Yep, "Reloaded" just about outdoes the Harry Potter movies by a lot.

Yahoo! reports:

"The crew of Neo, Morpheus and Trinity managed to pull in a record $5 million -- the largest preview gross ever -- during its Wednesday showing, which began at 10 p.m. As well, the $91.7 million three-day take gave Warner Bros. its largest opening ever, shading the $90.3 million mark set in 2001 by "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone."

I was waiting for Matrix Reloaded ever since i heard about it and i have to say that i went to see it the day it opened and i didnt go see Harry Potter when it came out, actutally i didnt even see it till it came on Cinamax on cable, i wasnt a HP fan till after i saw the first movie, then i ran out and bought all the books and the rest they say is history

cant wait for Matrix Revealed and Harry Potter POA

is that only they've got??? $91.7 in 3 days??? i bet my own ps2 that if the POA will release it will make a world breaking record that in just 2 DAYS it will have them $99.9!!!!!!!!!! let's see how thick they can get!!!!!!!!!

Yes...I definitely agree.......I could watch Hp over and over again! I like the Matrix but I don't really enjoy it as much as HP. Or understand it as a matter of fact!

Funny thing is about The matrix reloaded is that Bruce Almighty bumped it off the top after the first week! I am sorry but I thought that reloaded was not up to the standards of the first one. >
