Despite many facts that would have proven differently, there will indeed be Quidditch in the third movie, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. This was confirmed in an interview with Daniel Radcliffe, which can be read over at Mugglenet..here. This fact though does make it unclear as to how quidditch scenes will be done without Oliver Wood, Marcus Flint, and possibly Cho Chang who may or may not be cast for this particular film.

Hm...

YAY!!!! I was mad cus I thought there wasnt gonna be quidditch...It wouldnt make sence if they did take it out cus they sorta NEED it in there since its the year they finally win the cup and Wood's last year...

i was so mad cuz Oliver Wood is such a big part of the third book and with the quidditch. i hope that the quidditch will be really good and better than in the first two movies.

YYYYYAAYYY!!! ITS A MIRACLE! LOLOL, i was thinking it wouldnt be in the movie...i was gunna still luv the movie no matter what, but now i really will love the movie!!! that makes me so much happier for the film! :sorcerer:

loooks like quidditch is going to be once again focused around mr. potter... i think they should branch out for the movie... show more of the other quidditch play.

That's what I'm thinking too! I was wondering...are they only gonna show Harry and Draco chasing the Snitch? oh, what fun....well, I'm gonna trust Dan Radcliffe on this one....as he said it'll be better than the first two films. Or else.......

But, hey, I could watch it on the first day it comes out!

I love how the do the special effects in quidditch its WKD.

I wonder how the will do Lupin turning into the wolf and Pettigrew Turning form the rat to the human that will be Kool to see.

I can't wait to see the special effects in the 4th film either

Yeah, this is replying to something earlier said about Sean Biggerstaff not being in the third film. Alas... :crysmile: He will NOT be in the film.

But the big thing I wanna say is, no, he did NOT quit!! Sean said he would come back, but they simply didn't ask for his character back.

Which makes you wonder why they are even doing a Quidditch scene...
