Dan Radcliffe's The Woman in Black to begin filming September 26 at Pinewood studios
 

Celebrity Bulletin reported earlier today that filming for Daniel Radcliffe's supernatural thriller The Woman in Black would begin on September 26, 2010 at Pinewood Studios, the same location many scenes from the Harry Potter films, especially Deathly Hallows, were shot throughout the series' 10-year course. Hammer Films, who is producing the movie, confirmed the start date via their official Twitter.

This is Dan's first project after the completion of the Harry Potter saga.

Well, I'm glad the project is getting started already because I'm sure there are plenty of fans who are dying to catch a glimpse of Dan in a whole new light after the post Harry Potter era. :yes:

However, my only question is the filming won't conflict with Deathly Hallows promo time, will it? (Seeing as there's only two month left 'til it comes out... *yay*)

He'll probably get some time off to promote DH between filming.

OMG! Eep! That's great! And the same set as the HP ones! Wow! He's going to feel like he's never left. Of course, it'll be sad without the rest of the crew. Still. This is great!

Cool! At least it's a place that Dan will probably know well. Can't wait to hear more about this! :D

Edit: Speaking of Hammer Films, I just saw a commercial for Let Me In. The story looks interesting; I might want to watch it. :blink:

Not my favourite genre, but I'll definitely go to the cinema for that one. It's going to be a very hectic autumn for Dan.
