Dolores Umbridge gave off a huge sigh in the History of Magic class. “What on Earth is this old fart yapping about. He’s such a bore!” she complained to no one in particular.

“Bla bla bla bla,” Professor Binns lectured.

“Grrrrr. I can’t taking this anymore. This is even more boring than Dippets stupid feast speeches!” she said pulling at her static-like hair.

“Bla bla bla bla,” the Professor continued.

Dolores, in her fury, removed her quill from her desk and threw the sharp end of it at a Gryffindor. “Now a Gryffie in pain, that’s not boring,” she giggled.

“Listen old man I am not having a seven inch wand. Do I look like a weak, helpless child?” She asked, daring him to answer.

“Didn’t think so,” she continued when no response from Mr Ollivander came. “Now go through the back and tell your wands to get their act together before I start transforming them into a new desk for my bedroom!”

As you could tell Dolores Umbridge wanted things done her way and did not allow anyone or anything to go against her decisions. The old man came back with a ten inch wand in hand, “Good man.”

Dolores Umbridge walked into the Great Hall with purple and pink tartan on, very bright and vivid. Some nearby Ravenclaw’s were sniggering. “Nice plaited skirt Dolores,” one of them said trying very hard to keep her laugh in.

“Thanks. Unfortunately you twits aren’t that intelligent to know it is a tartan kilt!” she spat in their faces. “Imbeciles.” She took her seat and looked back at the gossiping Ravenclaws. Dolores slowly removed her wand and cast a subtle spell at them all to change their skirts into green and silver tartan. “Nice plaited skirts,” she smiled and winked at them.

Dolores Umbridge surveyed her classroom in disgust. She was hardly surprised the teachers who had taught here before were no longer doing so. The place was filthy. “I will need to threaten the House Elves. The vermin that they are,” she said noting it to her to do list.

She began unpacking her things. Placing all her torture items in the cabinet to her left and placing all her personal items in a drawer which she kept locked. She had thrown out all magical and potentially dangerous items, especially when they were tempting young, snotty nosed, disgusting and hormonal teenagers.

Her father had warned her that this would happen, and she believe him? Of course not! It seemed like such a ridiculous and preposterous myth at the time. He had just been trying to scare her and she was not telling him it had started, It would be just handing him an invitation to satisfaction.

“Guh! Why?” Dolores pouted. How could such a beauty like her self be deformed in such a manner. It was immoral! unethical! down right wrong. She placed the mirror down on her bedside table, she couldn’t look at the hideous, alive, boil-like pimple any longer.

Scrub. Scrub. Scrub. That’s the sound a toothbrush on the bottom surface of an empty cauldron made. How in Merlin’s beard was she supposed to know that kicking over a Ravenclaw’s cauldron to gain a domino effect with the other cauldron’s in the class was against the school rules? It didn’t state specifically.

She wiped her brow with the back of her hand. “This is hard work,” she complained after cleaning cauldrons for an hour now. She placed the one she had just finished cleaning to the side, her first… out of 40. Looks like many hours were still left.
