Post Deathly Hallows Parts I & II confirmed to be featured in 3D

Rumours circulated last week stating that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Parts I and II would be featured entirely in 3D in conventional theatres (no word yet on IMAX), as well as in standard 2-dimension. The Hollywood Reporter has now received confirmation of the fact:

Quote:
"We are experienced and have been successful in the conversion of 2D to 3D going back to such hits as 'The Polar Express,' select scenes in 'Superman Returns' and the last two Harry Potter films,” Warners domestic distribution boss Dan Fellman said.
Quote:
"We're excited about 3D and look forward to bringing a rich, involving visual experience to audiences around the world," Warners film group president Jeff Robinov said.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released November 19, 2010 and July 15, 2011.

No way!!

I was under the impression that 3-D movies gave me horrible headaches, as that's how they used to affect me. But I recently watched Avatar in 3-D, against my will, and I was completely fine, thank goodness. So now, I really want to see Deathly Hallows! I hope it won't disappoint!

I am looking forward to Deathly Hallows, Part 1 and Part 2 being in 3D. I loved Avatar in 3D.

I think that I am going to stick to watching it in 2D because i think 3D might ruin it
