In an interview with Mugglenet, Evanna Lynch's father stated that the Luna Lovegood actress is working long hours filming OOTP, but is enjoying the experience. He also mentioned that his daughter spoke with J.K. Rowling for nearly an hour earlier this week when the HP author visited the Leavesden Studios. In addition, he shared this ironic story: Quote:

Evanna didn't hear back from Warner Bros. until a day before the Luna open casting call was announced (although the letter was dated months before). They said that they couldn't offer her a part.

Well, some of the actors are from other countries because their characters are - like Fleur and Krum, for example. And some higher-up crew, such as Christopher Columbus and Alfonso Cuaron, are from elsewhere, too. But, for the most part, the cast and crew are mainly all from the U.K.
