Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them has been nominated for five British Academy Film Awards, including for Best British Film, and four technical awards. For Outstanding British Film, the award goes to the producers, which here would included author J.K. Rowling, director David Yates, David Heyman, and
Harry Potter screenwriter Steven Kloves.
The 2017 BAFTA Film awards will take place on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the Royal Albert Hall, London. The ceremony will be hosted by Stephen Fry and will be broadcast exclusively on BBC One and BBC One HD. The ceremony is also broadcast in all major territories around the world.
