Welcome to the Evil Elite FanFiction Dares (EEFD!)

Let us all, of 2019, take a step back into the past of SnitchSeeker. Back... to the 3rd of November 2003. Yes, that's right, 16 years ago.

On this day, the magically evil EEFFD was created, by wise sorcerers Cassirin, Lotus, and Zymurgy. Their mission had started as a nasty little habit, formed by players of an old (OLD) Duck, Duck, Goose - DARE thread in (OLD) Zonko's Joke Shop. Back here, the Evil Elite FanFiction Darers set about to dare one another in forming absurd incidents and writing them into their stories. This developed into something that can only be described as legendary, dear Snitchseeker; it evolved into a bizarre subculture of Comedy FanFiction writing.

IN FACT, it was so popular it spanned THREE WHOLE VERSIONS. Yes, that's right THREE versions, over seven years. Now, you do remember that SEVEN is a significantly magical number in the Harry Potter series? Well, there were seven books, seven Weasleys, seven Horcruxes, seven Harrys... well, you get the point. Can we, as a new era of EEFDs, continue on for another seven years?

Well, we certainly believe so.

As you come back to 2019, in this very shiny new thread, you will learn how to participate in these Evil Elite Fanfiction Dares, and become, yourself, an Evil Elite Fanfiction DARER.

EEFD Rules & Submission How-to's

General Rules

• All dare fics must be rated Sa16+ or lower.
  
• All dare fics must comply with Snitchseeker.com Rules and Honeydukes Rules.
  
• Any graphics within your thread must follow Gladrags Wizardwear's graphic rules.
  
• In line with the Honeydukes Rules, if you have not posted in your thread for more than two months, it will be moved to the Finished EEFDs forum.
  
• If you have an Evil Elite-thread that has been moved to the Finished EEFDs forum and needs to be reactivated, please post in this thread with a link to your thread, and a Honeydukes mod will reactive your thread.
  
• If you have any further questions, please post them in here or ask one of the Honeydukes mods (Felixir, Lislchen, Stormdancer).

How-to Participate

• Look to the third post of this thread for a current dare and pick a dare that interests you.
  
• Create your very own EEFD thread here in the EEFD Forum, and include your username AND a rating (Sa13+ or lower) in the title. The first post of your thread must contain the first dare fic you chose, and a disclaimer about the Harry Potter characters and universe belonging to J.K. Rowling.
  
• Wait for one of the Honeydukes mods to approve your thread (site mods and admins, please remember that you must unapprove your thread after posting it). If your thread is NOT approved for any reason, one of the Honeydukes mods will contact you.
  
• Once you have created this thread and it has been approved, all of your dare fics will go in there as you write them. You may write an ongoing story with individual chapters, or write one-shots - whichever you prefer.
  
• Once you have finished a dare, post in this thread with a link to your post (the dare you wrote), and a link will then be added to the Conquered Dares thread by one of the Honeydukes mods. The more dares you complete, well, there may be a surprise in store for you and your thread. Approximately every 5 completed dares :shifty:
  
• Pick a new dare. Write a fic. Post in it your thread. Repeat to your heart's content.
  
• Have fun! :whaa:

Current Dare Packets


Packet #1:

• Someone breaks the fourth wall
• Someone wears a monocle, and not ironically
• A Mimbulus Mimbeltonia plays a vital role in overcoming an obstacle
• Someone loses their eyebrows

Packet #2:

• Someone uses someone else’s wand to put their hair in a bun
• Someone uses Polyjuice Potion to pass an exam
• A crup escapes into the Muggle world
• Someone eats troll bogey

Packet #3:

• Someone blows out 25 candles even though it’s NOT their birthday
• A Flutterby Bush is in bloom
• Someone claims to be a Seer even though they aren’t
• A chair breaks

Packet #4

• Someone transforms their hair red, pretends to be a Weasley
• A Library is involved
• Someone says ‘I don’t believe fairies fart’
• Someone subs into a Quidditch game that has never been on a broom
• Everyone seems to be getting a cold from a bad batch of Chocolate Frogs

Packet #5

• The setting is Hogwarts
• Someone has a crush on Neville
• Moaning Myrtle’s name is mentioned
• Nobody wants to go to the kitchen to get milk and cookies
• Students overhear Professors discussing the possibility of opening a new house

Packet #6

• Someone tries to revive the Slug Club
• Someone goes to the loo, gets toilet paper stuck in their undies and leaves a very long trail
• An owl steals a shoe
• A whole plate of finger food is stolen
• A pet is lost

• Read the rules in the post above.
  
• Think of up to FIVE mission elements, then submit your dare via this questionnaire. You may choose to remain anonymous to the Evil Eliters or to have your username added.
  
• If your dare follows all the rules, a Honeydukes mod will add your dare to the list of Current Dares in the third post of this thread, so that the Evil Eliters may choose it.
  
• You do NOT have to have your own EEFD-thread to be allowed to submit a dare - although we highly encourage it. It IS a lot of fun.
