Among a Pile of Books & Soccer Balls - Sa13+ Among a Pile of Books & Soccer Balls Sa13+ Well, you know how this cute odd and overly clingy couple started: They met at the ice cream parlor shop in Diagon Alley and since then, no one has seen them apart, except during summers...and one in particular, which after some disagreements caused a break up. That time apart actually made them realize they loved each other and after all and deciding to stay the rest of their lives together. And so they tried. Drew, since he was a year older graduated a year before Annie, he went to Muggle college to study Business and well, the rest is to be told along this FF. Annie, made her dream come true, to be part of the Spanish National Soccer Team and playing in many championship games. Who would tell that a dreamer would go so far? :P So, this is how it all works: Jake (stan lanevski) and I (Yaya) will be posting on this thread of moments between them. Some might be sad, some might be too weird. LOL. But we hope you enjoy reading it, and give us your sincere comments and maybe ideas on what to write next. We'd love to get some brainstorming. And MHMM. So...as a tradition, we must all thank J.K. Rowling for the creativeness she brought into our lives, the world each day we enjoy and what comes ahead. Let's get with our first post, by me. :D Ooh, and I'll be listing the chapters of this FF in here along with the link. So...:shifty: 1. I Can Hear the Bells Drew had invited Annie to dinner, for the millionth time after both actually had some time to enjoy together. Of course, who could be bored? Things were perfectly fine, except for two little things: Annie's weekly soccer trainings, and well, Drew's job at the Ministry. Though, they tried to make the space for this dinner in particular, just because it was their anniversary as a couple. Their fourth anniversary. Eeep! When arriving to the restaurant, the girl could notice everything was prepared for the night. They had a special table at a corner of the place, lit up by candles and the table covers were blue and red, Annie and Andrew's colours, respectively. Drew was elegantly dressed in a black tuxedo, white fine stripped shirt and his lovely smile all the way as they arrived to the restaurant. Annie, wore a slightly pink dress that Lori had chosen for her. Surely, Annie had liked the dress, for some reason and the great help her bestie was to her. iSigh. And also, she was wearing heels, comfortable heels! That was a surprise for Annie, actually to find those things among the many pairs inside a shoe shop. UGH. So, they both sat down, looked at each other, ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and continued to flirt all through dinner. Until the time came, for when the dessert was asked. Drew asked for a piece of lime pie, while Annie for a piece of chocolate cake. And well, there was this wink between the waiter and Drew that made Annie feel really weirded out. She didn't like to stay in the dark of news. So, she eyed Drew and kept asking what was all that winking for, something the boy didn't spill. The glare came next, then the desserts arrived. And well, who'd like a chocolate cake? Annie looked at the enormous piece and shrank at the thought of eating it, though Drew encouraged her to get to the center part of it. "Why, baby?" She asked, feeling tummy full at the moment already, which her Drew responded with a smile and a wink. Annie could only give back glares and then a bite from her cake, until there was one that made her tooth bite way too hard. "I think there's a rock inside this thing..." She kind of moaned while trying to only eat the cake and not the rock. But oh surprises, when she felt the thing in her tongue, it was rounded, and it had a rock, actually. She blinked, taking the small cake accessory out of her mouth with a napkin and ready to complain, and then she saw the ring. It was precious. It was gold. It was shiny and sooo perfect. Annie's eyes glittered and she smiled. "Baby, can you explain this?" She asked, still shocked and not being able to think clearly. Drew took the ring, and Annie's right hand, and slowly sat down, one knee to the floor and with all the volume his voice could let him, he said..."Anna Maria Robles, would you be my wife?" His smile was perfect, he was trembling nervous, and there was nothing Annie could say no to. "I'd love to..." She whispered, letting out a couple of tears and nodding, while Drew placed the still chocolate icing covered ring on Annie's finger. |

This is very cute, Baby Addry! :loved: Annie is adorable to stalk and Drew seems like a sweetheart, I'm looking forward to the grown up Annie and Drew moments. ^_^ EDIT: *points below at Chelle's post* I HAVE to agree about loving the fact icing was still on the ring when Drew puts it on her finger. :lmao: Adorableness! |

You made Drew a lot more mysterious in this than I ever would :P :glomp: 2 Little Brother “Annnnie I don’t wanna tell her!” Drew said whining. It was time for their daughter to know that Annie was pregnant again and Annie thought it would be best if Drew was the one to tell her. She pleaded him but Drew being as stubborn as ever and said no. “Andrew come on.” She whispered as she pushed him into their daughter’s bedroom. Grrrr! Even pregnant Annie was really strong! He looked back at her, she waited at the door as she motioned him to go to Alexis. Gulp. She would understand right? Hopefully Drew wouldn’t have to go into a lot of detail about this… Drew didn’t say anything to his daughter as he laid down on her bed and watched her play. The toddler looked at him confused though she stood up and walked over to him. “Daddy you’re silly.” She said giggling as she looked at her dad just laying in her bed which was to small for him. Drew smiled as he picked up Alexis. His knees were bent and Alexis sat down on his stomach leaning against them. She started playing with his fingers. He looked up at his wife who just smiled to him. Drew could do this right? It wasn’t that hard. “Alexis there is something I need to tell you.” Haha that sounded weird to say considering she was two and he was being all formal about this! She looked up from his fingers and looked at her father once more with a questioning look. “You see how mommy’s tummy is getting bigger? Well that’s because there’s a baby in there.” Drew went on from there explaining to the two year old how she was going to be a big sister and how the baby was growing in Annie’s tummy, though he kept it simple since she was only a toddler. When he was done speaking Annie came over and sat down on the bed. Drew sat up with Alexis in his lap. It made it so much easier to explain this since Annie was now showing. He took his daughters hand and placed it on his wife’s tummy. A smile was shared between Annie and Drew. |

Great job, Jakey! :loved: And...you put Annie into a situation where she seems to be the boss. :lmao: Okay, Whit gave me this idea, and we RPed what you are about to read. Have fun, lovelies. :lmao: The list of teenagers willing to take care of Alexis and TJ was becoming null. All due to the fact that Alexis was doing her first magic shows and TJ, was starting to like candy a lot. Guess what the excuses for not attending an emergency babysitter call were? The girls were terrified! Annie's hope was lost, no doubt! So much for having Drew working late and two extra-hyper children. Though, she loved them, and wouldn't change them for anything in the world. She even hesitated about going to the parent-teacher conference with Alexis' professor and talk about her way of being special, and maybe some charm that involved erasing the teacher's memory about those moments would have to be involved. Annie hated to do those things, but that's what you get for having children attending Muggle schools. And at the moment Annie was about to call Alexis' teacher to cancel the meeting, the name literally flipped out of her mind: Torin Kane. Why not? The kids loved him, and he loved them, right, RIGHT? And besides, since he already knew about Alexis' small magic shows, he wouldn't be running away. So, Annie called him and although he sounded exhausted as he had just come home from work, she insisted; without a denial or confirmation, Torin had to come to the Sparks-Robles home and take care of Alexis and TJ. The doorbell rang, Alexis answered, jumping up in chance her uncle Toto might carry her in his arms, "So...you're my new babysitter,eh? HOW COOL IS THAT?" She almost yelled though grinned. "MAMA...UNCLE TOTO IS HERE...you can go." Chyeah, the girl was throwing her mother out of the house, she knew she was in trouble at school. Eeps. Annie walked down the stairs with TJ in her arms, holding her tight and sniffing. "But mamiii, I don't want you to go..." He complained and wibbled. Annie shook her head and handed TJ to Torin, "Do not give them candy, that's my only advice. The rest, you already know, Kane. You're a model parent." She said, not doubting about her statement. And she felt so guilty for leaving her babies with him, just to fix one little accident at school. "Secrecy must be kept...so, I'll be back in an hour or so." Annie finally said, and grinned at her best friend, "l, Annie Sparks, thank you for being such an amazing friend..." An amazingly tired friend who didn't have a chance to back out of the job. Poor Torin. And then Annie got into her car and drove to the school. "So...what are we going to do, kids?" Torin said. Those were the words that would start off a night of terror. |

Allll I have to say is good luck Torin :lol: Okay soooo this one is a bit shorter and all you have to know it that Drew feels wicked awkward about the whole thing! :lol: It was their honeymoon and Annie wanted to what??? Yessss Annie had the bright idea that the two should go clubbing? Why Drew didn’t know. “Annie do we really have to do this?” He questioned looking at his wife. "Drew come on it can’t be that bad.” Annie said and then gave him those puppy eyes. The once Drew could never ever say no toooo! Grrrrh! “Fiiine.” He grumbled before feeling Annie give him a kiss on the lips. Walking into the club Drew just blinked. What was this? The room was almost dark with colored lights flashing everywhere, reallllly loud music, what seemed to be people dancing, and somebody yelling pretty loud “Fist pump!!!!” Great choice Annie… Partying was one thing, but this was completely different. Honestly Drew didn’t like this and was hoping Annie didn’t like it either…The two tried walking through the place a little bit more. But it the process a woman came up to Drew and tried to dance with him wrapping her arms around his neck. Ahhhhh what the heck! “Ummm yeah okay…just let go. There you go." He said getting to girl off of him. Oh and let me tell you Annie sooooo wasn’t happy about that! She grabbed his hand the dragged him away from the girl. Yeaaah like it was Drew’s fault that a random girl was all over hiiim! But anyways he followed his now upset wife. They stay for maybe a half an hour more before finally leaving. Once out of the….very interesting place Drew turned to Annie. “We are never doing that again. Never.” And he was serious. |

Poor Drew, having to deal with jealous Annie. *pets him* It was awesome, Jake! PAMS! *claps hands* Now, here we have one little moment some guys fear when meeting the in-laws. Enjoy! It had been a week since the couple had declared their relationship status from boyfriend and girlfriend to engaged, and Annie's parents wanted to make serious questions before even letting her daughter get married at such a young age. Because Annie was 22 years old, and she was still for them their baby, their half reason to keep working hard and being the best parents to both Paloma and Annie. The nerves couldn't be any more obvious, both Drew and his fiancé kept looking at each other without sharing a word or phrase that could get them calm for the moment. Annie in fact, had no idea what questions would her parents ask Drew, and Drew...poor guy, he was just trying not to bite off the napkin out of the ornament made for the table. And well, the fact that they were living together before getting married made things harder for them, because they knew how much opposition both sides of parents put through it. Anyways, they took the big step and bought the house in Germany. Sides could not be taken, because since then, both of them were left alone to their own and no support except for house appliances ideas were given to them. And just when Annie was about to say something, the waiter from the restaurant was walking towards their table, Annie's parents following his lead. "Well, well...well, I bet you both are hungry." Alejandro said and looked at his daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law. He was in support of the couple, but he considered everything had come in a rush, although he had no doubt of the love that kept them tight together and the problems they were to face alone. He had gone through that when marrying Edith, his wife and his daughters' mother, his reason to be who he was. Edith smiled to Annie and greeted her with a kiss on the cheek, as well to Drew, then waited for Drew and her husband to shake hands and start off the night. Her eyes couldn't be off her daughter, and she held her hand, trying to make it easier on her, even whispering to her that everything would be alright. Although Annie couldn't really take it. She knew how much it meant for her parents to take care of the future she had planned all her past years for so long and so delicately, and now just getting married and planning to have a life with Andrew, her Drew. They ordered food, ate it, and then when everything was clear, Alejandro rose from his seat and held out his firewhisky cup, clipping it a couple of times with a fork, making it sound harmonious. "Andrew, please stand up...and answer me one simple question." And the young man did as told, looking around him and all the people present at the restaurant, "Yes, sir?" He was always the polite one, the sweet one, yet the nervous kind of guy in those situations. "When will I get the invitation to my own daughter's wedding?" Silly question, but it was his way to give them their blessing, the good luck charm to the couple. Drew's chuckle came aboard, and his fiancé's long sigh of relief followed. The night went on, Annie and Drew couldn't have gotten it weirder and sweeter than ever. |

So, thanks Kristin, for commenting and thanks for the readers, I really appreciate it, guys...and I hope you all get to like, in a way this post, because of the sadness the event involves you in. I even cried when Jake and I had to rp it in order to get the inspiration from...:cry: She dialed and all Annie recieved was the voicemail talking lady who asked for another message above the twenty she had already left. That was definitely making her angry, above the fact that Isabelle, her new manager and now the controller of her life and career couldn't stop calling her every chance she had. "Not now, Isabelle. I told you, and you said it was fine if I stayed the night out of business..." Annie replied to her angry and hung up on her. While then, Drew was also making the call to excuse himself for being so late to the date Annie and himself had set up to be together after so many months of planning, but due to the fact that he had to work and also do homework at some time, it was getting late for him to attend the date with his girlfriend. Both were obviously angry, molested, and maybe wanted to scream once they got each other talking face to face. And that's what exactly happened...Drew arrived, about a couple of hours late after Annie had already eaten her dinner, after she watched boring movie channels that showed the non-favourite for Oscars. Annie stood up from the couch and went to re-heat Drew's dinner and didn't even kiss his cheek to greet him. He could immediately tell she was angry, because the greeting was usual, and normally too clingy. "Why didn't you answer the phone?" He asked, upset about the past two couple of hours trying to reach her. "I had nothing to say...we set up this date to have our own time, and now...all is left is about less than two hours and reheated food." She replied, trying to not sound angry, though it was impossible. Drew raised his eyebrows, surprised about her answer, "Excuse me, for intefering in your busy life, but it seems that sometimes soccer is more important than this relationship for you." He said, really letting out what he thought about this whole situation. Annie couldn't believe his words, she only broke out in tears and and took the food plate out of the microwave oven, then put it on the table in front of Drew, well...almost throwing it on his face. "Nothing is more important than you...and you should know that, better than anyone..." She replied and took her handkerchief, wiping out those tears out of her cheeks and facing the other way, towards the kitchen windows. Drew felt a bump going down his throat when seeing Annie cry, it made him want to cry too, at times for making her feel bad and putting whatever their problems were about being unable to be together in front of what they really felt...and wanted, each other. "I'm sorry, Annie...it's just...so difficult..." To understand, to say, to make right. |

The chapter before this last one was just adorable! :lmao: And the emotions that went into writing the last ones show, which is something I love about certain writers - you can imagine how the characters are feeling.
