Video: Dan Radcliffe & Emma Watson talk end of Deathly Hallows & Harry Potter films
In the press room at last night's National Movie Awards, actors Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe spoke about the end of the Harry Potter series, and their future endeavours. Dan confirmed once again that he will be starring in the Broadway musical, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, next year, while Emma plans to take a break from acting to come to grips with the reality of the end of the franchise. The video can be seen below.

Radcliffe said: “It's going to be bizarre. I'm going to be devastated. It's going to be very, very sad because it's been such an important part of my life.
“There will never be one scene in any of the Harry Potters that, when I watch it, won't trigger a series of memories about what that day was about and what I was doing. So everything is so linked to my life and growing up. But at the same time, it will be exciting. It puts a pretty nice punctuation mark on my adolescence. I feel grown-up now.”

Watson added: “None of us could say that we predicted this kind of love and recognition. It's just incredible. I'm just so unbelievably proud to have been part of this. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
“I feel like someone's dying, I know that sounds like an exaggeration but I really do. I'm not planning to do anything this summer — I'm going to need time to collect myself and get myself back together a bit. So I'll take a bit of a break.”
Radcliffe joked: “I do hope I can continue to find some kind of employment after this — otherwise it's panto!”
Additionally, producer David Heyman admitted that after this week's epilogue shoot, there are two weeks of filming left for Deathly Hallows.
Quote:
"We will finish in two weeks' time," he said. "It is a very strange feeling. We have been 10 years together."
It's almost over.In two weeks.
The end.
Uh,I can't believe it.
And,everything that Emma and Dan said was so emotional.I luv them.<3

it is really sad, the emotion was all over them, yesterday at the event, you could notice...it is really sad... emma is not even planning much for the summer, that is how moved she is right now, that she does not even know what to do next, where to go...i feel so bad, but i agree with her in the excitement of the whole thing too, it is sad but also very exciting, it is something full of many different emotions and feelings...

Dang, video didn't show for me. But yeah, the end will be heartbreaking for many around the world. Even though us fans will feel sad, I can't imagine how the cast and crew must feel. I wanna everyone to make myself feel better.
What Emma said is so sweet and yet so sad. I respect the fact that she needs time to take off to just let everything sink in. She probably knows that she wouldnt be able to devote her full energy to a new project now. Dan's comment was very sweet too. I am sure that they all do feel like grown ups now. We watched them literally grow up on camera for 10 years!! I mean WOW!!!! GO HP FRANCHISE!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
I know what Emma means about it feeling like someone's dying. It's not that extremem for me becuase I haven't been working with the same people every day of the year, but it feels like I'm losing a large part of my life.
And Dan's quote about watching a scene and having a multitude of emotions is so completely understandable. I get that with certain events and words.
It's going to be so terribly sad when this is over, although the actors may be thankful that they'll never again be asked 'How are you going to feel when the film series ends?'
all things make their cyrcles and arrive in an end......for 10 years we were feeling them filming.....for now on it will be only our fantasy to continue this journey to the magical world of HP.
