# 88 Sweet Tooth

Delanie sat in her favorite chair in the common room with a plate and fork in her hand. Savoring the last bite, she pouted once it was gone.

“What was that?” Cody questioned as he entered the common room. He sat down on the couch across from her in his Hufflepuff robes with his hair askew, as if he had been caught in a windstorm.

“That,” Delanie replied, “my love, was the last of Torin’s pumpkin pie. I miss it already.”

Cody chucked. “It’s just pie.”

Delanie gasped. “I have a huge sweet tooth. It’s never ‘just pie’ to me.”

21. Veela

Cody glanced towards the group of Beauxbaton girls in the corner at Florean's, who were giggling and frequently looking over at him. With a smirk he winked back, chuckling to himself.

Another score for himself and his ego, a group of veela's, were interested in him. Snort. Why wouldn't they be? Cody was 200 pounds of pure amazingness. He couldn't blame them.

Taking a lick of his ice cream he looked back towards his girlfriend, who was scowling unhappily. "What?"

"Don't make me use my amazing Kung Fu on you." Dee replied with a pout on her beautiful facial features.

# 34 Parseltongue
[For: Whitterz]

Delanie and Cody were walking along the edge of the lake, hand in hand, enjoying the sunny weather. Dee was quite the outdoors girl, so of course she had pulled Cody outside to bask in the rays. Everything was perfect until-

“SNAKE!!!” Delanie squealed.

Before Cody knew it, Lanie had climbed onto him, trying to get away from the serpent. She was terrified, but it was hilarious. Cody couldn’t help but laugh as she clung to him.

“I can speak parseltongue,” Cody snorted. “Want me to send it away?”

“Oh, shut up, Cody,” Delanie growled. “I wish you really could.”

37. Animagus

Cody and Dee were lounging in the Hufflepuff common room, pretty much just being lazy and avoiding their huge piles of homework.

"You know, my ego is an animagus." Cody said randomly, as Delanie shot him an incredulous, yet slightly amused look.

Dee tilted an eyebrow and chuckled slightly, "Your ego is an animagus?" she asked.

Cody nodded his head, a smirk on his face. "Yep, and I predict he's on his way." suddenly a mew could be heard under their feet. Cody leaned over and lifted Eric, his arrogant cat. "Delanie, meet my ego in animagus form."

Dee snorted.

# 41 Thestrals
[For: Sneakeh Cat]

Cody watched Delanie, completely clueless. “What are you looking at?”

Dee’s bright eyes remained on the creature in front of her, not sure what to think. “A thestral.”

“How can you see those?” Cody questioned. “I thought you had to have...” But he didn’t finish his sentence. Ah. He put the pieces together.

“I saw my mama pass away,” Delanie murmured. “That’s how.”

Cody walked up behind Dee, wrapping his arms around her waist and placing his head on her shoulder. “I wish I could see a thestral.”

Lanie looked to the ground, tears in her eyes. “No. You don’t.”

68. Roar
(For MuggleVampire)
Cody sat by the edge of the lake looking into the water. He'd been HOPING someone would be around.Where was Delanie, or even Blake! It'd be fun to do some more threatening against him.

But little did Code know Dee was behind him, she'd seen him and thought it would be fun to scare him. Tip toeing towards him, she leaned down next to his hear. "Roar."

"AAHHH!" Cody screeched girlishly, rocking forward until he toppled into the cold lake.

Dee bit her lip to keep from laughing as his head popped up from underneath the water.

Cody pouted.

# 31 Dress Robes
[For: SilverTiger]

“You look very snazzy in your dress robes, handsome, I must say,” Delanie said, dusting some lint off of Cody’s shoulder. “You know, I’ve always been a sucker for men in black.”

Cody snorted. “The movie or me?”

Delanie considered this for a moment, her lips pouting. Finally, she replied, “Both. But I think you are my favorite.”

“I better be,” Cody replied, kissing her. “I’m real and they are not.”

Delanie sighed. “It’s a pity they are not. I always thought those big guns they played with were nifty.”

“I know, love,” Cody smiled. “Let’s go before we’re late.”

84. Angry

Cody paced angrily back and forth in front of the fireplace, muttering to himself. Dee sitting on the couch watching him warily.

"I can't believe him! I'm going to tear him into bits and pieces and feed him to the sharks!" he growled clenching and unclenching his fists.

Delanie sighed from the couch shaking her head slightly, "Calm down handsome."
"I can't calm down!" Jay was an idiot, he was going to kill him, the git.

Pushing herself up, Dee wrapped her arms around his waist. "Just let me unleash my Kung Fu skills on him."

Cody chuckled.

# 39 Duel

“Get up,” Delanie demanded.

Cody looked up at her. He was on a bench in the courtyard, working on some homework. “Why?”

“I want to try something,” Delanie answered, wand in hand.

“Your experiments worry me; I’m not your guinea pig!” Cody protested.

Delanie snorted. “Just get up!”

Doing as he was told, Cody moved his books aside and rose. Before he knew it, Dee had shot a curse that sent him hanging upside-down mid-air by his ankles.

“That,” Lanie said, looking back at her witnesses, “is how you duel a boy.”

Cody scoffed. “But that wasn’t even a duel!”

61. Kiss
(for Jack Mannequin)

Cody sat next to Dee on the bench in the Great Hall, in their usual place at the huffie table. Brody and Torin sitting straight across from them. Code watched in amusement as Delanie dove into the pie in front of her, compliments of Tor.

"Really Dee? Slow down love!" he said with a chuckle. Delanie merely glared at him and hit his shoulder, pushing him slightly. He toppled to the ground behind him and pouted, "Deee!"

Delanie chuckled, "Would a kiss make you feel better?" she asked teasingly.

Code smirked slightly and nodded.

Dee leaned over and kissed him.

# 43 Headmaster

Delanie and Cody sat together at the Hufflepuff table as the Headmaster stood in front of the hall, his hands on each side of the podium. Dee had her elbows on the table as she leaned forward, gazing at the headmaster very intently. Surprisingly, she wasn’t drooling.

Cody growled and crossed his arms. “I hate when you stare at him like that.”

“I can’t help it,” Lanie sighed dreamily. “He’s just so… gorgeous.”

“I’m handsome,” Cody quipped, pouting.

Hearing Cody’s tone, Dee turned and smiled at him. Placing a kiss on his cheek, she responded, “Yes, you are; my handsome.”

18. Whomping Willow

Cody and Dee were taking a walk on the grounds, trying to escape the hufflepuff common room. As they passed the Whomping Willow, Code thought it would be a brilliant idea to mess with it.

Stepping forward he reached out towards the thing, hoping to pull back before it touched him, as Delanie rolled her eyes and opened her mouth to tell him to step back.

*THWACK*

Tooo late. A loud crunch could be heard, the sound of Cody's arm breaking, and Delanie's eyes widened. "Are you okay?"

Cody grinned mischeivously, "Course. I get to see the hawt nurse."

*SMACK*

# 66 Pace

He had done it. Cody had finally told Delanie that he loved her. After all the anticipation that had been building up, he had finally cracked through and said those three little words that meant the world to Delanie. Her arms snaked around his neck as she kissed him slowly, basking in the moment. When they broke apart, she was beaming. She took Cody’s hand and placed it on her chest so he could feel her thumping heartbeat.

“Why did you change the pace?” she questioned. “My heart was never meant to race.”

Cody smiled. “Just let it run, love.”

91. Future

Cody and Dee were in the common room, chillin on the couch, as Code watched the fire. How long would he and Dee last? Would they be a forever thing? He certainly hoped so. He gave a small sigh.

"What is it Handsome?" Dee asked, hearing him. No no no, her handsome was not allowed to sigh.

"What about the future love? What's going to happen to us there? Will we still be Delody?"

Dee smirked, "Duh! We are going to be Delody forever. And We're going to get married and have 4 kids."

Code's eyes widened. "Four?" Merlin.

# 45 Torch

Cody saw Delanie sitting near the lake. Smiling to himself, he walked toward her, looking over her shoulder. She had a book in her lap and her wand out. What was she… was she doing homework?! For ONCE?

“What the-,” Cody began, but was cut off by fire shooting from Delanie’s wand. He yelped and clutched at his face.

Delanie jumped back. “Oh baby, I’m sorry! You shouldn’t have snuck up on me! You know how jumpy I am!”

Cody pulled his hand back. “I think you just torched my eyebrows.”

Dee’s eyes widened as she took in the damage.

3. Transfiguration

"Deeeeeee! I'm bored!" Cody whined, as Delanie was reading her Transfiguration book. Wait! Dee was...studying?

Cody lightly poked her, as his girlfriend rolled her eyes. "Cody, I'm trying to catch up in Transigurations. My trip to the hospital wing put me behind."

Cody pouted slightly, "But Deee!"

Delanie sighed and pulled out her wand, reading the book in front of her and pointing it at Cody. Muttering a few words, he transfigured into a cat, identical to Eric.

"Mew."

"There, now you match your ego." Delanie said quite happily, smirking to herself.

The cat pouted and moodily slunk away.

# 36 Muggle

Delanie and Cody sat outside the coffee shop near her house. It was a warm summer and they were enjoying the view. However, Dee was a little distracted, her eyes scanning the faces of the people around them.

“What are you doing?” Cody questioned.

“Looking for hot muggles,” she answered. “I need some new eye candy.”

Cody scoffed. “Look at me!”

Dee turned her attention to him and laughed. “I’m only joking, love. You know you’re the one I want to look at.” She turned and pointed to an Italian man. “Well, you and that man over there.”

Cody growled.

1. Herbology

Cody and Delanie exited the Greenhouses after Herbology lesson, for once they actually attended. Dee was walking a little ahead with Code lagging slightly.

"What's up with you?" Delanie asked annoyedly, turning towards him.

"Torin was completely right." he replied in a dazed state, looking past her at a group of people ahead, one which was the Herbology Professor.

Wait, wha? Torin? Right? "What are you talking about handsome?" Dee asked with a raised eyebrow, her brother was NEVER right.

"Bunbury, she's hot." He replied with a faint smile on his face.

Delanie scoffed, "Pfft, I'm better." She wasn't old.

# 15 Room
[Dedicated to Whitterz and the ever-gorgeous and slim Torin]

“I got you a surprise,” Cody smiled, taking Delanie by the arm and leading her to sit down on a bench in the hallway.

“What is it?” Dee asked.

Cody handed her a folded piece of parchment. Lanie opened it and smiled at the image. He had drawn a picture of a beating heart with their names on it. Cheesy, but Dee thought it was cute.

“Aww, Cody! I love handmade surprises!” she cooed, leaning in to kiss him.

At that moment, Torin Kane just so happened to walked by. He groaned and said, “Eww, you two! Get a room!”

7. Care of Magical Creatures
for ma bestie, Smyper_C

"Ow, ow, ow!" Cody complained as he and Delanie exited the forest with the rest of the Care of Magical Creatures class.

Delanie rolled her eyes slightly, following after him, "Suck it up handsome, it was just a small burn."

Cody mock glared at her, "Shouldn't you at least be concerned? I'm in PAIN." some girlfriend she was. Pout.

Again, Dee rolled her eyes, chuckling lightly, but it faded as she spotted a familiar hufflepuff prefect ahead. "No, what hurts is losing him. My best friend."

Cody straightened, forgetting his own pain and wrapped his arms around her, "I know."

# 8 Potions

Cody, books in hand, entered the Hufflepuff common room after a full day of classes. Loosening his tie, he looked up and spotted his girlfriend. He smiled and walked towards her.

“What are you doing?” he questioned, looking over her shoulder. What was that? Homework? No way; Dee never did that stuff.

“Brewing a love potion,” Delanie practically sang, wagging her eyebrows playfully at her boyfriend.

Cody laughed. “You don’t have to do that, love; you already have me,” he replied, slipping his arms around her waist.

“I know,” Dee smiled. She kissed him. “I was merely experimenting with potions.”

54. Dare

Torin, Delanie and Cody lounged in the hufflepuff common room, completely and utterly bored. So bored, that Dee was actually doing homework.

"Why not play a game? Silence is deafening." Cody suggested, leaning his head on the back of the couch.

Torin shrugged, looking from Dee to Cody. "Fine, Cody truth or dare?"

Cody rolled his eyes, did it need to be asked? "Dare."

"I dare you to ask out Healer Ashford." Torin winked slightly, it was no secret Cody would enjoy that immensly.

Cody chuckled, "With Pleasure."

Delanie sat up, looking from Cody to Torin. Before...Smack.

"Ow! Dee!"

# 57 Gape

Delody was in Italy and in the Prada store, getting fitted for a gown that she was going to wear to the Chanel family meeting. Cody was sitting in a chair in the next room, waiting for her.

The dress fitter put the finishing touches on the dress and stepped back, allowing Delanie to look at herself in the mirror. She grinned and turned to walk into the show room so Cody could see her dress.

“What do you think?” She questioned.

All Cody could do was gape at her. A perfect fit. She was gorgeous; he was too lucky.

81. Depression

No, no, no. He was not depressed. He didn't CARE what his dad thought about him. Or his family, because they didn't need him. The man obviously hated them. So why should he, Cody, care?

He heard a knock, opening it to reveal his girlfriend Delanie. "DEE!"

She hugged him, but appeared to be concerned. "What's this about depression?"

His face hardened and he went back to his place, "I'm not depressed. Just thinking."

She slowly followed, sitting behind him. "About?"

"Him." Of course she understood what that meant. Dee rested her head on Cody's shoulder.

"I'll share my dad."

# 28 Timeturner

Delanie appeared in the room with a timeturner in her hand, blinking down at it and looking ill. She had just popped back from having taken a trip back in time and she was dizzy. The girl felt like she was going to be sick.

“What… how… you were just over there!” Cody exclaimed, pointed to a different spot in the room. “How did you do that?”

“Timeturner,” Dee answered, holding it up for him to see. She let it slip from her hand. “Now if you’ll excuse me…”

She took off, running at full speed towards the hospital wing.
