The Hogsmeade version of its Diagon Alley counterpart is one of the oldest but best-kept buildings in the village, likely because it sees the most consistent business. Students and villagers alike have utilized the post office and its hundreds of owls for centuries.
The shop, which is small but humming with the noise of friendly birds, houses at least two to three hundred owls, ranging from Great Grey Owls to tiny Scops Owls, the latter of which are for "local deliveries only." The owls sit on colour-coded shelves based on how quickly they will arrive at their destination, with the quickest owls costing the most.
Take your time selecting your owl carefully, as the others tend to get... jealous when they are looked over. Don't worry, though, the Hogsmeade shopkeeper, Ozzy Knickerbocker, is well-trained in treating owl nips and scratches.
OOC: You must RP in this thread and fill out this questionnaire if you wish to send an owl post via the Hogsmeade Owls.

Hearing an older voice Echo looked over, it was Professor Stewart! Echo always really liked this professor. "Hi Professor Stewart!" she said while looking at the owls.
"sending some post?" well she hoped because why else would she be here? Turning her bag to her front she fished in it until she found her letter. "all i have to do is find an owl, for this very important letter!" she laughed! this letter would save her the rest of the year.

"Hello, Ms Duchaness! Not today. I heard all the hooting from outside and thought that I'd drop by.'' She was glad that she did. "I wish I could help you there but I haven't the slightest idea which is best. Perhaps we should look at the colour codes to get some insight. How fast do you want your letter to arrive at its destination?''

Ohhh she was going to send post but why----- her answer was given, she just wanted to see the owls. Fair enough then. "they are cute arent they!" yes yes, color codes Echo hasnt had to come here or the owl post at school in the longest time, their family owl was hurt on a run in the summer so it was taking it easy.
"quite fast please professor, or how else will my family know what scarfs and sweaters and new blankets i want from home!" there she said it, all this letter contained was fashion and decorations for her Slytherin dorm room. plus it was getting chilly for her so sweaters alot of sweaters she needed. Plus some help from Juno she was glad for her input on the scarfs.
"which ones are the fastest?" Professor Stewart seemed to know more about this color code thing than she did, so why not ask for some more help.

An Icicle!!!! "ahahahahahahahah" she didnt know Professors could be this cool and funny. "thaw me out it is" she laughed some more/
"errrm, no to the treats but im pretty sure i saw a station near the entrance that had something that looked like treats?" she wasnt one hundred percent sure but she was going to go look. "i'll go run and check"
Running to the station she was right, there were a few different treats, one were mice and she couldnt look at them, she had a pet mouse and she was on the verge of tears. "poor little mice" she thought. Echo grabbed a generic treat and went back to Professor Stewart. "i got some treats!, i wished that they didnt have mice for treats too" she said while holding out the treat for one of the expensive owls.
"heres a lovely treat Owl's" come get it and take my letter.
