I suppose. I always thought Greyback was a bit thinner. And by a bit I mean a lot.

EDIT: Nevermind. I found his description in HBP:

"Do it," said the stranger standing nearest Harry, a big, rangy man with matted gray hair and whiskers, whose black Death Eater's robes looked uncomfortably tight."

-HBP (p 593, US Edition)

And according to his IMDB he's not doing it. But it could just not be up-to-date yet.

Yeah, I don't usually picture characters very precisely... But I didn't think he'd be so very strong.

He just doesn't look like a werewolf.

Edit: Well... It does follow the description then.

Maybe in his costume, and make-up.

Excellent! I loved him in Batman Begins, so I'm sure he'll do great as Greyback!

masterofmystery 02-17-2008 09:15 PM

I always figured he'd be strong. Look at the quote Antwone Thomas just found, and given the fact that Fenrir's robes were too tight on him, it suggests that he was a pretty muscular guy.

DeathEater24601 02-17-2008 09:16 PM

Personally, I think he doesn't look...werewolf-ish enough. I dunno. It might work.

I still think Bill Nighy should have played Fenrir. But at least they are including Fenrir at all.

Deadmau5 02-17-2008 09:23 PM

He might look fine for a werewolf when he's on the set. Y'know the make up and all...

masterofmystery 02-17-2008 09:24 PM

Antwone Thomas, don't worry about IMDb; they're usually very slow when it comes to HP movie casting.

Si 02-17-2008 09:33 PM

oh my GOD this guy looks like a beast. PERFECT.

half_blood_prince 02-17-2008 09:34 PM

thats great

Padie 02-17-2008 09:36 PM

I think he'll look pretty good with the make-up and stuff :D

 He does look like he could knock you out with one punch!

I think he's a good cast for the role. Costume and Make-up can do wonders!

Evy 02-17-2008 09:50 PM

Omg. He looks PERFECT. That last photo screams Fenrir to me.

And he isn't bad-looking either... *wiggles eyebrows* X]

I think Bill Nighy would make a nice Rufus Scrimgeour. Either him or Liam Neeson.
