43. Headmaster

Lexi giggled to herself as she crept closer to the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom. Class had already been dismissed, but she was waiting for Professor Headmaster to come out on his way back to the office. Heheh. Pressing her hand over her mouth to stop the giggles from erupting once more she looked wide eyed as he exited.

With his back still to her he had no idea that Miss Denver was about to pounce. And pounce she did! Hugging Tate tightly around his middle she giggled wildly. HA! She said she would get him again. WIN.

Default 32. Common Room

First day back at home sweet Hogwarts.

Lexi plopped down on HER sofa right near the fire and began to dig through her bag for her paraphernalia for s’mores. See, she had house unity and spirit and all of those other HOUSE things. Smiling around her she cleared her throat before shouting, “ANYONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE S’MORES COME ON OVER!”

It sounded more like a herd of elephants than a pride of Lions running through the room then. She couldn’t help but giggle as her little cublet attempted to roast her marshmallow. “You put it on the skewer, kiddo”

Default 1. Herbology

Trudging out to the greenhouses was probably the most depressing walk through the grounds EVER. If you sniffed hard enough you could smell the scent of mooncalf dung hanging in the air. It was dreadful, wretched, and TORTUROUS!

SIGH.

The only saving grace was Lexi’s knight in shining armor, her Slytherin Prince, the manly poop toucher; because really Lexi Denver didn’t touch dung for any reason whatsoever. Entering greenhouse number 2 she glanced around in search of him… WHERE WAS HE?

“Hey there luv!” she heard as two strong arms wrapped around her midriff.

“Did you bring your dragonhide gloves?” SMIIIIIRK.

This one is dedicated to the owner of Lexi's Slytherin Price, Steelsheen. Thanks for giving me a fab charrie to write about.

Default 59. Ignore

She was running through the corridor to the Fat Lady’s portrait; she was late as usual. GAH! Defense Training was set to start in an hour and she was still in her pyjamas and had both hands gripping the pink iced donuts.

“Gobbledygook!” she shouted and then shoved one of the donuts in her mouth as she crawled through the hole. Yeah. It was one of those days, man.

WHY was the common room so packed? She heard one of the little lions call out to her, but she ignored them as she ran past.

Wait. Was it Saturday? Damn.

Thanks to Steelsheen for the theme and the pink donuts.

Default 39. Duel

That was IT! She had had it!

That NASTY elf was going to get a piece of Lexi’s mind. Hmph!

The little blonde was no more than 7 or 8, but man she was angry and had a purpose as she marched through the house with her hands on her hips. She wanted to wallop that creature good this time!

AH! There he was. The mean little creature stopped mid shuffle of his foot and glared back at her. Without a moment’s hesitation Lexi snatched up a banana and brandished it.

They would duel with fruit this eve! They would.

Default 96. Socks

The banana duel had not ended well at all. There was fruit everywhere… shouting, scratching, kicking, and that was just what the nasty little elf had done. Lexi had accidentally performed some form of magic that had caught the kitchen table on fire. It was purely accidental of course.

All the same she had gotten into a LOAD of trouble.

Thus her mission to free the elf from her household began. Stealing every sock out of her father’s drawers that she could, she began to stick them in random places through the house.

Her hopes were ever dashed. Stupid elf.

Default 81. Depression

Dreadful. Wretched. Awful.

All of those nasty words were how she felt. She laid in her bed at home, wand in hand, trying her hardest to conjure even a single butterfly and failing. She ought not to be trying to practice magic at home anyway, but she was, so HA. She was giving the middle finger to the man.

Sighing heavily she tucked her wand away and rolled over pulling her knees up to her chest. Her eyes fell on one of their holiday photos and the tears welled in her eyes. She wanted to break it, but could not.

Default 2. Muggle Studies

The two most beautiful words in the English language: Professor Zookara. SIGHS. Lexi rushed to the Muggle Studies classroom with a smile on her face. What would he have in store for them today?

“Goooood mooooorning, siiiiir!” she sang as she flitted through the door… only to find the classroom empty and the lovely man not at his desk.

What was going on? IT COULDN’T BE?! Had he left them? WAS HE GONE? Had the man eating plants gotten him as well? Lexi was beside herself with fear and sadness.

Only to realize it was Tuesday… no class today.

Default 22. Kneazle

“Auntie Doooooowa, Auntie Dooooooooowa! Kit-cat! Wook! Kit cat!” little Lexi exclaimed as she pointed… up? Oh dear Merlin what had she done now? Dora chuckled at her little niece and came rushing into the room to see that, once again, Lexi had levitated the poor kneazle into the air.

“Alexandra, baby, you have to be careful! I know you want to play with Sebastian, but you can’t get so excited,” Dora explained as she blew a lock of her bright purple hair from her face.

“Kit cat sooooft. Wanna pet!” she said as she waved her chubby hands at Sebastian.

Default 40. Spell

Lexi stood with her hands on her hips as she stared at the contraption at her feet. “But what IS IT?” she asked once more. A lawnmower… well they hadn’t any lawn to mow, whatever that meant. “How does one mow exactly?” she asked skeptically. Good thing he was patient.

Stradivarius just kept on trying to explain it all to her finally telling her to MOW one simply pushed the thing along… “I dun think I get what you are saying. Can you SPELL mow for me? I think I am confusing it with something else entirely.” Stradivarius simply laughed.

Default 45. Torch

“Stupid thing! Work! WORK!” she shouted at the inanimate object in her hand. He had promised he would help her learn to use it properly… and no matter how many times he tried the infernal contraption bested her. Holding the small telephone upside down she shouted at it some more. It was HOPELESS. It wouldn’t work… it was broken. She was sure of these things. Tossing the phone aside on the bed she flopped backward.

And then it began to make that noise again! Snatching the thing up she tossed it to the floor and torched it. Take that technology!
