The Mollywobbles, the Middlebury College Quidditch Team, is proving what many originally thought crazy: Quidditch can be a college sport. On just this past Sunday, the first ever Intercollegiate Quidditch World Cup Fall Festival took place, and the final match was Middlebury versus Vassar College.

"We played really well out there today," said Middlebury team captain Charlie Hoffman. "We went out there and surprised a lot of teams. Hit 'em low and hit 'em hard."
Interest is growing, as proven by the twelve teams just from Middlebury submitted into the competition. The sport, though just a joke at one point, is taking over several college campuses and is proving to be quite a serious matter. To learn more about the event in general, you can go
