Back in March, we called upon you to
vote for our favorite author, J.K. Rowling, in the
Book Magazine 'Greatest Living British Writer' poll. The voting ended on April 30th and it has been announced that J.K. Rowling has won this honor and gathered
three times as many votes as the second place winner, fantasy writer Terry Pratchett.
