Heyah. Im Rachel and this is my fic about my rp charrie Vanessa Corbette and her twin sisters Hollie And Cloe

I hope you enjoy it.

Chapter 1

Vanessa wondered through the small garden at the rear of her families house. It seemed that she was always outside. Especially when she was school. Preferably at their tree. Their tree belonging to Miles and herself of course. It would be there tree forever. Even when they were old people with walking sticks. Now that would be a picture to see. We should carve our names into it She thought to herself as she sat down, stretching her short legs out into the long grass. Unusually for her normal self Vanessa was wearing white denim shorts today. Well actually quite a lot of unusual stuff had happened lately. Her boyfriend one of them. Never had the ever expected something like that to happen. But she was so happy about it. She couldn’t actually wait for the summer to end and school to begin. And that was something else that she had never thought she’d be thinking,

When Vannie had arrived home bedlam had already struck. Cloe and Hollie, Vanessa’s ten year old twin sisters, fresh from their last year being home schooled were once again practising their favourite hobby. Blowing up things. This meant that loud, unexpected bangs were happening all over the house. Lovely for the loved up teenager.
Cloe and Hollie Corbette were not exactly what their image portrayed. Although the picturesque image of two rather small identical blonde twins made most people think that they were angels, the twins were far from it. As it seemed they loved the fact that they normally weren’t classed as the troublesome type. Bad news for any people who came to visit. Even more bad enough when the head teacher from the school at which there mother taught at came for a visit.

“What a fine home you have here Winifred” Carlos Summers had spoke to their mother as he stood outside their house. What he wasn’t too know that inside the twins were attempting to make their own fireworks. That was a bad idea on their account and when Carlos left he was without a top hat.

This was going to an eventful summer.

Chapter 2

Vannie had arrived home from her first academic year at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry her head full of the past years memories. Mainly of her new found love. Miles Parker.
They had met accidentally. Mainly with her not paying any attention what so ever and bumping into him. Ironically and maybe karma related she had ended up on the floor. Not the best situation for some as small as she is.
This meeting and led them to endure a long conversation at the lake, under a tree which eventually came to be their tree. This conversation wasn’t as bad as it seemed and the two seemed to be getting on quite well. Maybe too well in some peoples opinion. But soon after the meeting the pair seemed to be spending an awful amount of time together, so it wasn’t too surprising to find that the pairing turned into a couple. Vannie loved Miles quite a lot. Maybe too much at her age but still she cared for him quite a lot. She had even tried to get him to like liquorice wands on the train journey home. Unfortunately he refused and began to eat chocolate frogs much to Vanessa’s annoyance.

As usual she had decided to spend much of the summer holiday in her bedroom, away from the drama of the twins. Hollie and Cloe left destruction where ever they trod which meant that Vanessa stayed well clear. Alone in her room she was able to dwell on her thoughts, especially with the help of some loud muggle music which usually drowned out the various booms and bangs from the floors below. She usually drew a lot as well. Although her drawings were not that good. She’d never make it as a top selling artist.
Her two sisters never dared come into her room. Vannie thought it was because they were scared of her but it was actually because they were scared of the ‘Sweeney Todd’ posters which covered one side of her room. Vanessa was one for musicals, especially horror ones. Sweeney Todd was her favourite and she was often humming it around the house.

“Cloe eat your sprouts,” Winifred instructed as the four of them sat around the dinner table. Dinner time was one of the only times that Vanessa would step out of her bedroom, not wanting to be pulled away from her thoughts.
Cloe had shaken her head and pushed her plate away in disgust. The youngest of the twins hated vegetables and wouldn’t dare to touch one.
“Cloe Corbette. You will eat a sprout or you will not leave this table,” Her mother instructed fiercely. Reluctantly the girl ate the vegetable will a look of horror on her face as Vanessa slipped away without eating any of hers. It was a known fact that Vanessa was the favourite. Vannie liked it that way.

It seemed that she had yet to be affected by the twins.

Chapter 3
The twins were being abnormally quiet for once in their ten years. This meant that Vannie was able to escape from her room and actually accomodate another part of the house. Hollie and Cloe were playing in the garden with a neighbour so they wouldnt disturb their older sister at all. Dragging herself into the small living room Vannie set about writing another letter to her boyfriend.

Vanessa and Miles had been together only for a few weeks but Vannie knew that she loved him a lot. She was finding it very hot not seeing him everyday like she would do at Hogwarts. It was quite upsetting but the letters which they were sending to each other cheered her up marginly. But what she wanted most was to see him again. Roll on fall

Dearet Miles She began as always. She had never thought that being without him would be so hard. All she wanted to do was run up to him and give him a huge hug. She adored hugging him.
When she began writing the letters she always thought that she'd run out of things to say. But it always turned out that she wrote about two pages at least everytime she wrote to him. It was sweet really. And she always wrote the silliest things but it seemed that Miles didnt care, he always replied to her letters. It made her feel so loved.
She had a box full of the letters which she had gotten from him, hidden safely under her bed. For her eyes only. She read them all the while. As if she thought that he might appear if she did so. Silly niave Hufflepuff. But she did miss him so much.

After a good hour of writing Vannie had finally finished the letter. Sealing it with smile plastered across her face she skipped up toher bedroom, where she attached the three page letter to her tawny owl. Instructed the owl to go straight to Miles she opened the window and watched it fly away till she couldnt see it anymore

She couldnt wait till tomorrw

Chapter 4

So it was the second week of the summer and as always the twins were away plotting. But what Vannie didn’t know that they were plotting against her. Unaware to the older girl, Cloe Corbette had managed to sneak a glance at the letters and now knew about Miles. This made the banging and clanging around the house actually stop as she girls plotted to break up Vannie and Miles. But it seemed that the couple kept on sending each other letters. Would that be the way?

Blissfully unaware of what her siblings were up to Vanessa continued to dawdle around, in her little day dream life. What she would give to see Miles for just a few seconds. But she couldn’t. Not till school began again. Miles’ stupid father. At least they’d be able to spend the whole school year together. That was something to look forward to.

So on this particular day Vannie had wandered off to the village green, to occupy herself by making daisy chains. The thirteen year old definitely was off her rocker. The twins took this chance to try to fiddle around with the relationship which Vannie loved so much.
Sneaking into Vannie’s room Cloe saw a half finished letter which Vannie had carelessly left on the table. Brilliant The small blonde thought as she sat down and picked up the quill.

She knew that she had to be careful. If she was too harsh in the letter Miles was sure to pick up that it wasn’t Vannie writing. But then it would be hard to tell Vannie’s writing from Cloe’s. Even the dots over the I’s were written in the same. A smirk plastered across her face she tied to letter and hopped off the chair and over to Vannie’s owl.

“Take this to Miles and bite him while your at it” She instructed the owl with a grin. Getting owls to bite people was one of her favourite things to do. She just hoped that the owl would make Miles bleed. A lot.
Walking back to where Hollie was sat she spoke words which would scare Vannie to death if she heard her.

“This is just the beginning”

Chapter 5

Vannie was beginning to get quite worried. She hadn’t got a letter from Miles for a good few days now. It was like he had abandoned her. What had happened to him? Had he fallen off a cliff or something. It was scaring her. She really cared about him and she didn’t want anything at all the happen to him. But she was truly worried about what had happened. She hadn’t said anything bad in her letters. She was sure of it. She could send him another letter. But wouldn’t that look like she was obsessed or something. She sat on her bed, looking out the window as if hoping that an owl would suddenly appear with a letter from him.

In truth the reason Miles hadn’t been sending her any letters was because of the one he thought she had sent. He hadn’t thought that Vannie could be that harsh. She obviously wasn’t what he had thought she was. It just didn’t seem like her at all. Maybe he should have sent her another letter. But he couldn’t bring himself to write one. What happened if he got one like she had sent back. It would make him feel bad all over again. The Vannie that had written that letter hadn’t been his Vannie. Had she changed over the summer? And had the few weeks of the last term been too much to ask for?

Still feeling depressed as ever Vannie had taken a walk in the fields behind her house. Even talking to the neighbours had not lifted her spirits. She just couldn’t understand why Miles wasn’t replying to her letters. He did still want to be her boyfriend didn’t he? Or maybe he had found someone else. A pureblood. Someone who was more accepted by his father. Someone who wouldn’t make him disgrace his family. Yes that must be it. He had found another girl. Someone who was better than her, who had a better bloodline. He wouldn’t have to disappoint his father with her like he would have to if he stayed with Vannie.

Sitting down, leaning against a tree she truly hoped what she was thinking wasn’t true. Her Miles wouldn’t hurt like that would he? And wouldn’t he at least owl her and tell her if he’d found someone else. It wouldn’t be that much to ask would it? She could feel tears stinging the back of her eyes. She loved him so much. Was she really that replaceable?

So erm. I havent like updated for a while

Chapter 6

Yet again Vannie was stuck at Diagon Alley with her sisters. According to their mother they needed more clothes before they moved to France and Vannie had to go with them.
“Now don’t go running off,” Vannie warned her sisters as she pushed them through the doors to the leaky cauldron. She was kind of hoping that maybe Miles would be here and she would be saved. “We’ll have a drink first” She nodded whilst sitting them down at a table before going to fetch them some drinks.
“I bet she thinks Miles might be here,” Hollie commented as she watched Vannie, who was walking towards them, three butterbeers in her hand.
“Here you go girls,” She placed the drinks down on the table before she sat down, her back towards the door. She wasn’t sure if she wanted to see Miles today. They hadn’t had contact for a good three weeks now and she was slightly worried about what might happen when they saw each other again. Maybe he would have decided that he didn’t want a little hufflepuff anymore. Picking up her drink she took a sip as she kind of hoped today would go pretty quickly.
The door opened behind her and suddenly the twins were pointing whilst giggling. Without speaking Vannie turned around to see who they were looking at. Eeep! It was him! She turned around quickly, feeling her cheeks going very red. Was he going to come over? He had a little girl with him. It must be his little sister. Keeping her eyes looking down at the table she willed her blushing to go away before he came over at least. “Keep quiet,” She whispered to her sisters.
She felt his arms around her before he spoke. “Hey Vannie,” He was hugging her. He had missed her, especially the three weeks that he hadn’t been able to send her letters. But he knew that she’d want to know why and he just couldn’t tell her. He didn’t want to hurt her like that. He cared for her too much. “Are these your sisters?” He asked looking at the set of twins at the table with her. She nodded with a smile as she looked up at him. He was still really tall, even when she was sitting in a raised chair.
“That’s ones Hollie and the others Cloe,” She pointed them out to him, although she was pretty sure that he wouldn’t be able to tell them apart, most people couldn’t. “And I’m taking that’s yours?” She asked nodding towards the little girl that was looking rather shy.
“Yup. Syliva,” He held out his hand for her. “She’s not that talkative,” He added with a small smile. She hadn’t said a word in ages and she looked pretty scared of the twins, who had there heads close together and were talking.
“I’ve missed you Miles,” Vannie whispered as she watched him sit down beside her. She really meant it. She might have been worried about this moment a few minutes ago but now she wouldn’t give it up for the world. Leaning closer her kissed her cheek, not catching the grimace that was on the faces of the three younger girls, even if he had seen it he wouldn’t have cared.
“I’ve missed you too,”

Its been a while again

Chapter 7

She had to ask him. She couldn’t not ask him. They hadn’t had contact for three weeks previous to this meeting and she wanted to know why. She wanted to know if she had upset him. If she had done something wrong. She was only 14! How was she meant to know what to do. Miles was her first boyfriend after all. She needed to know what was wrong so that she could fix it. It couldn’t be that hard could it.
“Miles,” She spoke quietly once the three girls had left. They hadn’t said where they were going and Vannie couldn’t really care. She just wanted to get this over a done with. “How was your summer?”
Miles looked down at her, with a smile. He’d have to lie. He didn’t want to ruin this moment. It wasn’t fair, he didn’t want to hurt her but either way he was going to. She had a right to know, she was his girlfriend after all and he knew that she probably would be able to see through his lies. “It was alright I suppose,” He replied to her, although his voice wasn’t very convincing and he couldn’t cover the sad tone in his voice very much. She didn’t look convinced. Actually she looked really worried. Oh no that wasn’t good!
“Are you sure Miles?” She asked, her brown eyes looking concerned. Oh how could he lie to her! She’d never trust him again. But if he told he would she dump him? Would she run off and never speak to him again. He didn’t want that. It would be much better if he didn’t tell her now and told her at another point. When he’d had time to think and where there was less people for him to get embarrassed in front of.
“Yeah. It was great Van,” He smiled, hoping that she would believe him. “and how was yours?” He asked trying to move the conversation onto her. He was actually quite interested to hear how her summer was. She was a very imaginative girl, it should have been fun.
“It was good” She smiled. Apart from when I was worrying that I’d upset you She thought to herself as she looked up at him. She could tell that he wasn’t telling her the whole truth and it was upsetting her a little bit. Couldn’t he tell her the truth. Didn’t he trust her?
“Miles. I can tell something’s up. Don’t you trust me?” She looked down, expecting the worst. He wouldn’t break up with her in the middle of the leaky cauldron would he?
“Of course I trust you Vannie,” He whispered as he leant closer to. “It’s just complicated” He pushed her hair out of her face and looked at her, hoping at she would understand.
“I think I can keep up Miles. Please” She pouted slightly, kind of hoping to get her own way. She didn’t want anything to be in between them at all.
“Okay Van. But I’m sorry if it hurts you,” He sighed, looking away from her. He didn’t want to see her reaction. “I kind of nearly had an affair”

Chapter 8

Vannie looked shocked. “You what?” She asked quietly, kind of not believing what he was saying. Could he have forgotten so soon? She couldn’t hide the fact that she looked a little upset. “Nearly?” She asked, fighting tears.
“Yes,” He sighed, hanging his head down, not wanting to meet her gaze as she tried to get him to look at her. “I kinda of forgot about everything. I don’t know why but I didn’t intend to and I’ve been feeling guilty about it for ages now,” He looked up finally to see tears forming in her eyes. Oh dear. He’d made her cry. “Oh Vannie. Im really sorry, don’t cry,” He pulled her closer to him, hugging her, hoping to make her feel better.
“Miles I..” Vannie trailed off, not really knowing what to say. What could you say when your boyfriend just told you that. But it wasn’t like she was angry at him or anything. She couldn’t be angry at him. “I understand,” She looked up at him, trying to smile. Hopefully her seeming okay would make him feel better.
“You do?” He asked looking a little shocked. How could she understand and why wasn’t she angry at him. Surely she felt hatred towards him now. He’d broken the trust that was between them and she wasn’t angry. She understood and it made him feel happier than he had ever felt before. “You really do don’t you Van.” She nodded before tears fell down her cheeks. Oh dear, he’d start crying if she did. “Don’t cry Van, its okay,” He rocked her in his arms. “I’m here and I always will be,”
“I…Miles…” She began to say, whilst trying to wipe her tears which were still falling down her cheeks, it was a useless attempt. She was going to tell him, to make him believe that she wasn’t angry or that upset and that she was really glad that he was here. “I..I love you,” She added quickly as she felt her cheeks suddenly get warmer. Blushing. Good one Vannie. She looked away, not really wanting to see his reaction.
What had she said? She loved him. Woaah he was meant to have said it first. He didn’t want to sound like he was trying to copy what she said because he really did love her. He loved her with all his heart and he would do forever. He needed to find a way of telling her this without sounding like he was copying her. He smiled as he looked down at her. There was only one way and it would be how he said. “You know I do too Vannie,” He hugged her close. “I will always love you”
And those last words were enough to get Vannie through the last couple of weeks before school. Enough to make her realise how lucky she was to know Miles. How lucky she really was.
Summer with her twin sisters really hadn’t been all that bad.
