'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' republished book's print error explained Word came out that the latest U.S. edition of J.K. Rowling's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them included in the Hogwarts Library book set was missing sentences from its Hippogriff summary, and now Scholastic Publishing offered a statement and retraction on said error. Fans who have this copy can request an exchange if they so choose via the information below. Do note that this error is only found in the Fantastic Beasts book in the Hogwarts Library set, but the copy sold individually contains the entire excerpt as originally written by the Harry Potter author. <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> In the first printing of the newly updated Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, released by Scholastic, three sentences were inadvertently omitted. We regret this error and we want to assure our readers that those editions are no longer being shipped and a corrected edition is now in print and being shipped for all current orders. |
