Drabble #25. Sorting Hat

Draco Malfoy gazed at the red head seated in front of him who was delicately putting on the ghastly piece of crap that had rested on his head but a mere year ago.

She was different from the other Weasleys he concluded. She was a redhead, dirty, had no sense of fashion but she was still different in the manner of how she handled herself. Her walk wasn't as droopy and her posture wasn't so bad. If she was lucky she might even get into Ravenclaw.

Alas it was not to be so as the Sorting Hat called out…

"GRYFFINDOR!"

Stalking the littlest Weasley was mighty fun for him because he got to watch her get all...well he would like to say hot and bothered but really it was just bothered.

Finally turning around she glared at him with threatening eyes.

"What do you want Malfoy? You're not making fun of me. Nor are you commenting on my bad robes. SO WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

It was like looking in a pensieve. Except that she'd grown up. Her eyes held the same fire in them as they had at eleven. That one had been easy to extinguish but this one..

Ginny Weasley looked towards Michael lovingly. How exactly was she supposed to throw a couple of curses his way? He was just so cute!

“Ginny Harry’s coming over. Now would be good?”

Ginny summoned all her strength as she raised her wand to curse her boyfriend…though it wasn’t her boyfriend anymore. ‘It’ was a blond smarmy git who was laughing at her.

“REDUCTO!” She yelled feeling the force of her own curse heading towards Micheal, luckily she heard Micheal yell Protego in time to deflect her curse.

Drabble #8. Potions

Draco stared after her. Before he’d just been trying to bug her…or atleast bug her a lot but now he was interested, though not in a romantic way. He just found himself giving into his curiosity.

When she caught him staring at her she didn’t look away like most girls on his table would. She simply scowled and glared back at him, and then she did the weirdest thing ever.

She pointed at the book in her hands and stabbed it.

This made Draco wonder if she didn’t really like Potions much, or whether she was even talking to him.

Just so you don't wonder Hermione was telling Ginny to mess with Draco and he didn't realize and he thought she was mental because she was stabbing her Potions book. O.o Don't ask where I get these ideas from.

There sat Draco Malfoy, obviously staying after class.

“You have a spare?” She asked idly as she walked over and he nodded concentrated on his mimblus ylenia

“If you simply dig your hand under that root it’ll stop the flow of the sap.” She said watching as he struggled to do what she said and finally sighed in relief as it stopped.

“Thanks.” He answered gratefully.

If only she knew why she helped him.

Draco Malfoy walked past the grounds surprised to see something off. A red head tied by rope, stuck to the Whomping Willow. How this was possible he wasn’t sure but he ran towards her far enough so he could yell at her.

“HOW DID YOU GET YOURSELF INTO THIS MESS?” He yelled at her.

She hesitated but answered nonetheless. “WELL I DON’T THINK MICHEAL CORNER LIKES ME MUCH ANYMORE!” She yelled back shivering.

Idiot dated people like that what did she expect?

Draco walked slowly and pressed the knot and sighed as he reached her laughing as the tree stopped moving.

Drabble #57.Gape

Draco would have answered her but he was gaping, his mouth wide open…a rare thing this was Ginny assumed.

“I’m not my brother. So make up a new nickname for me…and untie me.”

“Who do you think you are?”

“I’m a Weasley Malfoy, now UNTIE ME!” She yelled angry he didn’t listen to her the first time. Walking towards her he went towards the, for now, still tree and undid the knots.

“Stupid Weaslette.”

“So Fleur…what do you think of this picture?” He said pointing to Troy. He was trying to convince her she might as well switch teams.

“Nothing…Troy..iz suckiezt. OO iz that Ginny Weazley I zpy? Oh mon dieu la femme est everywhere non?”

“It would seem that way yes,” Draco said looking closer at the girl jumping up and down in his picture. That was odd…he’d never seen her before in his picture. Perhaps she had only recently let herself be seen.

It was raining.

Truthfully she loved the rain and she couldn’t dance in it because she was stuck on a train to nowhere.

She had expected Draco Malfoy to pop up somewhere so it was no surprise when he came in.

“What do you want Malfoy?”

“I want to hurt you, among many things. A Bat Bogey Weasley? After I helped you out?”

“You kept calling me Weasley not differentiating. I figured you needed the punishment.”

“You’re a brat.”

“Why thank you so are you!” She exclaimed in an extremely cheerful voice.

“You’re sarcastic, and you’re envious. You want the rain?” He’d shocked her.

So she chose not to answer him.

He chose to stand up.

“Piovere Dentro!” He watched the spell come to life inside the cart.

It rained and he left her alone.

So when Hermione and she walked in fabulous robes she was quite sure she saw Draco sneer her direction.

“You look like someone’s mistress.” He regarded to her red, lacy and quite tempting dress and Tracey Davis came over swatting him.

“Draco play nice!”

“Weasleys can’t afford things like that. So who bought it Weaslette?” He said acting calm though he was anything but.

Ginny decided to leave. The Slytherins had started to kiss bookworms. She obviously wasn’t needed.

You don’t mean that Ginny…her conscience spoke

NO! But she didn’t have to do that did she?

She didn’t do anything wrong!

Ginny felt rather torn. She concluded it was because she felt bad for Ron but was it?

Drabble #7. Care of Magical Creatures

Hermione, the girl who somehow managed to steal everything from her grasp, yet Ginny had never put that against her but Draco, Draco had been the last straw.

She felt a pat on her shoulder and looked to see Hagrid.

“Are you sure you can take care of it Ginny? I can take it away from you if you want?” Ginny growled at his statement.

Hagrid loved Hermione looking Creatures too!

Drabble #16. Dragonhide gloves

It was like he had no life. He was simply a robot pushed out of the womb and shown off like a trophy. Perfect Grades, flawless beauty and impeccable manners.

This had always bothered him but he had enjoyed the perks before so he’d kept his mouth shut.

Though now, he was realizing how much the cost really was for the loss of the right to make your own decisions in life.

Drabble#66.Pace

Draco Malfoy paced behind his father through the Dungeon clothed in black with a shawl slung over his trench coat, his own personal day of reckoning. It was almost funny. He knew if he laughed and broke his solemn expression he’d be struck down by the killing curse.

He decided to use his body movement to express himself.

Light stretches, his hands swung more when moved, anything to remind him that he wasn’t one of these stoic death eaters. He had a personality beyond choreographed movements.

Or he did at least until the mark. Which left him about fifteen minutes.






A/N: YAY! Well yess thats Boyd in all black wondering about whether he should quit the role of Draco. Hot yes? Yeah there were way more pics of him like that but I liked him most in DKNY very juvenile but going towards maturity? Well I like it. Not my fav drabble ever but its pretty good.

“So what on earth are threstals exactly Luna Lune?” Ginny asked her friend as they talked about Magical Creatures. It was Christmas and so Ginny decided to humor Luna.

“Well their sort of bony creatures, dark, ethereal, and they have a silverish mane and wings that you think would reach them towards the heaven but it seems the wings just weigh them down.”

“Reminds me of someone,” Ginny said flatly.

“Who?” Luna questioned in her dreamy tone.

“Forget I said anything.” She said running ahead leaving Luna clueless and confused.

Ginny never used to hide things from her…why start now?

“Ginny if you want some you should just ask.” He said gulping slightly as he looked at the red head..

“Sorry Neville, no pastry for me.” She said getting up and storming off leaving her plate full.

She pushed the door of the room and collapsed, her pale freckles standing out in the bad lighting of the bathroom, her hands clutching onto the marble sink as she saw the tap and felt her heart quicken. Harry looked almost exactly like Tom had.

He was like him in other ways as well, Tom & Harry would discard her once they had no use of her, just like Tom he’d reward her with some sort of affectionate gesture to show he cared when he didn’t, and just like Tom he’d fooled her into waiting for him.

Nonsense that was.
