Laura looked at Nigel and smiled. "Well it seems cool, reading can be awesome." Laura giggled. "I lost a bet so had to read this summer and I must admit this book I read was awesome." Laura wouldn't normally have read it if she hadn't been forced to.

"Hey movies can be awesome." Laura giggled at Nigel's next sentence. "I can't believe you can call a movie awesome if you don't know the name." Laura had no idea how someone can say that a movie was awesome if they hadn't seen it.

*bounces* *bounces*

Laura was jumping up and down like crazy. "I'm not sure because I don't like sitting still and I have owls this term and it's going to be hard to sit still and do them." Laura smiled she couldn't wait to see what would happen when she tried to stay still for that long.

"Yes, so we're both firsties" she said, grinning as she shook her hand. New friends. She loved making friends, ofcourse. "I'm Amara. Amara Kaul" she introduced herself. She looked at the blond girl, her eyes were literally sparkling. "Wait...Aphrodite..." she thought, she did hear that somewhere. "Hey, isn't that the Greek goddess of beauty?" she asked. Mum had once read some parts from Know Your Greek book. Must ask Zyanya. She looked at the girl again, and she did look pretty. Fitting name.

Nigel shrugged. " It pretty early in the summer when i saw it. All i remember are the action scenes and who knows maybe for some of your owls you wont have to be still" Nigel did forget that he had his owls next year. Time really does fly.

Now Laura was bouncing up and down like crazy and Nigel could not concentrate on what she was saying. Nigel raised one of his eyebrows and asked "Um, Did you eat anything before you got here Laura?"

It was worth asking why she was bouncing like crazy.

Laura looked at Nigel.

"Oh you know nothing much just the usual, I had chocolate, I had ice-cream, I had hot chocolate and things like that." Laura giggled. "I wasn't supposed to but everyone was busy and so I just went to the shop and brought some." Laura giggled. "What about you?" Laura had no idea why they were talking about this but she didn't want to be rude so she decided to ask Nigel.

Aphrodite just want to ask something to Amara, but when she asked the origin of her name happy she replied, "I see you also like to read books like Theo and me. Absolutely, Amara. My name comes from the Greek goddess of beauty, but my parents also gave this name because me and my brothers were born in Greece. My brothers also have their name comes from the Greek Gods," she said with her glowing eyes. "Oh yes Amara, I almost forgot. It seems I've been seeing someone who looks like you around here. Hmm .. do you have a sister?" she asked, trying to find someone who she meant.

"Theo? Is he your brother?" she asked. "Yes ofcourse, my mum read some parts of those to me long back" she said. Well, proves one thing, I've got a perfect memory. Smirk.

And she asked about someone looking like her....Aaah yeshh! "So you did see my twin?" she asked, smiling. Ofcourse, she must have..she might have been standing somewhere two foot close, hugging mum and dad. "It's Zyanya, my twin sissy" she said. "You wanna meet her?" she asked and looked around for the girl.

This little girl is very great, not everyone managed to guess who Theo or any of her brother is. "Yeah right, Amara! Theo is the name of my brother, I still have three older brothers," Aphrodite said with a cheerful, he likes to tell about his family. Amara said that the girl she saw was her twin sister, Aphrodite remembered about Aidan and Alex, "Of course I want to meet her. Did you know, that I also want you to meet my brothers later, they're with Mother right now and I have brothers who is also a twin; by the way, how do you feel has a twin sister, Amara? "she added.

"Oh cool... more siblings, more the fun" she said, "Are they younger or elder than you?" she asked. Atleast one of them must be at Hogwarts? And she grinned mischievously at the twin effect. "Yeaaaah.. about my twin. It's cool really. We connect a LOT! We do bicker sometimes, she does mainly." she said. "I stay silent and that irritates her a lot!" she added. "And ofcourse, I have an alibi when I'm in trouble" she said, winking. "Uhm..she's around here somewhere..." she trailed, "I bring her to you as soon as I set my eyes on her" First, I should. Where the devil was she?

Aphrodite found that talking with Amara is really fun. "They're all older than me, and they all go to school at Hogwarts," Aphrodite said with a smile in the direction of Amara and looked in the direction where her brother was. Pointing toward the two young men that both were wearing red and blue jumpers and said, "You saw two young men in there, Amara? They're both my oldest brother. Their names are Aidan and Alex. They were in school year their last, "then she proceed to two teenage boys who only have blond hair and the other brown," for the two boys over there, they are also my brothers and I would introduce them later when we will leave, "she added with a smile, "I think I wanna to introduce you to Mother and Father."

Gwen just continued walking, not looking at the Gryffindor anymore. But she waited for some reply from him. Wait--- he didn’t hate her? Didn’t?

Duh. Genius, Gwen. Upon finally hearing some good news, her first reaction was to wonder WHY things were actually not going that bad. So… he really didn’t hate her? Her thoughts were then interrupted by something else he said.

Gwen tried not to roll her eyes. Could that day be nice? It already started awfully. Really. The one person she actually liked hated her. Or not. He didn’t even hate her. He was just indifferent. Which was probably even worse. How great was that?! ‘Yeah, you too’, she eventually mumbled, drawing her attention away from Zeke.

Carina Scamander quickly ran through the gateway after her eldest siblings. She looked up to speak to her brother and sister, Ross and Selene. They were already gone so Rini sighed. She started to walk toward the train. She hoped someone would talk to her.

"Right" she said, as she looked at the boys Fro pointed out. "The elder are the twins, huh" she mumbled at the pair called Aidan and Alex. Aidan. Nice name. "What houses were they in?" she asked, curiosity getting the better of her. Introduce later. Okay. Mother and Father. Oh, okay. Wait, what? "Oh" she said, surprised. "I'm fine with it" she said, smiling. Ofcourse, meeting parents was her thing, wasn't it? Until I don't get into any trouble. Behave. She looked towards Fro's parents. They did look like the 'calm' kind.

And she spotted yet another little girl. Another firstie? The whole castle is going to be filled with us. MUTINY! She watched as the girls elder siblings vanished in a second. Puff. And yeah, I didn't miss the sigh. "Hey" she called out to the girl. She smiled genuinely and waved to the girl, motioning her to join them.

Aphrodite directing gaze toward Aidan who was smiling at her as she said to Amara, "Aidan was in Ravenclaw and Alexandre was in Gryffindor. Both my brother the other, Leonidas was in Slytherin and Theo was in Ravenclaw," he says as he eagerly, "Did your family mind if I take you there? "continued Aphrodite again.

"Slytherin, eh?" she asked, suddenly interested. "That's where my father was, and that's where I wish to be" she said, with a grin. Perfect, perfect. "Yeah.. I would like to meet them" she nodded, "Let's make it fast.." she trailed, "I think I can see the train coming" she said, looking at something that had appeared on the track, far away.

Oh, That other girl was saying hello… “Hi.” He said giving her a nod, and feeling Toad shift slightly on his shoulder. “You’re… Quidditch right?” He was pretty sure she was.

And then that other person. Kaiden narrowed his eyes at him, and crossed his arms. “Wasn’t talking to you, and I can talk to who ever I like.” As he spoke, he felt a slight pressure change on his shoulder, and quickly put his hand up to stop the toad from jumping at Whats-his-face. “Stop it” he said, grabbing hold of him.

And see, Miks was telling them to go away. She didn’t want to talk to him anymore. “Not the rain boots.” He said frowning. Following the girl he shook his head at her designated spot… “I think we should talk… not here. We should got to the platform, at least.”

Ascanius was all smirks as he spoke to the two lovely ladies. This was just perfect for him. He was attractive, they were attractive. Good looking people just tended to bring about attractive people and from what he had seen of Hogwarts girls he was going to have plenty of company. Smirk. Wink.

Smirking at the new guy who was literally like worms meat in this little conversation they were having, Ascanius said, "I'm sorry. I don't know if that was a hi or an er. You have to me more specific." Smirks all around. "And sorry mate. But we're in the middle of a chat, yeah?" Yeah, they were.

But he was being rude. He decided to be a little bit more tactful, "By the way, I'm Ascanius." And no, he wasn't joking. It was a name, okay?

Great. This was just great - so her bestie from school was completely giving the new guy stank eyes. Well - it was obvious these two weren't getting along. One thing was certain the new guy had a super cool name...so she didn't have to call him new guy for an entire term. That was good...because new guy kind of was one of those things that lost its edge once the guy was no longer new.

"Ascanius? That is one epic name" Mika just smiled at the guy and sent Kaiden and his toad a slight look. Partly because she was confused. Why on earth was the amphibian acting so...cross?

She had to stop herself from laughing when Ascanius said they were in the middle of a chat. The way he brushed people off - that was...she needed lessons in that. Seriously. He was almost the perfect slytherin! The laughter almost burst forth earlier too when he commented about the erring.

Turning to Penelope and Ascanius shortly she smiled. "If you want i'll stop off and finish the chat on the train yeah? Kaiden - he has two lovely pygmy puffs on him I forgot to pick up from him the other day." She smiled brightly - beamed really. "It was an early birthday thingy even though its not till October." Even more BEAMING.

Though her eyebrows pulled together in confusion as Kaiden said it wasn't about the Wellies. What? What on earth did he want to talk to her about that didn't have to deal with the little teeny-weenie feet that fit in those shrunken rain boots. If she wasn't going to hand off the pygmy puffs she was going to do something drastic. Like paint him purple with the spray paint in her bag.

When he plummeted further and said they shouldn't talk there she simply wanted to reach her little arms out and shake him like a rag doll. Of course, all the while yelling WHY NOT RIGHT HERE! WHERE THEN? but she didn't, and she didn't have to. Because he gave her a place...on the platform.

Seriously. He could have said that earlier....lets talk on the platform or lets talk on the train was so much easier than 'lets talk in private' and then 'lets talk on the platform'. She had half a mind to say make up your mind person! She just eyed him as she pushed back toward the group.

"Um...so, about that you want to head to the train soon?" She asked Penelope and Ascanius in turn - of course Kaiden was included but she just was a little ticked he didn't bring up the topic then. SHE wasn't patient. She wanted to know. Her ticket was firmly in her hand as she pushed off and began to head to the platform.

Taking a drive to the station was kind of the least magical thing that Jayden had experienced for the past few days. From the leaky cauldron, to Diagon Alley and then Ollivanders; all these were definitely far beyond Jayden's dreams.

After that wonderful experience, He simply could not wait to get on to the platform.

Getting out of the car, the Campbell family brisk walked through the busy station to the gateway of platform 9 & 3/4.

Petra stood by the entrance and hugged her Mom and Dad for the last time, she was still upset with them for hidding the fact that they to attended Hogwarts but she understood why they kept that secret from her, and why they decided to livein the muggle community.

So with a final wave I turned the cart around and entered my way onto platform 9 3/4 and started walking toward the train. It was the first time in her life that Petra felt alone..but maybe just maybe she would meet some more first years like herself and she wouldn't feel so alone.

Trains from Brighton didn't go straight to Kings Cross, so instead Tobias and both of his grandparents to the train station literally right across the road, which also housed international train lines. Only minutes after leaving that train, Tobias and the two old people were at the public square of Kings Cross.

It was a good job they didn't have to stop and check the departures board or anything, because the curious outline of Tobias' new broom in its paper wrapping was drawing the attention from a good few muggles. Also, the energetic kitten in its temporary carrying basket was doing the same job.

They still had ages, but Tobias' grandfather suggested it would be a good idea to get on the platform and load up his heavy trunk as soon as they could, and get out of sight of muggles. Toby agreed and nodded at the man, before grinning at him and his grandmother, before the three of them headed in the general direction of the barrier between platforms 9 and 10.

Marigold tugged on her fathers hand as she rushed towards the barrier. Her father, on the other hand, pretended not to feel it and leaned back, effectively slowing her down.

"Da-ad," Marigold giggled. He looked at her innocently. She rolled her eyes and shared a smile with her mom, who was pushing her trolley. She let go of her father's hand and skipped over to her mother, and took the trolley's burden from her. She poked her finger through her kittens cage and laughed as Nibbles tried to bite it. She looked up as her mother and father leisurely strolled.

"Marigold honey, why don't you and your father go ahead through the barrier and I stay here?" Marigold's mother asked her. Marigold paused, and let go of the trolley. Her father pushed it as she hugged her mother.

"I'll write a LOT," Marigold said excitedly. "I'll let you know EVERYTHING!" Marigold's mother smiled. Though she was a muggle, she understood the feeling that Marigold was having. After one last hug, Marigold waved goodbye and ran back to her father, who put an arm around her, and the two of them walked to the barrier.

Another year. Another train ride. Jake's last. He had a feeling that he should have... feelings. But he didn't. He knew he wasn't going to be one of those sentimental seventh years. He was mostly just excited to be done with school. So this was just another train ride.

He was also, however, excited to see Anya. They were supposed to meet somewhere here...

So Jake stood with his trolley - holding both his and his girlfriend's things because apparently he was the pack mule in the relationship - and watched as a few people went through the barrier. He'd wait a few minutes before he did the same.

It took some convincing, but here Anya Phillips was, returning to Hogwarts for her 6th year. She'd already said goodbye to her family. It was probably because they knew that once she saw Jake again there was really no getting away from him.

And they were right.

Speaking of Jake. Where was that boyfriend of hers? He had all her things. Why? Because. Pfft. Anya wasn't going to carry things if Jake volunteered to. Or... was going to be there. Really, his existence made her lazy. But that was okay. He probably didn't even notice that she volunteered him to bring her trunk before it was too late.

She readjusted her bag on her shoulder before she spotted him. With a wide grin on her face, she ran over to him and threw herself into his arms.

Donnacha Harper had dubbed a lot of days the best day of his life, but today was definitely the best day of his life ever, he was FINALLY going to Hogwarts..! The eleven year old walked next to his parents and stared around in amazement, he'd never seen this many muggles in his life! Muggles weren't even the best part of today, he was about to go on a train and Abbi would be there too.

He was even allowed to wear a shirt with Mr Oliver's head on it. He had insisted on wearing it today and the fact that it was more of a dress than a t-shirt didn't matter at all, he'd be cool just like Oliver. Donny patted Oliver's head on his t-shirt before returning his attention to all the new people.

Elodie tutted as her brother fussed over her once more, as if it was the first time she was leaving for school. The first time in her life. IT WAS NOT, THOUGH. It as actually her fifth time leaving London for Hogwarts, and she'd be back in a few months for Christmas. Anyone would think she was his personal slave babysitter. Oh. Wait. Coulson had luckily AVOIDED the 'stay safe, don't do anything I would' talk that Braison had apparently equipped for the pair of them, and she'd arranged to see her boyfriend on the train at some point. Some point, indeed. "Braison, I'm going. Braison, I am leaving. Braison stop messing with my h-I will hit you!!!!!!!!!!!!" Who said siblings weren't loving, huh? She swatted his arm when he finally gave up and pushed him away before crouching in front of the baaaaby, who was currently sucking on his thumb.

"Wadley Womeo, you silly banilly!" Cooing. Cooing was good. She was like the baby whisperer or something. Elodie leant in and gave him a biiig kiss, or maybe a few of them. A few of them, yeah. "Auntie Elsy see you at Christmas, 'kay? Youuu be a good boy." And don't grow. He was going to be so old by then. Sadfffface.

And then she was off. After giving her brother a hug, Elodie loaded up with her trunk, owl and bits and bobs and pushed in the general direction of the barrier, yelling a quick "See you on the flipside, big bug!" and then no Elodie for the Braison until December. HELLO BARRIER.

At least her brother wasn't FOLLOWING her through to the platform this year, and waving her off like a parent. That whole calling him 'dad' thing didn't mean he could..be all embarrassing dad. BYE BRAIS.

This was it. He was nearly done with his schooling but of course he would have to most likely attend Wizard University, Nashville really didn't want to think about his future quite yet, he just wanted to get through this term without any fights, Quidditch loses and Dementors. Nashville's first year at Hogwarts wasn't really the greatest but he was better than being at Durmstrang or Beauxbatons but the seventeen year old like Beauxbatons a lot more than Durmstrang.

The seventh year had to do some last minute checks to make sure he had everything that he needed for school because he really didn't want to contact his grandparents about them having to send some of his things my owl while he was at the school. Nashville walked around the trolly and found and hoped that he had everything.

Nashville pushed his trolly with his thing for school over near platforms nine and ten. Nash took one last look around at the muggle lifeforms, he took a deep breath in and slowly let it out, he took a grip on his trolley and ran in between the two platforms.
