41. Thestrals

Harry still couldn’t believe Thestrals were aloud to graze on the grounds of Hogwarts. The majestic black skin stretched over their sickly sticking out bones. Luna was throwing some of the larger ones some meat for lunch.

“Luna, have you ever thought of wanting a Thestral as a pet? They seem to like you.” Harry commented.

Luna smiled and went over to a baby and started to pet the top of it’s bony head. “They wouldn’t like to be tamed to an owner. They like to be free.”

Harry smiled.

68. Roar

Luna looked up at Harry. She was sitting on the bench of the Ravenclaw table eating her pudding. He leaned on the table with his one hand and towered over her.

“Luna, can you make a sound like a raven?” Harry asked. Luna put her spoon down and squawked.

“Now Harry, can you roar like a lion?” She smiled impishly. Harry roared.

Gryffindor and Ravenclaw.

58. Hoot

Harry walked up the winding steps to the Owlery. Why did Ron send him to go get his own owl? Pig was so spastic he didn’t even want to go in and fetch the sugar induced bird. He rounded around the corner and collided with someone blonde.

“Luna!” he looked up at her, about to apologize for bumping her. “I’m s- Pig is on your head!”

Luna looked at Harry, nodding curtly. “Yes, he is.”

Pig hooted excitedly.

23. Telescope

Harry and Luna sat on the ground of the Astronomy tower looking up at the sky with a large telescope. The stars were shining bright and Luna leaned back from looking into the magnificent instrument. She sighed and looked up at the black sky. Harry watched her.

“How old do you think this telescope is, Luna?” Harry asked. He was wondering himself.

Luna peered over at him. “I believe it was used by a famous wizard named Albert Sundan. Back hundreds of years ago.”

Harry just nodded, looking back up at the sky.

80.faerie

Harry rolled his eyes as he slowly walked towards the Gryffindor table. Most of the students were walking to their seats, already feasting, or trying to eat as many bat cookies possible. He just made it to the table when he heard a good portion of the hall start to laugh.

Harry turned around and saw a skipping Luna Lovegood in a prettiest faerie costume. Her blonde hair trailing and her wings bobbing off her, she went and stood before Harry, smiling.

“I’m a Faerie!”

“You are, Luna.” Harry said smiling back.
