Hello
I'm Hollie and this is my 1st FF! Although I do have anf FF which I write with Tara (DanIsMyMan). So this is my 1st FF that I have wrote myself!

In this FF I have two characters that I have made up myself, so they are mine, not J.K Rowling's, but everything else which is to do with Harry Potter is J.K's

The main character is Alice Moore:

and a ... Sub main character is Hayley Hunter:

Summary: When the stunningly beautiful Alice Moore arrives at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, she becomes attracted towards a fellow Slytherin. She finds him really attractive but, also thirsts for his blood, even though she can control her thirst. This boy also likes Alice and would do anything to be with her. But he still in love with his best friend, who is also a beautiful girl. This boy has overwhelemed Alice so much, that it might just be impossible to keep self control for much longer ...

NOTE: I am reading Twilight at the moment so that is where I found some idea's from. I'm not copying, I promise!

I prefer being home schooled. It sounds much nicer than going to a school where there are other children there. I've never been around other children before, no one my age anyway.

Mother seemed to be good at home schooling me. But I couldn't see her teaching loads of other troublesome hormone loaded teens. In fact, I couldn't picture a school anyway. So what was the point in picturing my mother there?
I tossed and turned in my bed trying to get some sleep, but all I could think about was tomorrow. Tomorrow I shall be going to Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I didn't want to go, and I had three reasons as to why:
1. I get angry at people and things easily.
2. People tend to stare at me as if I'm weird, I don't think I'm weird.
and 3. I'm a Vampire, I thirst for blood, although I can control myself. So that isn't the largest problem.
Being a vampire you get freebies, most of them bad. Like I'm very pale. Even if I sun bathe for hours, which I would highly doubt seen as though I'm not too keen on the sun. I'm also very fast. Which I think, is a not bad freebie.

I had lost track of time. It was 7 o'clock in the morning.
"Alice! I'm not calling you down again, Hurry Up!" My mother screeched from the bottom of the stairs. I decided to ignore her and got out of bed. I stumbled to the window, and looked at the scenery, there was no scenery. Fog.
That was fine.

I got dressed and walked down the stairs, into the dining room where mother was reading the newspaper. While I started eating my breakfast, I remembered something terrible about this school. There were houses. I was sorted into Slytherin.
"How typical" I had said to mother once the private sorting was over. Ravenclaw sounded nice. But I, being what I am, ended up in the 'Sly', 'Evil' and 'cunning' house.
"You ready?" My mum asked after breakfast.
We apparated to platform 9 3/4. There were so many students. My stomach felt like it had turned upside down and my heart was racing.
I could smell them. All of them. It was lucky I could control myself, otherwise everyone would have been dead with teeth marks on their neck in a second.
I noticed the large red train at the corner of my eye and I turned to face it. It was beautiful. All my nerves had disappeared.
"Well .. I'll be seeing you then hunny" Mother weeped. I turned to her. She was wiping her tears with her jacket sleeve.
"I'll miss you" I said, giving her a hug. I was glad I could hold back my tears.
She finally let me go and I walked up to the train. A few people stopped and stared at me as I climbed in but I just ignored them.
Yeah, I'm pale. Get over it! I thought. So what if I looked like a freak, I'm not on the inside.

Here is the next chapter :

I walked through the train to find a compartment, hopefully one by myself. I would never forgive myself if I attacked someone.
I trudged to the back of the train where I accidentally bumped into another Slytherin. He was much taller than me. And blonde. Like platinum blonde. He was about to yell at me, when he turned to face me. His face softened. He winked at me, then walked away with nothing but a smirk on his face.
What was that? I thought, puzzled. I carried on looking for a compartment, I found only one near - empty compartment which had two boys and one girl inside.
"Just breath through your mouth" I muttered to myself.
I knocked on the door and slid it open slightly.
"Can I join you? Everywhere else is full" I asked.
"Sure" the girl said. She had big bushy hair and wore a comforting smile. It made me feel alot better. But then the comfortness ended, the two boys started staring at me.
Am I that different? I asked myslef in my head, sitting next to the bushy haired girl, but not to close.

"Hi, I'm Hermione" the girl smiled at me and lifted her hand for me to shake.
"Alice" I muttered quirtly, ignoring her unshaken hand. Hermione looked puzzled but brushed it aside.
"Umm .. this is Harry and Ron" She said indicating a boy with glasses, and a boy with ginger hair.
I just smiled at them.
"Uhh .. Hi" The boy who seemed to be called Harry had snapped out of his trance.
Hermione nudged the boy named Ron and he stood up.
"Hi" He said, not taking his eyes of mine.
Breath through your mouth!!" the voice in my head yelled at me as the three came closer to talk to me.
I told them I was in Slytherin, seen as though they were in Gryffindor, which sounded much nicer than Slytherin, but they didn't mind.

The train ride took forever and I was getting bored. Finally, I felt the train slow down and it came to a stop.
Harry, Hermione and Ron let me walk with them to Hogwarts, still breathing through my mouth so I couldn't smell their scent.
While we were walking past all the compartments, we were in a large queue.
The same boy with the sleek blonde hair was behind me. I could feel his eyes looking at me. I tried to ignore him and kept looking forward.

Sorry it took forever for this next chapter, I'm ill at the moment so I'm not at school so I have time to write it! YAY! *End of rant* So, Here is your next dose of Avid to make you all feel better

Even though I didn't know him, I was ready to deck him. I could feel him coming closer which made me feel really uncomfortable.
"You in Slytherin right?" He whispered in my ear from behind.
"Yes" I said, his head still close by my ear. He moved to my side so he could get a better look at me.
"I'm Draco" he smirked, jestering his hand for me to shake it.
"Alice" Again I didn't bother shaking his hand. Honestly, what is up with people and shaking their hands?
I know I sounded irritated, which just made him smirk more.
"Why are you with those freaks?" He asked pointing into the direction of Harry, Hermione and Ron.
"Because. They seem friendly" I said in a 'I'm right you're wrong' way. I noticed that we were already of the train and into the great hall.

"But you're a Slytherin!" He smirked, wrapping his arm around my waist. Now I felt really uncomfortable. "Slytherin's don't hang around with Gryffindor's! We are too superior for those losers" He chuckled glaring over at the Gryffindor table.
Draco and I both sat in the middle of the table, I noticed he had alot of friends. But I did notice one which was different. Draco gave her a hug and started introducing me.
"I'm Hayley" She had the same smirk as Draco. I knew they couldn't be related. Hayley had long, straight, jet black hair. Where as Draco had extremely whitish blond hair, which actually made him quite hot.
"So apparantly you were with the 'Golden Trio', I advise you not to go near them again" Her voice was really velvety. I wondered if she was a veela. She was leaning over Draco to chat to me. I could see Draco was enjoying it.
"I hope we're in the same dorm. Every year I'm always stuck with Pug face Pansy" She whispered to me. She motioned her her head to where Pansy was. Not too far away either.
"Hey! I went out with her!" Draco had joined the conversation and was whispering loudly. Draco and Hayley both starting sniggering as Dumbledore started on his speech. Which all the Slytherins seemed to fall asleep.

After the feast. Hayley and Draco showed me the common room and Hayley showed me the dorm I was staying in. Which, Thankgod, was the same dorm as her.
I was practically in the same lessons as Draco and Hayley so that didn't really bother me. But what was quite ticking me off a bit was that Draco kept winking at me while we were in the common room. There was me, Draco, Hayley, Pansy, these guys called Crabbe and Goyle (I was sure that those were their last names), A guy called Blaise who seemed fairly nice and some other Slytherin girls who seemed fairly interested in every thing Draco had to say.

"So, How do you know Draco?" I asked Hayley when we were in the dorm. We were all sitting on her bed. I could tell she was also popular.
"I've known him all my life practically. Our parents are all really good friends, event though we both live no where near each other, we go round each other's houses every summer" She smiled. "Why do you ask?"
"Well, At first I thought you guys were related. But .. Then the hair kind of gave it away" I giggled.
"Ha! Yeah, Hayley has black hair and Draco has .. lucious blonde hair" Pansy said in a dreamy voice. I looked at Hayley, puzzled.
"She still has humungous crush on him" She sniggered. "But I think he knows anyway"
Hayley checked the time and it was one in the morning. I don't really sleep that much, so I didn't care.

Everyone had gone to sleep by 2' oclock. I stared up at the ceiling, waiting for something to happen. Nothing happened. It was 2 in the morning, what was gunna happen? I laughed at myself and got out of bed. I decided to go for a walk. But I didn't get that far.
I was about to walk out of the portrait hole when something grabbed my lower arm. Whoever it was spun me around so I was facing it. It was a person obviously. He just smirked at me and kept hold of my arm.
"I'm not stupid, I know it's you" I said.
"Is it that light in this room?"
"No, I just have very good eyesight"
"Oh"
"Well .. What do you want?" I asked, getting bored very easily.
"You going for a walk?"
"Yes"
"I'll come with you" He smirked once again at me as he let go of my arm.
