Hello again! It's Katie. Usually, I'm a HUGE Dr/Hr shipper, but today I decided to try something different. I'm going to.....*gasp*.....*cries*....ship....H/Hr. Yes, I know. This is a big step for me, so bear with me. It's going to take place in their 7th year. Each chapter is going to start out as a piece of Hermione's diary. Then the regular chapter will start. Ok? Ya'll got it? LOL here we go!

Dear Diary,
Ever since my first year at Hogwarts, Harry and Ron have been my bestest friends. Now that we're older, I'm starting to see them as...more than friends. For mostly Harry, to be honest. It's just, I see in him everything I would ever love. The way he talks, his eyes, his hair, the way he walks. I just love-

"Hermione!"

Hermione gasped, then looked up.

"Oh my God! Did I miss a class?"

"No, but you're about to miss the most important class of the day! Lunch!"

Hermione sighed, and got up.

"What are you writing about 'Mione?"

Hermione snatched up the book and closed it with a snap.

"Nothing. C'mon, let's go." Hermione followed Harry out of the portrait hole. Hermione let Harry walk ahead, so she could watch him. Oh, that way his arms swung gently at his side, the way-

"Watch it Granger!" Hermione snapped back to reality. She had bumped into...Malfoy. She grimiced, and wiped off the front of her robes, as if she had touched something repulsive.

"Go away Mafloy."

"You filthy little mu-"

"Oh please, don't say mudblood. You've been calling me that since first year. Get some new material, please?"

Malfoy scowled, then smirked.

"Alright Granger. I've decided you're not worthy of that name anymore. In fact, your not worthy of any name. From now on, I'm just going to refer to you as Filth, alright? Now get out of my way."

Hermione's face fell. Tears welled up. Malfoy walked towards the Great Hall. Harry put an arm around Hermione, then looked towards Malfoy's retreating back.

"Hey Malfoy!"

Malfoy turned around.

"Incasaro Pestilancio."

Malfoy screamed as mounds of garbage covered his sleek white-blonde hair. Hermione giggled. Harry held out his arm. Hermione took it and walked past Malfoy. Harry spit as they walked past.

"Excuse us, Filth."

Malfoy glowered as the two walked past him, and into the Great Hall.

Dear Diary,
I'm sorry, I didn't get to tell you what happened next! It was so great...Harry led me into the Great Hall. Malfoy was still dripping of garbage and smelling like dun. He had to be taken to the hospital wing, because Harry put a Sticking charm on the spell. He's so smart...


Harry had escorted Hermione into the Great Hall for lunch. There, they sat down next to Ron. Ron was staring dreamily in another direction.

"Ron? Are you there?" Harry snapped his fingers under Ron's nose. Ron yelped, and began to shovel down his food.

"Ronald! Don't be such a pig!" Ron slowed down, then looked reproachfully at Hermione.

"You know, you sound like my mum when you do that..."

"Well, then, don't make me talk like that." Hermione's cheeks went red.

"That's what she says after she's done yelling at me!"

"Oh, knock it off you too." Hermione and Ron fell silent. Hermione especially, because she didn't want Harry to think she acted like this all the time. Oh wait, she already did. Hermione groaned.

"Hermione? Are you ok?" Harry put a hand on her back. Hermione smiled.

"Much better, thanks."

"OK." And his hand slid off. Hermione almost whimpered with disappointment, but realized that Harry wouldn't understand. the only girl he ever felt that chummy with would have been Cho....or Ginny.

Hermione looked around for Ginny. Ginny was seated further up the table with Dean. They looked happy to be back together. But Hermione knew that it was Harry Ginny really cared for. Hermione felt bad, but she loved Harry too. And eventually, Harry would realize that.

"'Mione?"

Hermione jumped 10 feet in the air. She turned to Ron. "What?"

"Only that the bell rang, and we've got to go to History Of Magic now. Nothing big. Let me know if I disturb you again." Ron walked off, irritated, and Harry followed him, not sure what was going on. Hermione groaned.

The school day just flew by. Next thing Hermione knew, it was time for homework. Hermione skipped dinner to study. Harry and Ron of course went to dinner. But Hermione was disturbed from her studies by...HARRY!

"Harry? What's wrong? I thought you were having dinner?"

"I did...I just, brought you some."

"Oh, thanks alot Harry. I didn't realize how hungry I was."

"That's ok 'Mione."

'Mione...it sounded to lovely coming from his voice...to here him say her nickname. Hermione was almost ready to confess her love for Harry, right then and there, when...

CRASH!

Ron came in the Common Room, belching the ABC's with Dean. Hermione wailed with frustration, and flew upstairs. Ron looked at Harry, then Dean.

"What did I do this time?"

Dear Diary,
I just can't wait for Harry to notice me. I would love to ask Ginny what HArry saw in her, but...she's still a little touchy on that subject. So...I thought I would go to Cho. But she started to cry again, and tried to hex me. So....no help there. I had one other option....

Hermione climbed the stairs to her dormitory. She hesitated before opening the door. What was she thinking? How could she talk to these....people. Why must she? Hermione didn't usually communicate with people outside of her cirlce...but.....she was desperate. So she opened the door to the ...girl's dorm.

"Hermione? What are you doing up here?" Pavarti and Lavender peered at her. Hermione shifted her weight around.

"Um...hi girls...um..."

"What's up Hermione, you're all, like, nervous and stuff." Lavender walked over to Hermione and pulled her down on the bed. Hermione started to play with her hands.

"N-nothing really, but...oh, damn, I need your advice on....boys."

""BOYS!!" Pavarti and Lavender shrieked, and Pavarti raced over and plopped down next to Hermione. "Oh my God, so there is still hope for you!"

"Hey-" Hermione was cut off. Lavender flew off the bed and returned with make-up, clothes, and hair brushes.

"OK Hermione, now, this is going to seem scary at first, but....we're willing to do it...for you."

"What are you doing?"

"We're going to attempt to....straighten your hair." Hermione gasped, then looked at Pavarti.

"Do you think it will work?"

"Are you kidding?" Lavender broke in, "We're been dreaming of what we could do with your hair for years! This is our chance! It has to work! Now, hold still.

For the next two hours, Pavarti giggled, cried, and cursed over Hermione and her hair. Hermione didn't make a sound, only once, when Lavender accidentally sprayed hair spray into Hermione's face. Finally, it was done.

"Whew!" Pavarti sighed, and wiped her forehead. Lavender sat on the floor, exhausted. Hermione gingerly touched her hair.

"How does it look?"

"See for yourself." Lavender gave Hermione a mirror, and exchanged a high-five with Pavarti. Hermioenclosed her eyes, then looked in the mirror.

She looked amazing. Her hair was straight, but slightly wavy, and it did wonders for her look. The small amount of make-up Lavender applied was flattering to her face, and Hermione could not stop staring.

"Now...who did we doll you up for?"

Hermione blushed.

"...Harry..."

"HARRY!!" Pavarti leapt 10 feet in the air. Lavender could not pry her eyes away from Hermione. Then she smiled.

"Well, it's about time you did something about your....relationship with him."

"We don't have a relationship!"

"I know! That's what's so depressing about it! The Boy Who Lived has been hanging out with you for years, and you're only noticing this now?"

Hermione blushed. Pavarti landed, and put an arm around her.

"Well Hermione, he's definetly going to notice you now."

I never said I hated it tho It's just not my top favourite... (I use YouTube a LOT, and I saw this Dramione vid and I was like, 'that's stupid, they'll never be together so why waste time being a shipper of something not even related to the HP books?', then the second time I saw it I became addicted and loved the ship. D/Hr is my favourite ship, then it's Harry/Ginny, then it's Harry/Hermione, then D/G, then R/Hr. It depends on my mood, like today I'm more for H/Hr, so it's my second choice, but maybe tomorrow it'll be near the bottom with R/Hr...).
So ya...

Can't wait to see Harry's reaction either! PAMS!!!

Dear Diary,
Did I tell you about yesterday? Well, After I had finished writing yesterday's entry, I went to Lavender and Pavarti for help about Harry. And when Harry saw their handiwork....well, let's say that it didn't go as planned....

Pavarti and Lavender walked Hermione down the stairs. No one was in the Common Room. Lavender turned to Pavarti.

"Well, looks like we're taking Hermione out into Hogwarts."

"A-are you sure? 'Cause...we don't have to go anywhere..we can-"

"Oh don't be silly Hermione! Harry's going to love the new you!" Pavarti pulled Hermione out of the Common Room and into the corridor. Hermione looked around nervously.

The three of them started down the halls, Hermione getting flattering looks from the Hogwarts boys. Pavarti and Lavender smiled and waved, but Hermione was looking for one face...and it was....MALFOY'S???

"H-hermione?"

"Back off Malfoy! Leave her alone!" Lavender pulled Hermione away, and continued walking, Hermione in tow. Malfoy would have none of that. He pulled out his wand. Pavarti pulled out hers as well.

"Hex her and you die Malfoy. Have you seen Harry?"

"Potter? Yea, him and Weasly are outside by the Quiddich pitch." Pavarti looked suprised.

"T-thank you Malfoy!"

"Don't mention it.....Patil....Pavarti."

Pavarti smiled, and hurried after Lavender and Hermione.

They followed Malfoy's directions, and were outside by the pitch. Harry wasn't there, but Ron was. Lavender blushed, but still stayed near Hermione.

"Hey Ron! C'mon down for a sec! Where's Harry?" Ron flew down next to Lavender.

"He went inside bu-Hermione?"

Hermione nodded.

"You...look....bloody brilliant!" Ron could not rip his eyes away from Hermione. "In fact....Harry will be here any second. Why doesn't Hermione wait with me?"

"Good idea Ron." Lavender said hastily, and dragged Pavarti away with her. Pavarti stopped Lavender when they were out of sight.

"What was that for?"

"I still don't like being around Ron. Let's go."

Hermione wasn't aware of Ron until he was right behind her. She spun around.

"Ronald? What are you doing? Stop it!"

Ron was trying to put his arm around her. He stopped.

"Hermione, I can't believe how much you've changed. I can't stop because...I love you."

Harry came around the corner and stopped dead at Ron's words. Harry coughed. Hermione and Ron spun around.

"Well, I'm sorry if I was interrupting anything. I'll leave you two lovebirds alone." Harry flushed, and spun around on his heel and stomped off. Hermione spun around to face Ron.

"RONALD WEASLY! HOW DARE YOU! YOU'VE RUINED...EVERYTHING!"

Hermione ran off crying.
