Actor Callum Turner revealed that production for Fantastic Beasts 3 will officially begin around six weeks from now - so about the beginning of April 2020.

He noted this while also confirming his return to play Auror Theseus Scamander in the third installment of J.K. Rowling's saga, starring Eddie Redmayne as his younger brother, Newt. Turner sadly had nothing more to say regarding the middle film of the 5-part series.



Turner can be seen in the upcoming adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma, in theaters later this month. Fantastic Beasts 3, with Turner, Redmayne, and costars Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler, Katherine Waterston, Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and more, comes to theaters in November 2021.
