Hi all! Revamping this thread - unfortunately it got wiped out but I'm attempting this challenge again. Feeling more determined than ever -- Let's do it!! Pre-Hogwarts, Age Seven

Tiny with a spitfire personality, Lisa Nam had always been a force to be reckoned with. She was going to take on the world and everyone was going to know her name. She would be so ICONIC that no one would EVER be able to find another like her!

Even at the young age of seven, she ran the Nam household. She liked things that made her happy and was never seen without her pink gumboots, white plastic daisy sunglasses resting on her head, and a purple lightsaber. Her imagination would propel her to challenge her fears.

She would prevail.

2. Cool | Jonas Brothers

Diagon Alley, Age Eleven
I'm feeling so cool

Summer started off AMAZINGLY. She was going to Hogwarts. She was SO COOL.

Her summer was split between camp and school shopping. While her older siblings shopped for their own supplies, the youngest Nam ventured off to go have her own adventures. She met the kind Ash and her peculiar body guard (Dusty? Dustin?), threw rocks with a new friend (Remy), and then witnessed a whole out verbal combat between Victoria Gellar and Daniel Yoon.

Regardless of that interaction, most people that she ran into were fun. And still, she was going to Hogwarts. She wasn't being left behind anymore.

3. Best Friend | Sofi Tukker, NERVO, The Knocks, ALISA UENO

Hogwarts, Year One, Age Eleven
I think that I'll keep loving you, way past sixty-five
We made a language for us two, we don't need to describe
Everytime time you call on me, I drop what I do

She made friends quickly. V, Remy, Ollie, Serena, even Daniel, Alfie, Jasper from her year.. They were all great

But, Serena was different. She (and Daniel) came to watch her in the play. But Serena did more than that. Lisa owed Serena her life.

Lisa almost had received the candle from Healer Poppy but soon the woman was taken out by a spell. She turned her head to the origin of the spell and found Serena. Tears of relief welled up in her eyes and she ran as fast as she could to her best friend.

They hugged. "Thank you."

Second year when she started having these weird feelings. Butterflies in her tummy was what Maya called it. That wasn't the only symptom. Her cheeks would turn bright pink and she would find herself staring momentarily and admiring them. It was weird. She first noticed with Daniel in the Great Hall (later, she'd learn that Daniel had her drink a love potion). It happened again when she ran into Jasper because of his confidence on the scavenger hunt. Stewie, too, with his schemes. Atlas with his intelligence and kindness when he checked in on her.

The case of the crushes.

He had asked her out on a date. Her best friend asked her out on a date. Well best male friend. Serena and she had a heart to heart where Lisa explained that she hadn't shared her feelings. Though Lisa found herself feeling weird around her friend. First Serena, now Stewie was acting strange. The strangeness led to him asking her out.

So they lay on the ground staring at the clouds and just enjoying each other's company. He pointed up at the sky at a cloud. "That looks like you, Lees."

Giggles.

His smile did weird things to her.

6. I'm Sorry, Tokyo | Brooke Alexx

Hogwarts, Year Three, Age Thirteen
And I let myself get so blinded by comparisons
I watered down my differences
Made the joke before someone else did

She hated her eyes.

They were the colour of poop. They weren't as pretty as Serena or V's.

She was SO UGLY.

One day in the girl's bathroom, she tried her hardest to make herself look like she had a double eyelid with an eyeliner pencil. She then tried to put in blue coloured contacts. After the third time of failing at putting a contact in, she burst into TEARS.

"I'm NEVER going to be pretty!!"

"Lisa?" Arms enveloped her. It was Misa. "Your eyes are pretty because they kiss in the corners and glow like warm tea. You're pretty."

7. Crush | Tessa Violet

Summer, In Between Age Thirteen
And I'm just tryna play it cool now

It all started with her lending Atlas "The Frog and the Princess". Later on, he asked HER out on a date. Lisa had been surprised by this development and accepted.

Over the summer between third and fourth year, they spent a whole day at the beach. The sand was scorching hot and he was a gentleman. He gave her a piggyback. It was a successful date. They spent the whole time learning about the ocean and all fun facts. She loved spending time with Atlas because he had an equivalent thirst for knowledge. He was also easy on the eyes.

8. Coke & Mentos | Salem Ilese

Hogwarts, Fourth Year, Thirteen
When we touch it's Coke and Mentos
Blowing up until we let go

They met at the Battlements for the Great Hat exchange. He had taken her bright red beret in exchange for one of his numerous baseball caps so Lisa had told Jasper to meet up here. She was admiring the view when he called her name. Turning around, she felt herself get all nervous. He had that effect on her. He took her hand, guiding her across the scary part of the battlements and the two sat together, enjoying the world. The way he was smiling. She almost cracked. She didn't tell him.

They formed a handshake. It was their secret.

Hogwarts, Year Four, Thirteen
I just wanna run, hide it away

Run before they're finding me out

Not only had Serena asked Jasper to the dance she admitted that the two had kissed. Lisa's eyes widened as far as they could. Her heart deflated. She felt as if she had the carpet pulled underneath her feet.

Lisa he shut down immediately. "I need to go." She burst into a run and ran as fast as she could away from her. Tears leaking feeling more hurt than ever. She kept running until she hit someone.

"Lisa?"

She looked up at him before burrowing her face in his chest. Her heart was shattering. She never felt more alone.

Sobs.

Jasper fell. She rushed over and met Serena. Her former friend didn't look happy to see her.

"Are you okay, Jasper?"

Serena scoffed. "Of course, he's not okay, Lisa. He fell from the sky."

Lisa saw red. She had asked JASPER not SERENA. "I have eyes, Serena. I'm not an idiot," she spoke with venom in her voice. If there was anything she hated the most, it was being treated like an idiot. She had not wanted to emasculate Jasper who was trying to be as brave as possible.

"What happened to you two? You're best friends."

They looked away.

Lisa asked Daniel to the dance. V flipped out but soon came to apologize to Lisa.

At the dance, Lisa had a decent enough time with Daniel. He was perfect as a date. Handsome, matched her colours, was a good conversationalist but... He didn't want to dance. So as she headed to the archways, she paused and saw Serena and... Jasper. Her heart dropped as she replayed previous conversations.

She walked away and then spotted V and Stewie canoodling...

She felt even more lost until she ran into Yumeki, Atlas, Freddie, and Remy.

Lisa really just wanted to ignore everything.

She had a job. It was good thing to take her mind off of things.

Florean's was good for her. She got to work with a new crew, learn how to manage customers, learn how to manage her boss, and get to taste new ice cream flavours. Stewie came to visit and it was good to see him. She paid him a visit later at his studio where everyone was so friendly. Freddie came to visit her too. He was always a ball of bright energy and positivity. She had fun interacting with customers. She finally felt like her again.

12. Unstoppable | Sia

Lisa walked onto the Hogwarts Express as a NEW woman.

Fifth year would be her BEST year.

Chin held high, she found a compartment with Ash to share on the train ride up. She focused on what she wanted to do which was weird and new and unlike her but she still did it. She was important. Lisa did receive a special visitor who made her heart do funny things. HE had been wanting to talk to her all summer. *SWOON* Jasper needed to see her. He asked her out on a date. *SWOON*

This new-old Lisa was doing wonders.
