He might be Eldred Worple or he might be just an extra for the party scene. The owner of Honeydukes was in the Slug Club so he might have attend the party as well. It's untelling who this will play since they add and delete things in the flims.

His name isn't mentioned on the imdb.com page for HBP. Neither are Fleur and Bill; has anyone heard anything about whether they'll be left out as well?
