27. Muffliato
Remus sat in the Gryffindor Common Room reading a book as someone walked up to him, he looked up and saw James frowning down at him, “Hey Prongs what’s wrong with you,” he asked.
“I need to tell you something Remus,” he said frown still on his face, “something having to do with your furry little problem.”
Remus’ mouth formed a thin tight line, and his eyes widened slightly as his face paled, he took out his wand, “Muffliato,” he whispered , his eyes never leaving James’ face, “What is it James, did I hurt someone the other night.”
“No, nothing like that Remus,” he said with a shake of his head as he looked away from Remus.
“Then what,” Remus asked his voice barely a whisper his face getting paler by the second.
“Snape knows you’re a werewolf,” said James as he looked back at Remus, his eyes full of guilt.
Remus stood up, “HOW DID HE FIND OUT?”
“I am sorry Moony,” James backed up slightly as his friend yelled.
Remus turned on his heels and walked away, people watched him leave not understanding what happened.

34. Protego
Remus sat under the tree with James, Sirius, and Peter; reading his book and barely paying attention to what his other friends were doing. Remus heard yelling and laughing and looked up; his friends had left his side and were standing a few yards away making fun of Severus, he sighed and closed his book.
"James, Sirius, Peter," he said as walked over to his friends, "what are you doing?"
Sirius looked at Remus and smirked, "just having a bit of fun with our dear friend Snivellus," he said as he laughed looking back at Snape.
Snape looked at Remus and then at James, "No wonder Lily does not want anything to do with you, Potter," he said acidly, "she knows what kind of selfish prat you are."
Remus watched as James lunged forward, ready to attack Severus, he raised his wand and yelled "Protego," an invisible barrier appeared and protected Severus from James. Remus looked at his friend as he ran into the barrier.
James looked at Remus, "Get rid of it," he snarled.
Remus ignored James and looked at Severus, "It would be best if you left now." | |

46. Tergeo
Remus looked up from his book as the portrait hole opened, in came Sirius and James. He looked at them with an amused smile, they were each dripping with green slime from head to toe. He laughed lightly at his friends.
"This is not funny Moony," said Sirius with a glare at Remus.
Remus grinned, "May I ask why you two are covered in slime?"
"Evans," said James with a sigh as he crossed his arms across his chest with a scowl.
"What happened this times Prongs," said Remus, with a questioning look, "did you call her honey again?"
"Shut it Lupin," said James with a glare at Remus.
"Now are you going to clean us up," asked Sirius with a smirk, "or are we going to have to give you a hug."
Both James and Sirius took a step forward, but Remus was to fast for them. He stood behind the couch and looked at his friends, "Tergeo," he said as the slime disappeared, "Happy?"
"Yes we are happy, thank you," the two boys said in unison. | |

8. Diffindo
Remus hung upside down struggling against the ropes, “I can not believe you two got me into this mess,” he hissed at James and Sirius.
“We did not do this on purpose Moony,” said James, as he desperately tried to free himself.
“Believe me,” said Sirius as he looked down, “the last thing I want to be doing on a Friday night is hanging upside down with you two.”
“Well maybe if James had not decided to duel Severus, we would not be in this mess,” answered Remus, as blood rushed to his head.
“Quiet, I think I hear footsteps,” whispered James.
Remus rolled his eyes, “It’s just your imagination getting the better of you Prongs,” he sad as he curled his fingers around his wand, “Got it!”
“Remus wa-“ whispered James hurriedly, but it was to late.
“Diffindo,” exclaimed Remus, the ropes fell away and the three boys came tumbling down.
“POTTER, LUPIN, BLACK,” yelled a red haired girl as she struggled to escape from under the boys, “WHAT THE BLODDY HELL IS GOING ON!?”
“I take it back, I would so rather be hanging upside down right now,” said Sirius, as he looked up at Lily. | |

37. Relashio
Remus' eyes moved off of his parchment and focused on the person standing in front of him, "Can I help you Severus,"he asked curtly as he looked back down at the essay.
"I know what you are," said Severus in a low voice, Remus quill stopped moving across the parchment and he became eerily rigid.
He cleared his throat and resumed writing, "Whatever do you mean Snape," he replied attempting to keep his voice level.
"You’re a werewolf, a half breed, a monster," whispered Severus, relishing every word, “a murde-“
"ENOUGH," yelled Remus as he stood from his chair quickly, his wand pointed at Severus, "leave me alone." Remus’ face was calm; he would not give Snape the satisfaction of seeing how those words had hurt him.
Snape’s mouth curled into a smirk, "and what if I don’t?" he asked defiantly.
"Relashio," said Remus as fiery sparks were released from his wand, the sparks were mere centimeters from burning Severus’ face, Snape jumped back and stared wide-eyed at Remus.
"Leave," growled Remus as he glared at Snape, and with that the greasy haired slime ball was gone.
