Claudine got her image stuck to the template and truthfully, she loved the effects the combination made. It looked exactly like a real Chocolate Frog card. The more difficult part was for her to write the few sentences. What would she want her card to say? She idly chewed on her quill as she thought. It was a while before she actually was satisfied with the words and so, she wrote them down carefully.
It was say that this Snakette was absurdly pleased with the outcome.

What started as his best attempt at holding in a laugh quickly erupted into a proper laugh. The back of the chair was the only thing that prevented the boy from being bent double at the woman's...threat. Oh Merlin, ooooh Merlin, just when he thought History of Magic would never be interesting. "Oh, certainly Professor Ravenclaw." Kodee snickered. "Will you be wanting me to polish your portrait frame?" Detention? A dead woman was trying to give him detention. Even more, she was trying to overrule Recard and THAT was the funniest bit. "Pass, I'll keep listening to my actual professor, but thank you. I needed to be woken up some. Someone gimme me one of those board things and some ink?"

But then again, as much fun as it would be to embarrass the Headmaster and this professor in front of her class... there was a time and a place.
Rowena smoothed the front of her dress calmly. "I'll take my leave. But I'll be taking an extra twenty five points from Gryffindor for that boy's insubordination and I'd like to see you in detention as well, Professor." Yes, she heard right. She had detention too. "Good day." and with a firm nod, Rowena Ravenclaw walked through the aisle of desks and back out the door.

Naya was ready for the activity. It turns out they were making chocolate frog cards. Naya had her materials ready and she was set to go.......until she heard the part about writing information about themselves. Ughhhhh. That was going to be the hard part. Now she had to think about it, a lot. What would Naya want people to know about her? How would she want to be remembered. What did she want to do with her life?
Deciding to work on the fun part first, Naya took her board. She thought for a minute, imagining one of her favorite pictures of herself. When she had the vision clearly in her mind, she tapped her wand on the poster board. Suddenly, her picture appeared on her board exactly as she had imagined it. Magic was so awesome. Unfortunately, magic was not going to write her blurb for her. After what seemed like an eternity, she began to jot down her thoughts. Thank Merlin they only had to write a few sentences. When she was finished, Naya looked at her work. It would have to do.

Ummmmmm, wow? Rowena Ravenclaw was kind of strict, right? No wonder she'd driven her own daughter away. Bernie pretended to be VERY busy drawing a picture of herself on her card, but her eyes kept flicking between the professor, Kodee Chosen, and the Ravenclaw founder. Huhhhhhhh? So was Kodee losing them 75 points or no? Not that she cared; points were just points.
And also, what was so funny about Ravenclaw knowing Flamel? Wasn't it possible? She didn't know History of MAGIC; she barely knew History of Muggles! Bernie humphed to herself, finished writing her mini bio of why she was so awesome and famous, and put the last touches on her drawing. She didn't know what she'd look like in the future, so she just drew herself as she looked now, and then set her completed card to the edge of her desk. All done.

Okay, so things with these founders were getting a little weird a little annoying. Isla was distracted in all the classes they showed up in, and now they were starting to act like they ran the school. I mean, sure, it was their school, technically, but...not anymore all at the same time. Sigh.
Isla tried her hardest to focus on the professor and their arts and crafts project. Ohh, a chocolate frog card! Awesome! It kind of made her hungry for chocolate, but that was another distraction all in itself. Isla sighed again, gathered all her materials, and then began to think about one of her favorite photos of herself. She wanted something that really showed off her personality. A nice headshot of her smiling would be good, but that wouldn't say anything about her as a person.
Then an idea came to her. There was a picture she had taken last summer when she'd been out playing with her muggle friends. It was a good picture of her, and it really showed her personality. It was perfect for a chocolate frog card! Isla looked down at her poster and imagined the photo she'd had in mind. With a tap of her wand, the photo appeared, and honestly, all she could do was just sit there with her jaw dropped. That was amazing!
Now, on to step two...

Flamel's motivation behind the Philosopher's Stone creation? Carsyn was listening to her peers but honestly, she wasn't sure? Maybe he had work to finish and didn't feel as if he could do it within a normal lifespan? Maybe he felt he could make a greater difference in the world? It wasn't something he wanted to share beyond his wife and closest friends though because could you imagine should something like this leaked into the wrong hands... which, it nearly did over a century ago.
Her thoughts stayed mostly inside her head though because for some bizarre reason, Rowena Ravenclaw was distracting. Perhaps it was her nature, but Carsyn wasn't sure anything out of her mouth could impress the Ravenclaw founder. Sure, she'd almost been a Ravenclaw. Sure her mother was one. But hearing her nearly deduct seventy-five points and try to give detention to Kodee?? Huh? Rowena was dead. Sure she looked real, but she wasn't. Carsyn knew it, everyone knew it. She had no authority, did she?
Moving on though because they were making chocolate frog cards for themselves. Interesting. After selecting a poster board, she neatly printed her name on the slot where the name went and then tried to picture a recent photograph of herself.
Tapping the board with her wand, she nodded content when a picture appeared.
Except, no wait, that didn't seem right at all. The image she recalled, like most wizarding photographs, moved. So did that mean she needed to use the enchantment spell to make the picture move as seen in real chocolate frog cards? Perhaps. She needed to write her description first, though, so flipping over the poster board, she began to write.
And flipping the poster board back over, she flicked her wand at the still portrait to give it a more magical feel.

With her photo now magically conjured and right in front of her, it was time to put everything together and add in all the details. Isla put two and two together, and pretty soon, her face was right in the middle of the template. She gave a light laugh at the photo, really pleased at how it looked on a chocolate frog card. She added her name to the bottom then got to work on the sentences.
Hmm... What did she think the rest of her life would be like? She tapped her finger on her parchment a few times then got to writing.

Avalon tried her hardest to listen to her classmates' responses on the matter. But in all honestly, Rowena Ravenclaw was extremely distracting. Not to mention the fact that she had just docked seventy-five house points from an older Gryffindor boy. Did she even have the authority to do that? Professor Recard was undoubtedly bewildered by the founders' appearance as well.
At least the project for today was exciting! Anything involving a bit of creativity was an assignment that Avalon thoroughly enjoyed. After grabbing some supplies, the young Ravenclaw thought long and hard about what she wanted to include on her card. There were so many things she wanted to accomplish! And which of those accomplishments did she want to be most remembered for?
At least she could insert her photograph awhile. Tapping her board with her wand, a picture appeared. After a few more minutes of thought, she got to writing - using her quill to make perfect, cursive strokes. This card had to look official.

If the professor expected them to be able to master this new spell fast enough to get a photo transferred to their chocolate frog card before the end of class... well, Phoebe was going to try her very best. She'd fussed over the draft of her paragraph for a while before finally giving in and flipping her poster back to the front. She knew the picture she wanted to use, but to be able to get it transferred to the poster board... more difficult.
It took her a few taps and a lot of un-taps to get a picture that looked like her and wasn't making squidgy faces or looking like Teddy in a wig. That was her. Wait until she sent it to her parents. She flipped her poster back over to check her paragraph, and VOILA! Done.

Jillian got all giddy with ideas flowing in her mind. She had tons of them but she needed to make it simple and focus to what the professor had instructed to them earlier. She started with writing down the accomplishments she may possibly have in the future. So this need a focus in an area where she feels like she would excel the most. There were a lot of things everyone hoped to be in the future. Tapping her fingers on the table, she looked at the materials for a bit before giving it a go. Designing the chocolate frog card was easy- it does only require their picture in the front.
With the use of the colored ink she took earlier, she wrote down her name on the posted card below her picture. She was happy with the effect so now it is time to write the future stuff she will hope to achieve someday. Fingers crossed.
Done. Done. Done.

Cole got working on his own chocolate frog card template taking care to make it really look good. It was nothing done in haste. He really coloured and made sure the image didn't look weird. Then he got to the really hard part. What did he want his frog card to say? Cole didn't know what actually would happen but one could dream right? Furrowing his brows as he thought, Cole eventually wrote down some sentences he'd be pleased with.

After Rowena left, she approached Kodee and dropped her voice. "You do not have detention, and I won't take twenty five points either," she told him, in case that wasn't obvious. Another obvious fact? She was NOT joining ANYONE in detention. She was a PROFESSOR for Merlin's sake.
"Alright everyone, class is coming to a close!" Gabi announced as she walked back to the front of the class. "If you haven't finished your projects, you have a few more minutes to wrap up. When you're done, please come turn in your projects up front," she instructed.
"As for your homework..." she smirked and tapped the chalkboard behind her. "1000 words on why you think Flamel was motivated to make the Philosopher's Stone. Essentially, a short essay reflecting what we talked about here in class," she told them. "Due at the beginning of our next lesson," she smiled.
"Class dismissed!" she announced, clapping her hands together. A successful lesson, in her opinion - aside from some distractions. OOC: Thank you everyone for such a great lesson! The thread will be open for an additional 9 hours to let you wrap up your projects / post your characters leaving. If you haven't started yet this is your chance to catch up! Thanks again guys!

Now that she had what she was going to put on the back of the card done it was time to figure out the picture. Lifting the poster up she positioned it to where she would be in the middle of the frame. Once she had it done she set it down and made sure the back was exactly what she wanted.
Soon she heard Ravenclaw again and couldn't help but start to get annoyed by the founder of her house. Maybe it was time for them to go back to their portraits and the portraits be placed in storage for awhile. This was getting out of hand.
Hearing the professor say they could go she turned in her project and headed out. Quote: 
Chloe McCarthy famous by some, but her determination to keep being better is what made her known by many. She is best known for her time as a professional quidditch seeker, where she earner herself many cup championships. Her passion in life was off the pitch as much as it was on, what got her a picture on a card was not quidditch alone, no, but her efforts in helping many realize their self worth in the world and to show so many they were valuable and loved.

That debate didn’t turn out as bad as Heath thought it would, but he was still glad to move on to something else. Hmm… an arts and crafts project, but mostly writing. He wondered what that could be! Whatever it was, it sounded better than debating. He got up to retrieve a piece of poster board from the front of the room, pausing for a moment to peruse the inks. There was a nice midnight blue one that caught his eye! He returned to his seat, ink and poster board in hand just in time to hear the next set of instructions.
They were making chocolate frog cards of themselves… Okay, Heath had to admit that sounded pretty fun! He stared at the blank poster board for a moment, wondering which photo he should use. He eventually decided on one of the new headshots he had taken over the summer. Envisioning the picture clearly in his mind, he tapped the poster board with his wand. Merlin, he hoped that worked! He was usually terrible with spells. When he looked again, an image of a tall boy with chin-length dark hair and a half-smiling expression appeared. Satisfied with the photograph, he affixed it to the template.
Now came the hard part: thinking of his accomplishments for the back of the card. Heath couldn’t imagine why anyone would want a chocolate frog card of him! He wasn’t athletic like Fiy or popular like Ariel; he was just a shy awkward Star Wars-obsessed kid. What would anyone remember him for? The only real talent he had was his acting. Maybe he could do something with that? Suddenly inspired, he began writing: .
Heath had just finished putting the finishing touches on his card when class was dismissed. He hurriedly packed up his things and slung his bag over his shoulder. On the way out, he turned his card in at the front of the room. “Bye, Professor,” he said as he made his way to the door. “Thank you for the lesson.”
