'Fantastic Beasts' film to include intense diner scene with Graves & Credence

The new year started off with a behind-the-scenes look at the filming of a scene for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, courtesy of one of the Pottermore correspondents who was there for take part as an extra for the feature.

Happy New Year from Pottermore! We are looking forward to showing you what we have in store for 2016! pic.twitter.com/cxeWFRgTbL
— Pottermore (@pottermore) January 1, 2016

A few highlights of the scene and its significance is below. For those interested in reading the entire breakdown, head here.
• The scene, shot sometime last November, took place in a 1926 New York City diner, and involved Colin Farrell and Ezra Miller's characters Graves and Credence, respectively. There was a note that the grounds were muddy.
• The correspondent stated she played a journalist in the movie, one sitting at a diner booth and watching the scene with Graves and Credence, directed by David Yates, unfold.
• Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood painstakingly goes through everyone's costume, from top cast to extras, to make sure they look the part of a 1920s character.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, written by Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling and starring Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, hits theaters and IMAX this November.

Fantasical Beasts and Where To Find Them seems to be going the opposite route that J.J.Abrams took with Star Wars - at least as far as spoilers come. Can't wait!

well it said a lot without actually disclosing anything at all

were Graves and Credence meeting over dinner amicably? stealthily? confrontationally?
i mean why are they meeting in the first place? Graves is the MACUSA Prez' right hand man / enforcer and Credence is the son of the Anti-Wizards group founder. did that have any impact on the fact that he's actually a Wizard as well? or he knew it all along and he's the spy for Graves?

so many questions....
