the bottom of the stairs.
He went up the stairs. Every step he took felt like an eternity. Step step step. Once he got to the top of the stairs he blew out the lamp. He put it in the backpack and took out the knife and salt. He walked very slowly towards the closed door. While he was walking to the door it already started to open. He put the knife up just in case something would pop up. He lowered himself to the ground and cut off a long strip of vine. He pulled out the cross and tied the cross to the vine. Then he put it around his neck and tied it off. He continued to walk towards the door. Knife and salt at hand he reached the door. All of a sudden the door swings open, and he stumbles backwards.
"Ah it looks like our guest came after all. Well what are you all doing standing around catch him!" As he said that 4 others appeared. then they started to run towards him. He started to sprinkle salt around himself. They slowed down, but one couldn't fast enough. As the one person ran into the salt they disintegrated in a puff of smoke.
One of them the tallest male said "Clever little white witch. But it will not last you forever. For once the potion is brewed that won't work." Then the keeper looked back at the room and saw the other man putting in ingriedients to a cauldron.
The one man said "The potion is ready. Here catch this." Then the man threw a vial full of the potion. The one man caught it.
He then said "Your time is up." He then started to pour the potion around the salt. Slowly the salt floated up into the air and vanished. Then the two other people grabbed him and started to drag him down the stairs. But he didn't give up with out a fight. He slipped his ankles into the vines.
The man who wasn't dragging him pointed his wand at him and said "Sepinora." (That is the spell for sleeping). Then the man slowly fell asleep. the one man cut his ankles free. Then he got dragged all the way down into the cellar.

Nice first chapter! If I were you, I would just re-read it for spelling... but other than that it's perfect! Great job.

Here is the second chapter. Hope you guys like it.

Chapter two
The cellar

Once the man got awoken from his slumber (a rock hitting his head from the ceiling) he looked all around. He looked every were. There were two chambers. One looked like it was just used to torture people. The other looked like it was used to kill people after they were tortured. He saw many different devices and contraptions. Some looked harmless were as others looked harmful. He saw that blood and bones covered every square inch of the floor. From above there were chains and vines hanging down. It looked like an awful place to be in. He noticed that he was hanging from a device that looked like a cross. He wasn't hanging to low though.
Then he heard footsteps coming from above. He listened closely. When it stopped he heard "Master what should I do with him? Should I let him rot and let the snake eat him. Or should I put him on a (this word was mumbled so he couldn't really hear it).
"I suggest you put him on the torture device and then feed him to snake." After the one person said that he heard a slithering coming down the stairs. He looked, but he couldn't quite see what it was. All he could see that it was coming closer and closer. He could make out a figure though. He saw what looked like the figure of a snake. It was most likely an anaconda or boa constrictor of some sort. When it reached the bottom of the steps he saw that it was a boa. It moved along the trail of blood and bones. It was slithering in and out of some skulls. Going over spinal cords and through rib cages. It was just disgusting of the trails it was taking.
Then in front of his eyes the boa raised it's head, and turned into a human. He thought weird stuff magic is. I think it's a load of rubbish. Probably just some prankster kids using a projector. then he looked around he saw no projector, and if it would be a projector there would be a ray of light some where. Now he started to freak out. Not only was he tied up, but a snake just turned into a man. He saw the person just start to walk. Before he took another step the keeper yelled "What do you want from me? I demand you let me go you foul beast." Even when he yelled that the man just walked by.
He walked into the next chamber. The man then picked up a book and blew off the dust. The keeper looked at the title of the book and it said "How to Torture Your Enemies." Then he saw another man in that chamber just awakening. The man pulled a lever which activated a pit to appear. Bubbles came up from the pit. But they weren't the ones made from water, they were made from lava. Then he saw what it was meant to do. The one man was going to get dunked in that pool of lava alive. Then the man started to flip out. The keeper then yelled "Don't do it take me instead."
The one man looked over and walked into the chamber that he was in. He said "Do you really want me to do that. The master wanted me to do something else to you. Are you sure you want to take his place. Because if you say yes there is no coming back. So what is it."
"I will take his place. Just let him go."
"Why that's odd. Normally people don't do this. Unless if you two know each other. How is it that you two know each other?" The man looked at the keeper curiously.
"He is my son. He needs to go to places he hasn't been to yet."
"Like where exactly does he have to go to? Also time is running out."
"Hogwarts. And what do you mean time is running out?"
"Him go to Hogwarts. You two are just mere muggles. He can not be accepted into Hogwarts. And what I mean by time is running out is that the master will be coming down any minute and he will activate it. So as long as you get on it, he will allow it."
"If you want to I have the letter that he got accepted. It's in my left pocket." The keeper says as tilts his head towards that pocket.
"Give me that." The man then reaches into his pocket and grabs a letter. He reads that it is a letter to accept his son into Hogwarts. "But how is this possible. They haven't had a muggle there since Harry potter went there."
"Just let my son go already. I said I will take his place."
"Fine." He then takes out a knife and cuts the keeper free from his bonds. "There happy you little mortal you." He says while dragging him into the next room. Then his son says "Dad what are you doing here? Who are these people? What is going on?" He says as the one man closes the platform then cuts him loose.
"I'm here because well I don't know why I'm here. These people and I thought I this day would come. They are what's called death eaters. They serve the master of darkness. You were about to die but I couldn't let you. You're to valuable. Just leave and don't look back."
"But-."
"Just go! Don't worry about me. I can't let you die like your mother. I'll be happier when I'm up there. I'll be reunited with your mother." He then looked at the death eater. "I'm ready."
"Good it's about time." The death eater said while tying the keeper up to the post. He then faced towards the son. "You better get out of here while you can. Or the master will have us both dead. Just take this." Then he tosses the boy a potion.
The boy asks "What is this stuff. It looks gross." He then made a face at the elixir.
"It's a teleportation potion. Drink it, and you will teleport to wherever you want to go. I'd suggest go home and pack up your stuff. If you are going to Hogwarts."
The boy then says "Goodbye father. This will be the last time I will see you." The boy then takes the cork off the vial and drinks the potion. He vanishes without a trace.
"Now back to you. You will die today. But not in vain. Well at least to your son you won't die in vain. To us you will. Anyways." After the death eater says that he pulls a lever which makes the platform disappear. He then pulls a second lever which makes the rope he's suspended on lower, but very slowly for more torture. The keeper is slowly lowered into the boiling pit of lava. The last thing you hear once he hits the bottom is a sharp, agonizing, bloody murder scream. It was probably heard all through out the town. That was the last sign of the keeper. No one ever saw or heard from him again.

Hey Nate, thanks for the new chapter. One small suggestion. For people with reading disabilities it's harder to read a block of words. Try spacing it out in paragraphs. Good Job!

Great new chapter. I like this fanfic quite a bit. If you want to make it even better, you could double-check it for simple punctuation, but this is really well done. Thanks for the chapter!

Good job with both of the chapters. I am going to have to agree with droo on that. Next time try to space out the paragraphs. But overall it's really good.
