I will try to post as often as I can but beg you to understand if I am taking to long because I have six weeks left of school so that means tests!!
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Any critscism, I will learn from my mistakes since this is my first ff.
I am a huge fan of the books & the movies. I will try to post at least twice a week or more. But I cannot promise anything.
And now the post: (I know that the first chapter is probably the most boring thing that you have ever read but I promise, from like the second chapter or third chapter, it will be really, really good!! Every chapter gets better with my spelling and there is tons of romance and action!! I am writing this now, that I am on the nineteenth chapter and it is much much better! Don't judge the first chapter! LOL!! )

Chapter 1:


Mia Shaler woke up on a Sunday morning to find her little sister, Molly, playing with her magical wand.

"Molly! what are you doing with my wand? Give it to me NOW!!" she quickly snatched the wand away from her little sister's hands.

"Mia honey, get dressed now, the train leaves exactly at eleven o'clock," came her mothers sweet voice.

Mia reluctantly got out of bed and headed to the bathroom.

Twenty minutes later she was downstairs eating cornflakes with milk.

Her father was on the other side of the table reading the Daily prophet muttering something about time wasters and nothing else better to do with their time, sipped his tea and then looked up at Mia and said, "Mia, you got everything packed?" she nodded. "so we should leave now so we can get to King's Cross with enough time to get you a seat."

"Alright. Let's get you're luggage out of the car and hurry up to platform 9 and three quarters."

It was very busy at the station, a lot of wizards and witches that apparently were supposed to look like muggles, were hurrying to walk through the solid barrier dividing platform nine and ten.

When it was finally there turn and the cost was clear of muggles to make sure they weren't watching, Mia, Molly and her parents walked through the barrier and appeared in front of the steaming Hogwarts Express. They loaded Mia's luggage onto the train and then it was time for their goodbyes.

"I'll miss you so much Mia." Said her mother very sadly. "Oh, and don't forget to write". She gave her daughter a big hug and a kiss on both cheeks.

"Bye sweetie, have a fun and busy year." said her father.

Molly began to cry. "Mommy! I-I want to g-go to Hog-Hogwarts t-to!!" She wailed.

"When you’re older sweetie." She replied.

"Bye everyone! take care!"

THE POST:

Mia climbed on the train with her luggage and searched for an empty compartment, but with no luck she opened the last door where she found two bogs and a girl of about her age sitting there chatting. When they looked at her she asked if she could sit with them and the girl nodded then introduced herself.

"I'm Hermione Granger." she said. "This is Ron Weasley," she pointed to the red head, freckly boy. "And Harry Potter." A boy with Jet black hair, Green eyes and on his forehead was a lightning shaped scar.

Mia flinched and before she could stop herself, she asked "Harry potter? The boy who lived??" Hermione nodded.

Suddenly Mia realized she was behind kind of rude and immediately apologized.

Nobody spoke.

Hermione broke the silence. "so, Mia, What year are you entering?"

"I'm going into my seventh and final year. My family and I just moved to this country. I'm hoping to be in Ravenclaw, that’s where my great- Grandmother was. I'm really looking forward for DADA and Potions, they were always my favorite classes." Suddenly she was embarrassed, she'd talked to much.

The rest of the ride to Hogwarts passed mostly in silence.

They were nearing the school so the four changed into their school robes and when the train came to a stop, they made their way of the train, where there carriages and flying horsed waiting for them, forcing their way threw other students that were attending Hogwarts to.

Mia soon lost Harry, Ron and Hermoine threw the pack of students and found and empty carriage where she was soon joined by a group of slytherins. Amongst them was a cute boy with blond hair and was quite muscular.

The horses took of into the air, flying over the black lake towards the castle, invisible to any muggles eye.

The boy introduced himself. "Hi, I'm Draco, Draco Malfoy." "Mia." She replied.
"This," Draco said. "is Gregorio, Crabbe, Goyle and Parkinson." He pointed to three boys and a girl.

Mia nodded and said "Hi". But she couldn’t help notice something suspicious about Gregorio. He seemed mean, cruel, and it looked like he wished he was anywhere else but here. She pushed it to the back of her mind telling herself she'd think about it later. so instead she looked admiringly at the flying horses that were called thestralls, she had learnt about them in her previous year back in her old school.

During the ride, Mia noticed out of the corner of her eye that Draco was staring at her. She was worried. What if he liked her? She couldn't bear it to happen again. In her old school she was very popular and attractive although, she had, had only one boyfriend in her life and ever since then, she had turned down many boys that had asked her out.

Chapter 2:

Mia's Heart leaped with excitement, she was actually walking through the doors of Hogwarts! She couldn’t believe it -HOGWARTS-!!!

Suddenly she heard a voice behind her, calling her name. She turned around and saw it was Harry.

"Hey Mia, I just wanted to wish you good luck with the sorting and if...if you’re sorted into Gryffindor, come and sit next to me. And of course Ron and Hermione." He added.

"Okay. I will. Thanks for the offer."

When everyone was finally seated, the headmistress, Professor McGonagall called Mia over to sit on a woden stool and she put an old, dirty hat on her head that fell down to her eyes. Then she heard a little voice inside her head.

"Hmm a Shaler ha? Not a bad brain I see, you will be able to face your future and past, strong and bravery. and why yes, of course, self confidence." And then the hat shouted, "Slytherin!"

Suddenly over at the Slytherin table there was huge applause as she made her way to the Slytherin table and saw Draco motioning her to sit next to him. What could she do, say "no, i'm sorry, I don't want to?" So Mia Shaler found herself making her way through everybods hand shakes to where Draco was sitting. She slipped into the bench right next to him.

He smiled at her and she returned his smile back sadly. She felt like crying, She coulden't face ita gain, couldn't let it happen to her and ruin her life all over again. Draco interrupted her thoughts and said:

"Its great you're in Slytherin and not in Gryffindor. I saw that Potter boy looking at you, don't try to be with him. He's friendly with all these mudblood's and the Weasel's, they are muggle lovers."

Mia wiped away a tear that was about to fall.

"Are you alright?" He asked looking alarmed?

"Oh, yes. I'm just so happy to be at Hogwarts." She said trying to sound Cheerful.

He looked relaxed and turned to look hopelessly, as the row of the new students were being sorted into Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin.

Aww poor Mia! It was still really good though! She's in Slytherin with Malfoy! PAMS to one of the best writers ever! PAMS

Chapter 3:

She was splaying Quidditch....she saw a bludger and doged it just in time...come on...she had to get...she was getting closer...just a little bit more...an inch...she got it! she felt her hand close around it and then there was great applause from the crowd.

The dream changed. She was in a room, a very dark room. She recognized it, she had been there before...She didn't like it. All of the sudden she heard screaming... she looked straight and saw a boy, he was being totured by a man. he was screaming in pain... She had to help him...but she coulden't move...She tried harder but there was somthing holding her back. The boy was screaming louder and louder... She knew soon he would be dead...And then the man screamed...Avada Kedavara...the boy fell down...like in slow motion... Then the man turned his wand on her...NOOOOOOOOOOO!! She screamed.

She heard voices. Urgent voices talking to one another. Then she felt somone moving her and telling her to get up. Slowly she opend her eyes and saw faces swarming in and out of sight.

Slowly, she regained focus and tried to sit up, then she realized she was sitting on somthing hard, not the comfy mattress on her four poster bed. She turned over and realized she was on the flore. She felt sweaty and shaken, and not to mention what a bad hedache she had, plus, she was really cold.

"Mia, are you alright? you were having some kind of fit or, somthing. You were screaming voilantly, you were kicking and hitting and scratching yourself. You scared us all to death."

Mia just sat there thinking about the dream that she had. She felt like it had happen all over again. She just wanted to be left alone. She told er freinds she was okay and nothing to worry about, it was just a bad dream she told them, and herself. After everyone had went back to bed, she made her way to the bathroom and callapsed on the floor crying.

She didn't know how long she was crying in there for until, she heard a soft knock on the door. She didin't bother answering it, she thought that eventually they would use the other other bathroom.

Unfortenatly she was wrong. The girl used the Aloha Morahcharm and she heard a click and the door opened. Standing in the door way , fully dressed, was her freind, Ashley Faltun, that she had met last night, looking at her with a very worried expression on her face.

"Come on, let's go." And without waiting for an answer, she pulled Mia up by the arms and took her out of the bathroom to her clothes closet.

Without any talking, she got Mia dressed in a red top and jeans. Mia slipped on her flip lopps and pulled her hair into a messy bun and let Ashley take her hand and go down to the common room. She steered her out of the portrait of a grumpy old wizard, and climbed the stairs. They climbed up to the forth floor and walked down the corridor and then Ashley stopped at a door and opened it.

In there were about a dozen beds and potions and all kinds of stuff that resembeld a hospital wing.

Her heart sank. She tried to turn around and head out but Ashley was holding onto her pretty tightly.

A door on the Right side opened and a middle aged lady came out and bustled over to where they were standing. She took Mia by the hands and lead her to one of the beds.

"Sit." She instructed.Mia hesitated before she sat down on the comfey bed.

"Bad dreams call for a pill of a dreamless sleep pill and pill to come down. You will rest here untill I decide you are well enough under the watch of me. You will call me Madam Pomfrey. Here drink these down whith a glass of pumpkin juice." She handed Mia two pills and a glass of pumpkin juice.

Mia drank both of them in two gulps. and drained the rest of the juice down.

Ashley came over to her bed and said she had to go now, she was late for class, but promised she'd come back during the lunch period. Mia looked at her with a pleading look on her face, begging to get her out of here but, Ashley just shrugged and said, it was for her own good and left.

Madam pomfrey returned to her office and closed the door, and Mia was left alone, thinking how much she would rather be, being in class right now with all her class mates. She started to get tired and soon enough, fell into a deep dreamless sleep.

Much later that day Mia awoke. She looked out of the windows and saw that it was dark outside.

"Oh good, you're up." Mia turned and saw Madam Pomfrey carrying a tray of food and a glass of pumpkin juice. "Start eating, and when you're done you are free to leave. Oh right, don't let me forget, Miss Faltun, Mr. Malfoy and Mr. Potter visited you while you were sleeping."

Mia stared as madam pomfrey returned to her office and for some reason, her heart leaped with happiness. But it stoppes right away when she remembered her dream.

She quickly ate, dressed and left. She walked as fast as she was could unsure of the way to the slytherin house. When suddenly, she bumbed into someone and fell on the cold floor. She looked up and saw Harry.

"Mia!" He said. "I'm sorry, I didn't see you. Here," he took her hand. "Let me help you."

Mia felt this weird sensation run through her as she was being pulled to her feet. Harry looked at her in a weird way and she stared back.

"I, um..." he started to say. I wen't to see if you were all right. I heard that Slytherin girl talking to Malfoy about how, well, how you were taken up to the hospital wing so I got...Well I went to see if you were okay."

"Well, thanks for um, thinking about me." she gave him a sheepish smile. And before she knew it Harry's face was moving closer to hers, until it was merely and inch away from hers, And then it happend, they kissed. she didn't know how long they were kissing for, but it felt good. Really good. All of her worries were gone, it was just him and her. And then it was gone. His face was moving away from hers, very slowly. "I like you, I really do." He said. "I do to." She said. And she new she meant it.

They kissed once more and then he looked into her sparkly, bueatiful, blue eyes and said, "Well see you around." Then he walked away and disapeard down the coridor.

She felt like the happiest, luckiest girl, in the whole entire world! She didn't know the way to the Slytherin house but, eventually she was standing in front of the Slytherin portrait, just staring at it, hardly able to believe what had just happened. She felt like she was in a dream.

All of the sudden the portrait opened, and standing there was, Malfoy!

***To my school freinds- I am sorry that I had said I would post sooner and didn't keep my promise. I am sooooo sorry! I beg you to forgive me. I had to do a couple things and then get ready for the race (I didn't win! ) that I totaly didn't have time, And to make it up, I will try (I can't promise you) to post a long one on Sunday.

"Mia!" He practicly shouted in surprise. "-What are you doing here?"

"-What are you doing here?" They asked at the same time.

"I'm well now, Madam pomfrey said I could go. What are you doing here?"

"Um, I sleep here. I'm in slytherin. Remember???" He replied in this sarcastic voice.

"Oh right! How could I forget so quickly? That night that I had, must of goten everything else out of my mind." She hoped she didn't sound to stupid.

"Ok."

"Yah. Well I better go. Night."

She climbed through the portrait passing by the confused and slightly mad Malfoy, hurried across the common room to the girls domitory when, suddenly she felt herself being pulled back as if she was being pulled by an invisible rope.

Mia felt her self slam onto the coach with a thud. She looked up, cunfused, and saw Gregorio staring ast her with an evil grin.

"What are you doing? Don't you think that you have the right to aim a spell at any person that you see! I saw you aiming spell after spell at Ha- Potter and Weasley." His grin got even wider, he looked even a little scary.

"First thing you have to know is, A. Don't tell me what to do and what not to do. B. stay out of my way. C. I don't like you. And D. Don't be surprised if Draco askes you out soon inough." He flashed an amused look. He loved making people angry, and especially her.

Mia blushed a furiously color of red, anger rising up inside her. "How do you know that Draco will ask me out? How do I know you're not lying? I don't even trust you and I never will!"

"Oh, don't worry, I have my ways of knowing." He shot her one of those evil grins. I know things about him that would make you pea in you're pants!" He laughed.

Mia had enough. He was seriously acting like a child and she didnt feel like staying up till the morning ours to here all kinds of rubbish. So she got up took out her wand and pointed it at him and said"lung lock." His tung imediatly glued itself to the roof of his mouth so that he coulden't make a sound. Pleased with herself, she straithened up and headed to the girl's dormitorie.

She was so tired with all that had happend today that she completly forgot about the "episode" that she had, had with Harry. She got into her PJ's and sank into her comfy mattress and within a minute, she was fast asleep.

I just read both chapters and I loved them both! Harry and Mia kissed, Malfoy almost caught them, this story is just getting better and better! PAMS PAMS PAMS PAMS PAMS

Hey boys and girls! (Are there even boys on this site, or is this just a girl site?) Look what I brought you, all the way from the lost Island!!
You guys wont even believe it, but two nights ago I had a fream that I was Harry Potter, and my freind was being tortured by Voldemort with the Cruciatus curse! Believe me she was screaming and crying! I never saw her lose controll like that. And why was she being tortured? Because of ME! Voldemort wanted me, but I was hiding under a table (stupid! I know.) so Voldemort tortured her because he thought that if I saw her in pain I would rush to her aid. And he was kind of right. I crawled out of the table and ran like I never did in my life, I thought I would distract him, but of course he was laughing!!!! So anyway I ran across and went to hide in a diffrent table! Finally he stopped and let her go, and she crawled away, sobbing, since she was to weak to stand, And I just kept hiding under the table, thinking (before he released her) "He is going to kill her, he is going to kill her and it will be all my fault because that he really wants me.

Anyway it was a reallllly scary dream! I hope I didn't bored you to death, so if youre still not tired from reading, I give you-


Chapter 5:

"Mia! Wake up! Com on, we need to go!"

"Jus' afew more miiins."

"No, We really need to go. Were going to be late! Get UP!" She screamed.

"Ashley! Hold you're horses!"

"Ha? I don't have any horses." She looked confused.

"Whatever, its just an expression. All right, i'm up!" She said to her, due to her annoyed look she had on.

Mia slowly got out of bed and went into the bathroom to shower. It was a relief to wet her body, It felt so good, her last shower had been at home, right before she left to Hogwarts.

"Mia?" She heard Ashley call. "I'll meet you in the great hall. I'm really hungry, OK?"

"Fine. I'll meet you down there." she got out of the shower, dried herself and walked out of the bathroom naked, to her closet. She took out her bran-new robes.

When she put on all her clothes she did her hair into a high ponytail and applied a little bit of blush and lipp-gloss. She put on her high healed, halfh boots. She looked at herself in the morror to make sure she looked okay, when she was satisfied, she went downstairs to the empty common room.

When she wasout in the empty corridor, she remembered she didn't know the way. "Great." She murmered. "Just great."

"Mind if I escort you?" said a voice.

Mia spun around and saw Draco. "Oh its you."

"Yah, its me." He said. "I brought you some toast, do you want to go eat by the lake?"

"Do we still have time left till classes?" she asked.

"Yah, sure. we've got plenty of time left."

"Ok. lets go then." Draco took her hand without her realizing it and walked twords the oak doors.

Outside was beautiful. Its was getting a little colder, which meant summer was coming to an end but, you could still hear the birds singing in the trees.

They walked through the green grass and sat on the edge of the lake.

"Draco?" Mia began. "I really thank you for bringing me out here. Its so...Its so..."

"Peaceful." He finished for her.

"Yah. Peaceful is the right word." She said in a sweet voice.

"Mia, Did you ever have a boyfreind?"

Mia stared at him. Then turned to look at the lake and said, "Yes." very simply.

"And waht heppend? Did you brake up or somthing?"

"No, no. We didn't brake up." She kept on staring at the lake which was making small waves. "He died." She said in a broken voice. "He was killed." She wiped away the few tears that were falling down.

"Did you love him?" Mia looked at him.

"Yes, very much. He asked me to marry him. But I said I had to focus on my studies." Tears started to flow down freely from her face. "We were made to be together. He loved me so much. He would right poems for me every day. I rememer one of them by heart, it goes like this:

I love you like the stars shine on the dark,
If we were to part, I will never forget you're sparks,
You're beauty makes me cry every day,
When I look into you're blue warm eyes,
I get water in my eyes, That when I am with
You, I cry myself to sleep,
I will stay with you forever, I will never part
from you're side, I swear I will not go, for I owe you
my love, I love you more than ever, for shal I will
not go."

She cried out loud the last for lines. "I loved him so much. We used to go to each others house every summer. He took me out on the most romantic dated a girl could ever wish for. He was so handsome and smart. H ehad a really warm heart, he would always help you out of trouble even if he got himself into trouble by doing that. I will never forget When-"

"- Okay, Why are you telling me this? Are you trying to make me start crying to? Do you think I really care what he did?"

"No, it's not like tha-"

"-Are you trying to make me jelous maybe?" He practicly yelled.

"No never. I-"

"-Ha? Are you??"

"Of course not!" She screamed.

"Well that's how I feel now. You happy?"

"No I'm not!" she sobed. And she got up and started running back to the castle. Draco got up to and ran after her. He was much faster than her. He grabed her waist and pushed her into a kiss.

"Legoome." She was fighting to let go. when her mouth was finaly free, she screamed, "What do you think you're doing? You can't just go kissing people! Now let go of me you b****!"

"I don't think so." He kissed her again.

"Help! Help!" She screamed while she was crying heavily. "Anybody! Please help me!" Finally she got her hand free from his reach and with all her strenghenth, Punced him in the face and a loud *Crack* was herd.

"Ouch!" He screamed, clutching his bloddy nose.

Mia ran and ran and ran, like she had never done in her life. She ran into the castle and the first ladies bathroom she saw, she ran in there, opened the door of one of the stalls and closed it after her and locked it with a click. She then colapsed on the floor crying.

She had just been raped, She thought to herself. Against her own will.

Stop! she commanded herself. Grow up! Its not going to do you any good if you cry! She unlocked the door and went to the sinks, switched the faucet on and splashed cold water on her face. It felt so good.

Mia walked out into the corridor and heard a girls voice calling her name. She turned around and was relieved when saw it was Ashley.

"I was looking all over for you. Here I brought you're bag, Class starts any minute, we better hurry."

The walked quickly twords the 7th floor, wherethe Gryfindor house was, And twords the DADA class room. Suposedly they were to have a new tacher this year, since so far, the last six years the teacher didn't last for more than a year. It was said the subject was jinxed. All this she had found out from Ashley and her freinds.

"Did you hear what happend to Draco, I saw him running past me twords the Hopital wing clutching his nose. Do you know what happend to him?"

"No idea." She answerd quickly. Serve him right, She thought.

They opend the door to the DADA room and luckily people were still taking their seats, so it would be easy for them to blend in with everyone else.

The two took their seats and got ou their books.

The DADA teacher was a muscly midaged Wizard, with all his hair on and no beard. Although, he lookrd kind of mean or, even a little scary.

He would probably give them a lot of Homework.

When everyone was finaly seated, he called the class for silence. "My name is Professor Akumwah. I will teach you to arm yourself against the dark arts. Just so you know, this class has to be taken very seriously, that means, that if any of you don't think that you will be able to handle the work that I wan't to work with you this year, than please leave now. Otherwise, by means that you are staying now, today, you will stay till they end of the year and work very hard. This subject is to be taken very seriously. Now let's begin. Put you're hand in the air if you have masterd silent spells."

Only Hermione Granger's hand was up.

"Ok. Now I want all of you to find a partner and practice with them."

Imediatly there was loud talking of people calling to their freinds.

"Mia! Come, let's be together." Mia nodded and walked over to Ashley.

They practiced for about half an hour until Professor Akumwah called for silence.

"Who of you has managed?"

Around 10 people raised their hands in the air.

"Let's have some volunteers up here to show us how its done. Hmm, Mr. Potter and Miss Shaler.


Dudududum, Dudududum. What will happen now? Our lovely couple are going to fight against each other! Whats going to happen?? Should I tell you??

NAH!!
