Surprise, surprise, it seems Electronic Arts is ready to unleash another Harry Potter on the digital world to coincide with the Harry Potter Hollywood is planning to unleash, at least that's according to the Banc of America Securities Software Market Outlook 2003 report in which Gary L. Cooper and team analyze the industry as a whole and very bluntly predict how they see it faring at retail for the rest of this year and even somewhat into the next.
Though official confirmation likely will not come until sometime next week, the report indicates that Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban will be released on GBA, GameCube, PC, PS2, and Xbox by Q2 2004's end. Because details are still so scarce, we have no way of knowing how the version will differ (various iterations of other Harry Potter games have been significantly different in some ways)."
