.:. Drabble #1 - Astronomy .:.
Luna was sitting at the top of the Astronomy tower, looking at the stars. When she heard footsteps coming up the stairs, she looked towards the door, un-phased by this sudden interupption.
The door opened and Neville popped in. "Oh, hello Luna. I didn't know anybody was up here."
Luna gave Neville a warm smile. "No, it's fine. Stay. I enjoy the company I can get. And the moon is beautiful tonight."
Neville smiled and sat down beside her. A light streaked across the sky. "A shooting star.. make a wish Luna!'
"I don't need too. You are my wish."

"What's that?" Neville asked, pointing at an onion-like plant in Luna's hand.
"It's a Gurdyroot," Luna replied.
"A what?" He repeated.
"It repels Gulping Plimpies," Luna answered, smiling at Neville.
"Ooooh. Okay then," Neville said, smiling to himself.
"Neville? Do you have a plant that repels Nargles?" Luna questioned, looking up at the ceiling.
Neville looked up at Luna. "No. I don't think I do. Why?"
Luna pointed at something above her and Neville's head. Neville lifted his head to see where she was pointing. He blushed as Luna spoke. He knew what it was without her say.

A snowball came speeding towards Neville's face. He shouted and ducked just in time, the snowball hitting the tree behind him.
"That was about to hit my face!" he said, looking to see who threw the snowball. Luna stepped out from behind a tree with a smile on her face, her cheeks rosy pink.
"Sorry," she said quickly, taking a step forward. Suddenly she ducked as a snowball came towards her. "Hey!!!" she replied as she sat up.
Neville grinned at her and went over to sat beside her. "Had to do it. Sorry."
"Good thing you missed," she replied. | |

Neville setled down beside Luna in the library and stared at her parchment. "You haven't done anything yet!" he said, looking up at her.
Luna looked up at him and replied, "I'm trying to figure out a way to get a homework imp."
Neville blinked, "Homework imp?" he questioned.
"They do your homework for you," she stated plainly.
Neville nodded. "Oh. I doubt any one of the teachers would let you have one."
Luna smiled. "I suppose you're right." She bowed her head and finally started on her homework. She furrowed her brow and thought, 'How did Neville know?'

Neville was walking innocently through his garden, when all of sudden, something soft hit him in the face. He picked it up off the ground and looked at it.
"A sock?" he questioned. Neville turned around to see the culprit, but didn't see anything. A blonde girl passed the yard and Neville ran up to her.
"Excuse me. But do you know where this sock came from?"
The girl turned her eyes on Neville. "Why have you got my socks?"
Neville blinked. "I.. I don't know. It hit me in the face." He made a disgusted face, and dropped the sock onto the ground and rushed into his house. | |

"But.." The boy called Neville shuddered.
"Neville! I'm warning you.. If you don't I'll I'll.. Kiss you!!"
The boy swayed to and fro at the mere thought of being kissed. The girl placed both her hands on the boys back and gave him a small push.
"Go Neville! Go!!"
Neville held his ground. "I'm not doing it until I get a kiss. I'm warning you.."
Luna blinked. "Warn me before I say something unbelieveably-"
Neville smiled. "Well, nevermind then. I'll go ahead and do it." Neville kissed her without a fair warning. | |
