89. Past

5 year old Caitlyn Taylor was toddling around in her garden whilst playing with her best friend, Scott Anderson. Then suddenly....

CRASH.

Seconds later, Caitlyn burst into tears and ran to her mum. "Mummy! S-S-cottie pushed me over!" She babbled then held her arms up so her mum could pick her up.

After a few seconds of crying, Caitlyn's mum put her back on the ground and walked over to Scott. "What do you say?" She put on a stern expression. "M'sorry Caitlyn." He murmered then hugged the blonde child like best friends should.

Ford Anglia

"No Caitlyn, it's the sticky thing in the middle" 17 year old Scott instructed his girlfriend after several attempts of trying to explain the gear stick.

"What? This one?" she asked pointing to the handbrake.

"No Caitlyn that's the......" but it was too late and the car went rolling back off the drive and straight into the fence. "Handbrake" he finished the sentence off with a wince.

Caitlyn sat in the Ford Anglia with an embarrassed look on her face. "Sorry" she told Scott.

Scott shrugged it off. He'd find a new car. This was the 5th one this week.

88. Sweet Tooth

"Hellooo!" Came the voice of a pleased Scott Anderson. There wasn't a reason why, but he had bought his best friend Caitlyn a present. Hehe, she would love it.

"Hi." Caitlyn replied in a dreary tone. "What's the matter with you?" He asked with curious eyes. Wow, she never usually looked so depressed.

"I'm cutting down on chocolate and now I am having withdrawal symptoms." She sighed.

... Scott paused, then pulled out a box of chocolates from behind his back. They stared at each other for a moment, then burst out laughing. But duuhh! She took the chocolates from him immediately!

Parseltongue

13 year old Scott sat in front of a glass tank that contained a very emerald looking Snake. He started making hissing noises in front of it as the snake simply coiled himself up.

"What on Earth are you doing Scott?" asked Caitlyn as she walked into the room.

"I was seeing if I could do Parseltongue" he replied simply.

"Riiiiight....?" Caitlyn asked, an eyebrow raised.

"Whaaaat....? It would be cool if I could" he replied as Caitlyn burst into fits of giggles in front of him, which caused him to laugh as well, that's how good friends they were.

78. Pick up lines
(author's choice)

"Hey Caitlyn." Ahem. "If I were to look into the Mirror of Erised, I'd see the two of us together." Blink blink.

"What the hell was that?" Caitlyn questioned whilst in a fit of giggles. Scottie seemed to be having a mad five minutes.

"It's a pick up line. Did it work?"

She shook her head then cleared her throat. "Lemme try." Ahem. "You know when I said, "Accio hottie," I didn't expect it to work!" Hehehe, wink wink.

Leprechaun

"What's a Leprechaun?" asked 7 year old Caitlyn to Scottie.

"I think it's a small Irish person in green who carries around a pot of gold" answered the equally aged boy, Scott.

"Like him" said the girl pointing to a Gringotts Goblin that was carrying around a load of Galleons with him.

"I don't know, maybe" replied the boy with a mischievous smile.

Both approached the goblin, poked him and held out there hands. "Mr Leprechaun man, can you show us an Irish gig?" they asked.

Big Mistake. Goblins weren't exactly the nicest of creatures at the best of times.

64. Nap

"Mummy!" Shouted a 4 year old Scottie to his mother. "I want to go to bed!" He insisted with a stomp of his foot.

"Not now Scott dear, it's too early!" She replied, then patted him on the head. Why would he have such a desire to sleep in the middle of the day?

"But Caitlyn is sleeping!" Ahh. Scott's mum nodded and peeked in the living room to see tiny Caitlyn curled up on their couch, fast asleep. She chuckled then picked up Scottie and placed him next to her.

"Sleep tight then sweethearts." She turned off the light and watched as the toddlers snuggled closely together. Awh.

Chicken

Scott walked into the Kitchen carrying a large clucking bird under his arm and a smile on his face.

"What the heck is that?" asked the young adult stood before him.

"It's a rabbit. What else does it look like?" the young man joked.

"Very funny Scott. Why on Earth are you carrying a chicken into the Kitchen?" Caitlyn asked.

"You said you wanted fresh eggs, this was the freshest that you could get" Scott laughed before receiving a whack on the arm from the woman.

"Whaaaaat...?" the man inquired but he only received a roll of the eyes from Caitlyn.

8. Potions

"Alright class, pair up!" Came the instructions from the Potions professor. Two heads in the class turned to each other immediately, and it was decided. They were partners.

After putting subtances together in their cauldron, Caitlyn and Scott both peered their heads above it to see the color. Hmm..

"What potion are we making again?"

BOOM!

"The wrong one by the looks of it." Scott replied sheepishly to Caitlyn. They both stared at each other, with muck covering their faces.

Astronomy

Astronomy class. And the pair sat at the back, textbook closed in front of them.

"So Scottie, which moon is that one over there?" asked the Female of the pair, pointing up.

"Well judging by the trajectory of the Earths moon and the sun here, I'd say that moon there is Jupiter's moon Ganymede" Scott replied.

Caitlyn raised an eyebrow impressed by his answer as she checked within the textbook. "Wow Scott. How did you know that?" she asked.

The young boy smiled. "It says on the board" he laughed pointing over at the teachers writing on the blackboard.

94. Allergic

Diagon Alley. Ooh, exciting.

11 year old Scott rushed out of a shop with a cage under his arm and he approached Caitlyn.

"Awww. Not too close! I'm allerg - A-A-A-ACHOOO!" Caitlyn sneezed as she took one look at the cat in his arms.

Scott stared gormlessly at his best friend then sighed. "Okay. I'll exchange him for another creature." He turned and made his way back into the shop.

It was never going to work if his best friend was allergic to his pet now would it?

Dungeons

"Scottie, why are we down here?" asked the teenage girl looking over at her friend.

"I was trying to find the Charms Classroom" Scott stated as he looked over at his friend.

"Since when has the Charms Classroom looked like a dark dungeon?" asked Caitlyn.

"I don't know. Maybe the teacher likes being in a dark dingy dungeon" Scott told her.

Caitlyn simply rolled her eyes as she walked back up the way they had just come from and Scott trailed after her, hands in his pockets.

95. Snowball

"Scott???" Caitlyn called with her woolly hat and scarf on. It was winter, and the pair were definitely making the most of the snow. If only she knew where Scott was hiding?...

Then.... THWACK.

"AHH! What the hell!" The blonde screeched. A snowball had landed right in her face and it almost knocked her out.

"Hehehehe. Gotchaa." Scott finally came out from behind the trees with a pleased expression. Caitlyn glared. She would soo get him back for that later.

This guy was a bully.

Yodel

"OK Scottie, Truth or Dare?" Scott thought about it for a few seconds but answered with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"I pick Dare"

Caitlyn grinned. "OK I dare you to go outside and start yodeling" Scott furrowed his brows.

"What kind of dare is that?" he asked.

"A good one. Now go on"

Scott reluctantly opened the door walked out into the garden and yodeled at the top of his lungs whilst Caitlyn giggled in the background.

87. Plaid

"Yoo-hooo?" Caitlyn skipped into the Slytherin common room with a gift-wrapped prezzie behind her back. "I have something for you." She grinned at Scott.

"Oooooh, what is it?" Scott got excited as Caitlyn handed him the present. As he opened it, he paused. PLAID?! "It's.. lovely."

"Well go on, put it on and we can go and show it off in the Great Hall!"

Noooooooo.

Torch

"Scottie, what did you do?!?" yelled a voice through the darkness.

"It wasn't me. I didn't do anything" answered a male voice back to the female.

"Scott, magical lights don't just go off on their own accord" Caitlyn rolled her eyes. She searched around for her wand with no luck.

Scott who had probably turned a lovely shade of pink, had been experimenting over whether muggle electricity was more powerful then their own lights by testing with the batteries. Big mistake!!

"SCOTT!" came an annoyed voice. "Why are there no batteries in this torch?"

100. Homework

ZZZZZZZZZZZZ.....

"Pssst.. Scottie.. Wake up for Merlin's sake!" Caitlyn instructed with a shake of his shoulders. As his eyes fluttered open, she dropped a ton of books in front of him.

That woke him up for sure.

"Do I have to do this now?" Scott moaned.

"If you don't do your homework then how on Earth will we gain our top students status?" At least ONE of them was motivated.

Chocolate

Scott pounced onto the sofa holding a bar of chocolate which he handed over to Caitlyn. "Scott was is this?" the girl asked, her eyebrow raised.

"It's a bar of chocolate" the boy replied an eyebrow raised slightly.

"I can see that. Well it was a bar of chocolate" the girl replied eying the bar.

"Sorry it got a little melted when I ironed my jeans" he stifled a laugh.

"SCOTT!!!" Caitlyn hissed hitting his arm.

"I'm kidding" Scott rubbed his arm and handed her over a perfect bar of chocolate.

21. Veela

Sitting upon the couch in the Slytherin common room, Caitlyn was looking in a mirror with a frustrated expression. One of her lesson's was playing constantly on her mind.

"Hey, what're you doing?" Came a familiar voice that made the blonde girl jump.

"Well... we were learning about Veela's today... and I think it's so unfair that I am not one." She pouted then stared at Scott.

Uhhhh..

"Well.. erm.. I think you look like a Veela." He said nervously. AWH! Caitlyn beamed at him then put the mirror down.
