Video: First 4-minute preview of Deathly Hallows on-set Morgan Matthews documentary
Target released the first four-minute preview of Morgan Matthews' very in-depth documentary on the making of the final two Harry Potter films, Deathly Hallows, called 'When Harry Left Hogwarts', featuring new interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Emma Thompson, Helena Bonham Carter, Gary Oldman, Robbie Coltrane, and many more. Those, intertwined with brand new behind-the-scenes shots of the final battle at Hogwarts, can be viewed, thanks to Cindy's tip, below. The feature will be available with the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 Blu-ray triple play pack via Target ONLY in the United States, this November and December.
BAFTA award-winning filmmaker Morgan Matthews has been given unprecedented access to the creative decision making processes that have been kept as a closely guarded secret - until now. Hear the personal stories of the faces we know, and those we don't, as we come to the end of one of the most successful eras in cinema history.
Pre-order the DVD and Blu-ray sets, out November 11 in the U.S. and December 2 in the UK, below, and through the official Warner Bros Shop.

Oh my god that was.... that.... that just reminded me all over again that DH2 was well and truely the last film that I will see Emma as Hermione in. But then I reminded myself that, that was just 1 chapter of her life there will be many many many more to come and look foward to. Emma will NEVER screw up any of her future projects, I know that because I and many of her other fans know that she is a fantastic actress who will work hard at whatever she does so she could NEVER screw up, well not in my eyes anyway. I dont know what her other fans think.
I have to get this DVD so that I can watch the full documentary *waits for the release of the DVD*
I want to pre-order the triple play but it doesn't look like it's avail yet in the US. Will it be? Amazon doesn't have it on its US site yet. You'd think they would since the movie's being released in the US on 11/11. And the WB site doesn't have it. It has gift box sets and the 3 disc blu ray. And the 3 disc blu-ray is not the same as the triple play. The triple play looks like it has much more according to what's listed on the packaging. This documentary is not listed on the 3 disc blu-ray packaging. I really want to see all the features and documentaries, especially this documentary, avail on the triple play. If anyone knows anything in regards to the triple play in the US, do tell.
At the end of the preview clip it says: available exclusively from Target with the 4 disc blu-ray combo pack. I'm kind of bummed as I've already ordered the blu-ray DH1 and DH2 combo set from Warner Bros. I'm hoping they come out with the documentary separately at some point.
Excuse me while I sob. Seriously, the music choice was so intense. People forget just how much scrutiny and pressure those kids had for ten years. That's an immense stress, and I commend them for growing up to be so down-to-earth and sane.
Why does it have to be exclusive to Blu-Ray owners? I don't get it. *sigh* Once again, I'll rely on YouTube.
I have known from the very start why some things are only on Blue Ray. WB must have made a deal with the Blue Ray sellers who aren't getting as much money as they hoped. People will spend more money to get what they should have been able to buy for a higher price all together. We fans are willing to spend the money for Harry Potter, but it is truly annoying how we are also forced to spend hundreds on some hack product so that we can then buy Harry Potter.
To clarify: The documentary will be available in other countries, but it is only available to those in the U.S. attached to this blu-ray pack from Target.
