Mid-Day, an Indian newspaper, has published a new interview with David Yates, Dan Radcliffe and Katie Leung in which they talk about ' Order of the Phoenix'. Quote: Harry gets his first kiss in the film; how did you approach the scene?
David: Most of the crew working on these films has been working with Daniel (Harry Potter) since he was little and the day we shot the kiss, they gathered around the monitor.
They needed to see this moment, experience it, because for them, Daniel was really as much a son, because they’ve seen him go through all these changes as he’s growing up.
And they got quite emotional watching his first kiss, it was a very interesting experience and I wanted make it feel as real and truthful as possible. We did many, many, many takes and it’s very tender and loving, as the first kiss should be.
Quote: Is Daniel a good kisser?
Katie: Yes, Daniel is a good kisser, I really enjoyed it.
Quote: Could he talk about the romantic aspect in the film?
Dan: Obviously it sort of had its beginnings in the fourth film. And this time I would say it comes to fruition. It was great, the kissing scene was great, it was good, and it was a lot of fun.
How does he respond to Katie saying he was a good kisser?
Dan: My God. It was fun; me and Katie – we were awkward and nervous at first but once we got it, it was fine.
On which take did he get it?
Dan: Probably on the thirtieth.
There are also descriptions of the props and a scene that was being shot during the set visit; Quote:
Coming upon Grimmauld’s Place, I notice a tapestry with the design of Sirius Black’s family tree; this, I am told, is designed by J K Rowling herself.
Quote:
The scene being shot is outdoors on a bridge with a blue screen behind; it involves Dan, Rupert, Emma and Matthew and Evanna. The director calls for the 15th take before dismissing the actors. Daniel is the first to walk off the set. He explains the scene.
"It’s all slightly hysterical today because I’ve been back for sort of a month and a half filming but it’s Emma’s first day. And Rupert had about a month or so off, so everyone’s sort of a little bit hysterical that is why we were laughing. I also tripped over Rupert.
We’re doing a scene that leads into the final act of the film where Umbridge has been taken off into the forbidden forest and we reconvene with Ron, Neville, Luna and Ginny.
Then we all go off to fight Bellatrix LeStrange and Voldemort. So it’s trying to carry over the intensity from the last scene into this one, but we’ll get there.”
Dan also talks about his upcoming role in Equus and says he's taking a year out from school next year.

I can't wait to see the kiss on film. It will be weird, because for the fans, we are seeing Harry grow up even though we have read it already, it is always different seenig it for the first time. I can't wait!!!

i like tha fact that the kiss is going to be real&tender...because that's what a first kiss is...it isnt perfect but it's just enough to leave that effect&make you want to try it again...! Dan...tripping over Rupert...that had to be funny. The scene described...ooooohhh! osunds very exciting...I can't wait!

Well considering that out of the boys from the HP movies, he is the only one who has continue with his education after he was done taking his GCSE, Rupert decided no to pursue higher education after he was done with his GCSE the same with Tom, and about Mathew he took 2 years off after his GCSE and this year he decided to take his AS level exams, Dan took also his AS level and he was suppose to prepare for his A level exams next year but he will have a busy year with theater and also promoting DB and promoting OotP, I think Dan's accomplishment on his education is great, he is the busiest guy in the set compare to the other young actors, this really shows how focus and dedicated he is to his education and also to his career as an actor, easily he can stop going to school he is one of the richest kid in UK, but what I like about him is that no matter how rich he is he knows that education comes first.
I am glad he is taking a year off, he really needs to relax a bit even thought I know he won't have too much time to relax because all the promotions he has to do and also the theater job for next year.

There's an article in the British paper The Sun about this, when I was reading it I had just come out of the shop and laughed at the title 'Harry Pucker' two things you can say about this paper firstly they come up with some great headlines and secondly is that they seem to be fans of HP because they never have anything bad to say about the films,books are actors  | |
