J.K. Rowling reveals 'Fantastic Beasts' Tina, Queenie, Jacob's Ilvermorny Houses

J.K. Rowling revealed the Ilvermorny Wizarding school houses of two of her leading ladies in the Fantastic Beasts series - Tina and Queenie Goldstein. That, as well as what Jacob Kowalski's Ilvermorny house would have been if he was a wizard, can be found below.

@FantasticBeasts @pottermore Yes, but now we just want to know the houses of Tina and Queenie! Please @jk_rowling It's just one question.

The Harry Potter author revealed on Pottermore a while back that MACUSA President Seraphina Picquery was actually placed in all four Ilvermorny houses, but chose Horned Serpent as her home. Rowling herself was Sorted into Thunderbird, just like Tina. No word yet on what Ilvermorny House Newt Scamander would have been sorted in if he was American, though of course he was placed in Hufflepuff at Hogwarts.

For those who need a refresher course, here are descrpitions of the four Ilvermorny Houses:

Quote:

Horned Serpent (Seraphina Picquery)
Sometimes considered to represent the mind of a witch or wizard. It is also said that Horned Serpent favours scholars.

Wampus (Jacob Kowalski)
Sometimes considered to represent the body of a witch or wizard. It is also said that Wampus favours warriors.

Thunderbird
(Tina Goldstein)
Sometimes considered to represent the soul of a witch or wizard. It is also said that Thunderbird favours adventurers.

Pukwudgie (Queenie Goldstein)
Sometimes considered to represent the heart of a witch or wizard. It is also said that Pukwudgie favours healers.

so the Goldstein sisters represent the heart and soul. awesome :D

and then Queenie and Jacob = heart + body. makes complete sense :loved:

so if Tina is soul (Thunderbird), and if Newt went to Ilvermorny... he would be Horned Serpent/ mind?

The next question is to find out which Ilvermorny house Newt would be in?? :shifty:
