Adeline had very few friends that understood family drama and then there was her boyfriend that understood it probably more than he ever wanted to but her and Asher hadn't talked about her family drama in ages and she was completly fine with that. She just wanted to forget about her parents and siblings for good. "Gryffindor's pretty cool." She had to stop and think if she had any friends in Gryffindor, she had a feeling most of those friends might have graduated already. "Oh and if you'd like you can sit with me on the train." Adeline smiled, she was glad to be making a new friend already.

Christmas smiled at Adeline and said "Yeah it is cool i am sad that this is my last year though and thanks i would love to sit with you on the train Adeline, i always hate sitting alone"

Honestly Adeline couldn't agree more, sitting alone on the train to Hogwarts was the worse, she had done it a few times and it was just horrible. "I hate sitting on the train to Hogwarts alone, it's such a long trip." Adeline nodded her head. "It's my last year too, I have a gut feeling that it's going to go by really fast." In the end Adeline just kept thinking about the end of term and how she would be acting by then.

Christmas nodded and said "Yeah it is such a long trip and it seems to takes ages if nobody sits with you and i can't help but feel the same Adeline that this year is just going to fly through so fast"

It really was already flying fast, this summer had come and gone and the lovely little chat that Adeline had with Alec and Asher on her birthday was now just a memory in her mind. "Now us both won't have to sit alone." Adeline knew that Asher would join them to and she would have to introduce Christmas to her boyfriend. "Are you into Quidditch?" It was a random question but she just wanted to know because she was and she was going to tryout this year.

Christmas smiled and said "Yeah that is true and i totally love qudditch going to tryout for the gryffindor team again this term" Christmas had made the team in her sixth year but was unable to play in any games cause she was ill all the time last year and she wanted to make a mark on qudditch at hogwarts before she graduated

Adeline remembered trying out for the Hufflepuff team in her second, third and fourth years, she wasn't the greatest at that time but she did get a lot better in her third and fourth year and now she had threeish terms to practice and she has gotten to be amazing. Now she didn't know if she wanted to try out for beater or chaser but she was really good at being a beater. "What position did you play?" Adeline asked with a grin on her face.

Christmas thought and said "I have mostly played as chaser and ive played as a beater once, chaser is my preferred position though cause i am pretty good at it"

At least Caelen was talking to people. That was the important thing. And she was proud of herself for actually doing that instead of sitting their bored. Now the trick would be to actually hold people's attention. Hopefully this worked. With all the tricks she felt like a magician today. Which was kind of ironic considering she was actually a wizard and not one of those fake types of stage people. .... It was ironic to her at least.

"I didn't mean it like that! I meant that we got here really early. Like way early!" That was true, they were early. And Caelen was not a patient girl in the least. She twirled a piece of red hair in her finger and pulled out a jelly bean, throwing it up in the air and catching it in her mouth. She looked over at the boys with a look of challenge in her eyes, waiting to see if they would take it.

What was the challenge? Well she had done it with Spencer many times. You saw how many you could catch in your mouth in a row. It was a fun game -until Caelen almost choked the one time- and if you played it with the right people you got to see all kinds of tricks.

"Oh. I guess so." Jordan didn't really mind being early. It was better than being late and having everyone else waiting for you to show up. Besides, this was the only train to Hogwarts and if you missed it... he didn't even know what you would do. Hang your head in shame and go back to regular school, he supposed.

As for the jellybean... Jordan just ate his. It wasn't that he didn't see her look, or that he was uncoordinated, but this was food. You didn't play around with and potentially drop and waste food. You ate food. Food was for eating.

"What do you think it will be like?"

"Hah, look at that. We didn't miss the train! Tooold you Wade." Luc beamed as they came from the wall, before turning to tell him- IN YOUR FACE, WADE. Okay, he wasn't going to rub in being right anymore. He didn't want to be too eager, nope, nope. Luc was going to be a fourth year, and despite being a three-year old leapling, he wanted to at least act all calm and cool without having to take one of those Calming potions. Yee-uck. Shaking his head at the thought of it. "So, you going to help my luggage on or not? Barty's probably gave up waiting on me to join him on the train." He wasn't trynig to make him feel guilty, he had a lot more respect for his older and bigger-but-not-for-long cousin, after all.

So he-well, they were a little off schedule. Wade raised his brows at Luc, who was more than eager to get aboard the train for Hogwarts. "Yeah.. you okay?" Did he somehow sneak a few bites of those chocolate frogs that he promised to give to Alexa for him? He wouldn't be surprised if he denied it, so he just shrugged it off. That was how it is with his little cousin, it's better to let him have his way without any trouble.

He glanced around at the others. Wade half-sighed as he didn't seem to see any familiar people right away. Maybe they have already boarded. Yeah, his younger friends. It was part of the reason he agreed to go taking Luc here. There would be less distractions while he introduced them to Luc and they could go off in ease, and.. bittersweetness.

It was weird to Wade that he would not be boarding the train to Hogwarts anymore, but there was nothing he could do but deal with it.. Whatever. "..Hm?" His thoughts were interrupted by- "Oh, sure." Wade went on to helping unload the trolley and put his luggage in the right place.

After what seemed like ages, Alec had finally made it onto the platform. He had arrived at King's Cross early enough but a quick breakfast with his Dad, hugs with Minnie and being a human shield for... a girl had taken up a lot of his time. A quick glance at his watch told him that. It also told him that if he didn't hurry up, he'd end up missing the train. That... wouldn't be a great way to start off the year.

So, the seventh year started lugging his trolley forwards. Slowly. Because people. There were a LOT of people here, which wasn't surprising. It just... meant that he had to be careful, yeah? And try not to bump into anyone who was likely to rip his hair off along the way. He also needed to hide the badge that was pinned to his chest. Yellow. He liked the colour but... it was a little too bright.

He looked down at it and started readjusting his shirt ever so slightly, one hand still guiding the trolley forwards. Readjusting... quick glance up... readjusting... oh hey there Wade... readjust--

... Wait... WADE?!

Alec looked up sharply and BLINKED at the boy. It was him! He was... what? The boy wasn't going back to Hogwarts, right? Gripping the handle of the trolley with both hands, the nearly eighteen year old moved forwards until he was right near the former Hufflepuff. "You're not going back to Hogwarts, are you?" ... And who was...? ... Luc? He grinned at the boy and looked between him and Wade. The younger boy wouldn't feel like the third wheel here, right?

It was right THERE. The Hogwarts Express. THERE.

Beverly's eyes glazed as Kennedy guided her through the crowd. It was bigger than she thought. Better, even. Now the question was: Is it safe?

Of course it was. It had to be. It was magical. Duh!

"Are you sure they sell sweets and--" Kennedy wasn't even paying attention to her!

Beverly poked his stomach. "What are you looking for?" Oh who? She raised herself on the balls of her feet. Please not that overly-spoiled-wanna-be-Kennedy's-sister Rosie.

Kennedy let out a soft chuckle when Beverly poked him. He got her back by poking her in the ribs and making her giggle.

"Well..." She wasn't going to like this. "Johnathan was going to come and see you off with me." Glare already forming on Beverly's face, Kennedy added, "Don't get mad, yeah? He's coming out of the goodness of his heart." Ha! As if his brother-from-another-mother would use the goodness of his heart.

"Oh, and Danny is coming too." HIS GODSON.

Michael was muttering to himself as he walked along the platform. No point in trying to find anyone he knew because the few people he did know were not talking to him right now. Well except for Alexa, but he didn't want to bother her since she was now a Prefect and all and probably had some sort of duty to do.

He kicked at a rock and watched as it rolled and skipped along the platform until it finally stopped beside the girl who he had seen at the wall. Michael paused for a moment, eyeing off the older guy with her. Seriously what harm could he do just talking to the girl.

So he made his way over to her, rather cautiously though and when he was standing almost beside her, Michael gave her another smile. "I'm sorry if I scared you back there." He jerked his thumb back towards the wall so she knew what he was talking about.

From a distance John's beaming smile out shined the crowd. He was also carrying his two year old son, Danny. Who was currently amused with his small wooden plane, Grandpa Walker had carved for him.

"'Ey!" John joined the Escalante/Wayne clan.

"Keke! Bibi!" Danny pointed to his Godfather a.k.a his favorite person in the world! As well pointed at Beverly, then demanded to be put down. John did just that.

"Well don't miss me too much, alright kid." John sarcastically teased Beverly, but translated his language that meant: Have a safe trip and good luck.

"Oh! And here's a tip, if a plant slobbers on you just punch it." John looked at Kennedy and chuckled.

Good old times.

Danny saw his chance and when no one was looking he ran off, flying his little toy plane and making engine noises. Like the ones the plane his daddy takes him on, make.

Beverly was glaring at her brother when the boy from the Wall approached her. She was almost tempted to turn away and act as if she hadn't seen him. It was the easier thing to do. But he was talking to her as if he'd done something wrong--which he hadn't.

"You didn't scare me," she mumbled. Where was her voice?! "It's just...um, nothing." She hasn't talked to a boy --or kid her age-- in ages. She glanced up at Kennedy, who was acting as if he wasn't paying attention, but she knew he SO was.

"I'm just a little shy," she ended up saying with a shrug. It was the truth. So what?



Then there was John interrupting, along with his spawn--though the little booger was cute. Then Kennedy was running after him.

Embarrassing act number two. Great. And in front of the same boy. Beverly glanced at him with apologetic eyes. Yeah, that was family.


Hehe! Yeah. Kennedy still remembered that Herbology lesson where he and John worked on a plant together. The thing drooled on his best mate's shoes and earned a punch in the head. Ironically, he'd gotten more points for that activity than Kennedy. Moral of the story: violence earns you points. Yeah...he was still sore about that.

His eyes glancing sideways at the boy and Beverly, Kennedy caught something else. A tiny blur. "Hey that looks like..." Danny, he was going to say but the kid was already running off to Merlin knows where. Gaah!

CHILD ON THE LOOSE!

"Hey! That's...that's Danny!" His godson was on the loose! Call all Aurors. He needed back-up! "Bev, stay here. DANNY come back!"

He glanced at the boy then made a dash after his godson. Slow down kid!

Whaaaaat?! Danny!!

Unintentionally forgetting the presence of Beverly and the other little boy, John's father mode was on!

"Daniel Joshua Walker! Get back here!" Yup his son was off, running down the platform playing with his wooden toy plane.

John quickly sprinted behind Kennedy, trying to catch his son.

Let's PLAY!

Danny saw his dad and godfather running after him, well this kid took it as they wanted to play with him.

Laughing and giggling, Danny picked up the pace simultaneously losing himself within the crowd.

Hide and seek was his favorite game.

Even as a baby, when he started crawling for the first time he would crawl faster upon people following him.

"Danny! Dan!" John called out. What was this kid made of? Did he have wings on his feet or something?

"Gosh, this kid is bionic!" John picked up the pace, when all of sudden his son purposely used the crowd of people to his advantage.

His wife was going to kill him, if he didn't come home with Danny.

Yes, Charlotte, it was rather funny that Chris was driving. RIGHT? Right! For its own reasons but, Tag had to back up her words. "Its just, I think Chris can get easily exited or distracted over things," don't talk to Tag about distractions because yep!, "And he may just be a danger to himself or civilians or other drivers. But" Tag then lowered his voice to a whisper, "Don't tell him I said that. I still love him to bits." Chris has been driving it for a year now, though, that was impressive. "No car accidents yet, right?" Tag made himself a mental note not to get in a car if Chris was driving.

Tag shook his head though. Sorry, but you're not getting a Stella. You can get a variation of a Stella, but Charlotte was not getting Tag's Stella. "You can play with her at Hogwarts." He told her with a bright smile. "But you can't have her, unfortunately. She likes to climb people a lot... And she's my adopted kneazle too, just got her over the summer." And they'd been bonding fairly ok. He watched her continue petting Stella, whom didn't seem to mind as she purred quietly. "Maybe she likes you."

Luc had NO idea what was up with Wade today. He seemed a little lost to him. Must be missing his Indy-Pooh bear. That had to be it. After all, they were usually glued at the hip together but she had things to do apparently, so that was that. Luc couldn't help tapping his foot impatiently, it was basically a- HELLO! I'm not that strong yet, so I could use some help with this trunk of essentials for experiments and upcoming missions!

Luckily, he didn't have to say anything, because FINALLY Wade woke up and was helping him take that trunk out of the trolley. One-Two-HEAVE! Then it was in, coolness. Faking to wipe his forehead, "Thanks for that Wade, I hope I won't need your help again with it when I get back and-" he squinted as his eyes seem to have found somebody. Like, he was somebody that he use to know.. or.. knew. "Hey Wade, isn't that your boyfriend?" You know, because they were good friends and were both boys who didn't fight boggarts together. That was Luc's logic for you. Waving at him once he was close, "Hiya Alec.. what's that yellow badge you got for? Did you win another hair contest." What? He couldn't help messing with the older guy, they were cool and cool peoples were fine with kidding around, right? Right?

Merlin's Hippogriff underwear, what does he keep in here? A blanket fort? Wade's brows furrowed as he just about placed it in the loading dock area from the trolley. Of course, he couldn't stop the soft smile at Luc's optimism, "Yeah, once you make it into Quidditch that should build up your strength." Wade remembered his Captain Ella, and from the workouts they did the last two terms in practice, he just about knew who to thank for his "nice abs", according to Nash.

So now they were ready to go or- "Luc, you can stop calling him-" He rose up just to see-"Spiffy!" Cue the hair blowing in the wind for no reason, what so ever with his beaming smile.. and then he chuckled. "What? Oh no, I kind of wish I was so I could see you all. I'm just getting Luc situated here." He beamed at both of them, then he heard something about a badge, which got his eyes curiously looking. "Shiny..." He blinked a few times.. Say.. is that.. His grin returned. "So.. that's where my old badge went." Not that Wade was upset over it, nah. You know what that meant now right? HAIR RUFFLES FOR ALEC, as Wade then locked his arm around Alec to pull him in before ruffling his hair *RUFFLE*RUFFLE* "Looks better on you, mate. Congrats!" So, here they were now all together. "So, Head Boy, you excited to be back?"

Well he was glad that he hadn't scared her because that would have made this already bad day a whole lot worse. Michael too glanced at the older boy and apparently he was going to pretend that he couldn't hear what was going on.

He turned his attention back to the girl and smiled at what she said. "Nothing wrong with being shy. Better than being loud and obnoxious." He watched for a moment as her family members began to chase each other and it reminded him, how his family was exactly the same and he let out a little chuckle.

"You looking forward to another term at Hogwarts." He couldn't recall ever seeing her at Hogwarts but that didn't mean anything, the place was huge after all and he had pretty much stayed in his tight circle of friends. That same circle now appeared to be broken.

Alec couldn't believe it! The two were here! On platform nine and three quarters! He... definitely wasn't dreaming, right? No. His hair wouldn't have waved as if wind had rippled through it. "Hey guys!" he said, grinning over at the two of them. And Wade wasn't going back to Hogwarts. Shame. The Hufflepuff looked past the two boys and over towards the place where the luggage was being kept. "That's awesome. You're going to love it at Hogwarts, you know." He looked away from the luggage -- staring at luggage could be creepy, you know -- and over at Luc. He was going to enjoy it. Fingers crossed.

And speaking of Luc, the boy had a very good eye for detail. Or maybe it was the yellow. Whatever the reason, it was enough to make Alec let out a chuckle. "I wish. You know, they should hold more of those. Your cousin here can be a judge." Because hello, had anyone seen Wade's hair? It looked great all the time. It was a shame Luc didn't seem to be a hair ruffling enthusiast from their small talk a while ago.

... Oh! They had noticed it. Sheepish Summers was sheepish. "Yeah, it looks like that's where it--" And then he was broken off. Why? HAIR RUFFLES! Alec GRINNED before looking over at Wade. "Better than you? Nah! And... thanks, mate! I have some pretty big shoes to fill." Just saying. And being called Head Boy was going to take a long time to get used to. "Yeah... yeah, I'm excited but nervous and... a little bit sad at the same time. Seventh year, you know," Wade would understand, right? "Are you two excited to go to Hogwarts," Luc. "And uni?" His Royal Curliness.

Caelen nervously screatched her knee and adjusted her red bangs that she hated. Seriously, what self respecting eleven year old had straight bangs? She had to change the subject soon, she was starting to see that this topic was boring him. At least she thought it was. She didn't really understand children her age. See, being homeschooled didn't lend to any of that understanding thing. It didn't really help that she didn't exactly have friends besides family members and Nate's family. However she wasn't exactly broadcasting this fact to the world. Especially the fact that she danced in her pajama shorts and old tank tops to songs that were popular like 50 years ago. Nope, those weird habits were staying behind in her old house, where her brother could laugh at her in private.

And as for the jellybean thing, she didn't really mind that he didn't catch it in his mouth or even try, but it felt kind of weird to her. Didn't people actually like those food games? She loved throwing her candy up in the air and catching it in her mouth. Was she weird? Should she work on making friends more, or understanding humans? She felt like Sherlock now.

Which was weird, she always thought that she was on top of the emotional thing. How far behind was she? The thought made her nervous and she bit the inside of her cheek for a few seconds. But she didn't want to look like one of those really shy people and therefore she decided to keep talking.

"I think it's going to be awesome!" That sounded kind of lame. "I mean, we get to learn magic and eat awesome food and meet all new people, including new professors!" Okay, now she was excited again. Her blue eyes seemed to light up as she talked. Why did school get her so excited? Well, besides the obvious reasons that she got to learn things like magic. What wasn't cool about magic? Besides the obvious things like her brother and his obsession with making weird potions. That he tried to make her test. Stupid brother.

Lily shoved her trolley fowards through the people. "Sorry.... I haven't been able to live at home, let alone look at my father since his lie." She muttered. "I guess I've kinda let my anger come out on others." The ravenclaw glanced at Tay, hoping that she understood.

Lily shrugged hearing Tay's hope not to see any of the quidditch gang. If she didn't want to see anyone else, why would she come in the first place? That would be what Lily would call dedication. So she didn't argue when Tay went across, and with one last glance at the crazy muggles running around the station, Lily slipped through the wall barrier, unnoticed.

Coming out on the other side, the seventh year turned, looking for Tay once more as there seemed to be a lot of people here, waiting for the train to go. Once she located Tay, she hooked her bestie's arm, dragging her over to the north end of the platform where it seemed to be less crowded. "So.... no quidditch team so far." She mentioned, hoping to make Tay a bit happier.

Mel looked up from the boy that she had been talking to and smiled, "Kace!" Melek instantly lit up and she giggled. Her hair had been put in pigtails just in case she got to see the cute boy. "Hi." She smiled and came over to him. "How are ya?"

"Awwww, my poor bestie." She frowned and hugged Lily tightly. "If you ever need to talk just owl me, okay? I dont care how late or early it is, owl me." Taylor smiled at her friend, "Owl me when and where for the Hogsmeade and I will come visit you, as well, Lily. Im so going to miss you." Tay held her friend close and tight before letting go and stepping a few steps back.

Taylor beamed as Lily hooked arms with her and dragged her to the North End. Tay laughed and smiled at her, "Good because I am here for only you. I dont want to see anyone else." She laughed and smiled at her, "So how long do we have until we have to have our teary goodbye? Or at least I will be teary." She gave her friend a half smile and looked at her. "Oh! Presents! It is time to open your presents!" Tay clapped and pointed to the 3 boxes that she had placed on Lily's trolley. "I hope you like them."

"Arrr." West agreed helpfully, smiling at Cassia. Too bad Blue wasn't nearby. If she was he couldn't spot her amongst the throng of people. If she was then the whole first year crew would be there.

And he was inclined to agree that the picture was a good one. While West was usually fairly modest he went ahead and spoke up, "We always look good. All the best angles."

... a computer and printer. Okay. West just nodded, glad that Theo's muggle brother was good for something. Sounded good to him.

Oh? Where? West grinned and then full on beamed at Theo when his best mate said the prefects compartment, knowing full well that he'd had no intentions of going there at all. But WEST did because THIS term he could. Unlike last term when... well. No. And anyways they had to go in there and own this. The three of them, as planned. "Prefects compartment definitely." Most of the people due to be in there were his friends after all. Except one, but then THAT one was Cassia's friend for some reason so it wasn't like it didn't make sense. And Theo would be fine.... who even knew if Dora would go in there? Actually his mate was doing great. West was pleased.

"Shall we get on now or do you guys wanna wait a little longer?"
