Bloomsbury Publishing announced the return of Harry Potter Book Day in the UK - set to take place on October 12, 2023. The celebration has a new name: HARRY POTTER BOOK DAY
Previously Harry Potter Book Night, we have rebranded the event to ensure that this annual celebration becomes even more inclusive for fans of all ages – whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, you can celebrate at whatever time of the day, or night, suits you!
It’s moving to 12th October
We wanted to find a time that worked for as many countries as possible, and after extensive consultation, October was the clear winner. In 2023, Harry Potter Book Day will take place on 12th October. Plenty of time to get planning!
What is Harry Potter Book Day?
Harry Potter Book Day is a chance for fans around the globe to celebrate J.K. Rowling’s iconic series with events, parties and other festivities.
