On Goblet of Fire:

Oliver: “The fourth film is really a lot different then the other films that have come out. The director, Mike Newell, is an English director and it’s got a lot more of an English feel to it. So we could relate to the part a lot more.”

James: *agrees* “Chris and Alfonso were really nice to work with as well. All three directors were really nice people. They had different ways of doing things. Chris was hands on, Alfonso was very hands on and Mike is very, very hands on!”

*laughter*

James: “Goblet of Fire has to be my favorite so far.”

Oliver: *agrees*

Are there any behind the scenes pranks you can tell us about?

James: *laugh* We can’t go into detail about them but “we do have a joke with quite a few people but we can’t go into details about some of them, because then they’ll know who did them!”

*much laughter*

Oliver: We can’t really talk about behind the scenes secrets. “You’ll probably have to wait for the DVD to come out.” *looks apologetic*

Are there any scenes you like filming most?

Oliver: Either the Yule Ball or the Quidditch World Cup.

James: *agrees* The Yule Ball. “…we all had to actually learn how to waltz.” The guys were all like *groans* and the girls were all like *makes a cheerful face* There were professional dancers to teach us and the guys all stood in the back of the hall not wanting to choose a partner. Eventually we all got the hang of it and we practiced between sets.

They also mention the Weird Sisters and that they could not talk about them yet.

Who are your favorite characters in the movies?

James: *hesitates* “I’d have to say probably Snape” *much laughter and surprise* “and George obviously” *laughs and looks at his brother*

Oliver: “Dobby, though I know a lot of you would find that weird.” It’s just really cool how they film him.

What are the others like to work with?

James: “Well they’re really horrible people *laughs* No, they are really nice guys. We’re really good friends with all of them.

On Alan Rickman:

James: “We do see him around. He’s such a nice guy to talk to. His voice is like this, very deep (deepens voice) and he’s especially intimidating as Snape. But he’s a really nice guy."

On playing HP video game:

James: Well you know it’s not our real voices and they sound nothing like us. The accents are totally wrong too. One time we were playing, and Rupert comes in and starts laughing at us. *laughter* Until he heard his own character… *lots of laughter*

What was your reaction when you first saw your self as toys?

Oliver: “We didn’t actually know there were any toys until our mum went to the supermarket and there were these little figures” of us in our “Quidditch robes.” “And you get a couple of rings with it so they can fit on your finger and make them fly around.”

James: We were in London with a few of our friends and we went to the toy store and we saw a display for the film. We tried to avoid it ,*laughs* go in the other direction. But one of them saw it and said “James! There’s a doll with your face on it! And there’s Oliver too!”

Oliver: She followed us around with them the rest of the time with them on her fingers going “woooo woooo woooo”.

On OOTP:

Oliver: Well, we’re really looking forward to it, “particularly how the twins get to end their education” *much laughter* "We hope to do it."

Have you read the all Harry Potter books and which are your favorites?

James: *guilty* “Actually, I haven’t… but I’m going to!” *laughter* “My favorites would be the third or the fourth one.” I’m halfway into the fifth.

Oliver: I’m in the middle of the sixth book. My favorite would be “the third one. It’s just a lot different then the other books.”

Who are your favorite characters in the books?

Oilver: “Fred and George of course!”

James: *laughs* nods* “And Peeves”

On Fred and George and pranks and are they like that too?

James: “Well when we have red hair…” *laughter* “We don’t go to the extreme of Fred and George’s pranks, such as blowing stuff up…which is wrong… *laughs* We actually pretend to be each other sometimes.”

How would you feel if your characters die in the 7th book?

James: It would really be kind’ve cool.

Oliver: … and weird! Cool, but weird.

Do you have girl friends?

Twins: No!

Oliver: *under his breath* “Well not anymore anyway.”

What is the strangest thing a fan ever asked you?

James: *laughs* “Well, someone once asked me for my sock!”

*much laughter*

What is the strangest gift you ever received?

Oliver: “A girl once gave me a bra and a potato. To this day we really can’t work out why.”

What are your favorite movies?

James: “It would either be Happy Gilmore or Forrest Gump” *laughs* He goes on to say that Tom Hanks is his favorite actor.

Oliver: I really like the movie Old School. *laughs*

What are your favorite TV shows?

Oliver: The Family Guy

James: *agrees* “Either the Family Guy or the Simpsons” “And this English show, Men Behaving Badly… have you seen it? It’s about these guys in their thirties and they are still really immature. I thoroughly recommend it” *much laughter*

What are your favorite foods?

James: Fish and chips and “strawberry knickerbocker glory for dessert”

Oliver: *agrees* and there is a description of what a strawberry knickerbocker glory is.

What can you see yourself doing after Harry Potter?

James: "I'm actually leaning more towards working behind the camera."

Oliver: "Acting was all really out of the blue. I'm just taking things one day at a time and see what happens."
