Armen felt like a teenager again, sneaking out of work to go meet his girlfriend somewhere they most likely wouldn't be found. He had sent her the memo asking if he could see her about something on the 9 floor and left it at that. Hopefully she would know what he meant and not something to do with the departments down here, because frankly he didn't know much about them himself.

He walked down the dank stairway to get to the un-remodeled bowels of the Ministry and then quickly waited in the stone aclove that was halfway down the dark corridor.

Isobel did have to admit that she was a little confused. Why did Armen want to meet her all the way down here? It was a dungeon and it was totally going to mess up her hair. Good thing she hadn't done too much with it today. Although if she knew she'd be seeing her boyfriend maybe she would've done more. Hmm. She knew Armen wouldn't care though, so she tried not to care too much. It would be nice to see him though, she didn't usually when they were at work, so it would make a nice change.

Wandering along the dark the corridor she wandered if they would get disturbed down here. It didn't look like anybody came down here often. So maybe Armen was being pretty clever. Ooh. There he was. In a stone alcove. oh. How very clever. "You wanted to see me Mr. Recard?" Isobel asked, a grin spreading across her face.

As Armen waited, he leaned agains the wall and looked up at the ceiling. That was not a good idea as it turned out because it looked as if gooey stuff was going to drip from it at any moment. Ignorance was definately bliss in a dungeon. He tapped his fingers on the wall behind him as he waited for Isobel to arrive.

Just as he thought of her, he heard footsteps coming along the corridor towards where he stood in the aclove. He heard her address him as Mr. Recard and chuckled himself, somewhat giving away the hiding place he was using. He stepped out quickly and seized her waste dipping her into a quick kiss.

Afterwards he pulled back, holding her still dipped and grinned, "Why yes Miss Montogue I needed to consult with you on that important matter." Ohhh work related humor.

Ooh. Now if she really didn't know where he was, Armen had just given it away. She smirked, slowing her pace down a little bit. Yup. She was just going to tease him now. Well she may as well. Aww. There he as. Isobel smiled at him, but was a little shocked when he dipped her into a quick. Well aren't we feeling romantic Armen. She smiled, holding onto his arms a little. Yeah. She really didn't want to end up on the floor. Definetly not on some dirty dungeon floor.

"Ooh...it must be very important." And private apparently. She grinned at him, and couldn't help but giggle. "And what would this matter be?"

He grinned as she smiled back at him. Her face was easy to read sometimes, and the look she was giving the ground from the corner of her still dipped head and eyes, Armen could tell she was ready to be lifted back up. He chuckled and then stood her back up and then pulled her gently into the hide-out.

"Oh just to see you, that's all." he nodded. It was important to him at least. He had been working hard all day, didn't he deserve a break? Besides he was the boss of Level Six he was going to see his girlfriend. "Oh and to rescue you from whatever stuff Bole was droning on about." he added teasingly.

Isobel giggled as he pulled her into the little hide-out. Oh they were really hiding today weren't they? At least he was department head, so it didn't really matter if he was caught. But she was only a junior...she could be in a lot of trouble. Haha. He better look after her if someone came down here. Although by the looks of it....it didn't look like anyone ever came down here.

Oh....Isobel smiled, leaning up on her tip toes, and kissing his cheek. "Mmm...I wanted to see you too." Well she always wanted to see him so. But he didn't need to know that. Oh. Isobel giggled, resting her forehead against his chest for a moment. "He does drone on...." He certainly hadn't done that when they'd dated. "Mmm...I think that makes you my knight in shining armour."

Armen stifled his chuckling as Isobel shot into the aclove with him and kissed his cheek. This was a right night hide-out he had found the other day. There was hardly anyone down here to start with and it was just ghasty horrible when one would enter, causing them not to want to stay very long.

He petted her head as she layed it into his chest, and began to speak of Vander. "Yeah I know, he's a right git if you ask me." How could someone break up with Isobel? It seemed right impossible in Armen's head. Ooh he was a knight now? He could take that. "Oh I am your knight in shininy armor." he said, his voice full of certainty.

Aww. He was petting her head. That kind of made her feel like she was four, but she did like it. She knew Armen really cared about her, enough to actually want to stay in a horrible dungeon with her. That was definetly commitment. She did pull away a little though, just incase someone did wander by. They did need to keep a bit of a professional image.

"He's really not that bad Armen..." She tried to convince him with a little shrug. Evander had been good enough to make her fall in love with him. That was a long time ago now, and she was trying to put it behind her. Armen was helping a lot with that. "Mmm..." She smiled at him. "A very handsome knight at that..." And she liked her knight a awful lot.

Ok she wasn't his child. Armen pulled his hand away from her hair and placed it on her cheek looking into the sad face she had been wearing for a moment. He kissed her cheek lightly and then stood back as she started to fend for him.

"Isobel how can you defend him when he treated you like he did. Or at least the way he ended it." he added bitterly. He didn't like to hear how he had treated her and especially since it was someone he had already disliked before he knew they had had a past.

He calmed down a bit once she approached him again and smiled smally when she talked about how handsome he was. "I am are I?" he asked her, looking at her face.

Isobel should've known that he was going to react like that. He had reacted that way when she'd first told him, when she'd cried on him. She really should've seen it coming. It did make her feel better about the situation though, because it was Finally nice that someone did care about her. It was about time.

Part of her wanted to tell him it was because she'd loved Evander. But she figured that wasn't what Armen wanted to hear. "Armen....he doesn't matter anymore." She shook her head, taking his hand in hers. "I'm with you, and that is all that matters..." He smiled at him. She really didn't want him to be bothered about Evander.

"Very..." Isobel smiled, kind of hoping that they weren't going to talk about Evander anymore. It was part of her history that she didn't want to think about anymore. "It's very hard for me to resist you."

Armen could feel his temper being put out like a fire as she added again ang again how her ex no longer was worth any of her attention. It was good because he had hoped she wasn't still feeling for him. The Transportation Head would have to go down to MLE and do something, he wasn't sure what, but he knew tackling would be involved.

"And thats all that matters to me too, Isobel." he nodded slowly. He was glad they were together for moments like this. As she mentioned his state as a knight, he chuckled loudly, not trying to hide it. "Oh you do?" he said between laughs. For some reason that just tickled him to no end.

Armen seemed to be calming down now, and Isobel liked that. She would hate for them to argue about her ex. Evander Bole held no importance in her life anymore, apart from the fact that he was her boss. That was all. She really cared about Armen now, and wouldn't hurt him like that. She knew what it was like to get hurt really badly by somebody that you really cared about. She liked Armen, and that was what mattered to her most.

"I'm glad..." He smiled, stroking his face gently. Armen already meant a lot of her, and she wanted to keep it that way. Ooh. Shush Armen someone was going to hear them! "Yes...but as you find it so funny, Maybe I will change my mind." She concluded, with a pout. Yes. Definetly changing her mind.

Amren was ready to completely drop the topic of Evander from their conversation now and was just ready to enjoy his time with his girlfriend...down here in a musty dungeon type corridor? Yeah it was still romantic. Beauty was in the eyes of the beholder after all.

Suddenly he felt her hand touch his cheek and slide down its stubble-ness. He stopped his giggling eventually and listened to her. Change her mind? Oh he would be good now! "Ok I will be quiet, it's just that...an image of myself in armor made me lose it." he said grinning widely.

Isobel couldn't help but giggle a little as she felt the stubble on his cheek. Oh, somebody needed a shave. Weirdly enough she didn't really mind though, because it looked good on him. He could pull it off. Mhmm. She liked it a lot. She smiled at him, letting her hand resting on his shoulder now.

"Actually..." Isobel grinned, now imagining him in a suit of armour. "Yes...that is quite a image." She agreed, refraining from giggling again. Boyy. She giggled far too much when she was around him. "I'm sure it'd protect you from Borr though..." Although maybe it not. Isobel was pretty glad she hadn't had the pleasure of meeting him yet.

Glad that armor was out of date nowadays and he didn't have to wear it and be forced to endure the embarassment of Isobel laughing at him all the time, not to mention himself if he passed a mirror, Armen coughed when Isobel mentioned Borr. It was the first time he had been brought up into their conversation.

"Oh Borr? Yeah he's not as bad as everyone thinks." he said rubbing her arm. "But that may just be me, he likes....us Administrative workers. The Department Heads you know?" Armen said calmly. She was going to find out about the Cult soon. It was becoming more and more public as the days passed.

Isobel didn't miss him cough when she mentioned Borr. She was an auror. She didn't miss anything, which might be pretty unfortunate to Armen. But he was dating her now, so it was something that he'd have to get used too. She smiled at her rubbed her arm. Armen was nice like that, she liked it. Quite a lot.

Borr wasn't that bad? Well Evander clearly had different views to Armen, but she decided against saying that. Evander Bole was no longer a part of this conversation. "Well...lucky me for dating a department head then....." She smirked at him. A very hot department head. "I've never met him.." She mused with a shrug. But she had heard quite a lot about him.

The mention of his feelings towards Borr seemed to peak Isobel's interest and he remembered that he needed to step lightly on that subject for now. There were still plenty of Anti-Cult gits roaming the Ministry telling people false accounts of what they were about and polluting the minds of the employees. Armen just didn't have the guts to inform his girlfriend of his spot in it all yet.

He instead turned his face into a smile and nodded genuinely. "You are lucky, Izzy and so am I for being able to date such an attractive Auror." He kissed her lightly again. What she said next sparked an idea in him. "Oh you haven't met our acting Minister yet? Well we can do that, I can introduce you two." he said his eyes growing wide with excitment. Maybe if she liked Borr and got to know him when Armen told her about the Cult stuff she would take it better.

Oh. Well he was a little vain wasn't he? Isobel shook her head, poking his chest a little. Well vanity wasn't bad that often, as long as he didn't do lots of it she didn't really mind. "But yeah...you are lucky." Izzy smirked, but her features softened when he kissed her. Mmm. She really did like kisses, they were nice. Although she could definetly think of a much better place to kiss than in some horrible dungeon. She was picking the meeting place next time.

"Nope..." But then she had been out of the country for 10 years, so it wasn't surprising to her really. Part of her really didn't want to meet him either, but if he liked Armen then that would work in her advantage right? Armen would protect her, he was sure of it. "That would be nice.." She nodded with a smile. It would be interesting to meet the acting minister for sure...

Heck yes Armen was lucky. He thanked the powers that be everyday that he had been in Diagon Alley that afternoon when he ran into Isobel. That was possible the happiest day of his recent life. Yeah becoming Department Head of course was nice, but his girlfriend made him extremely happy.

"Well, it's decided then, I will introduce you to Minister Borr. I expect I will need to meet with him soon anyways to report information from my Department." he nodded.

"Perfect." Isobel nodded with a smile. She just hoped that Minister would like her, because well by the way Evander went on the guy didn't like him. It would be an interesting meeting, but hopefully Armen would at least try to make Borr like her. Armen would work in her advantage right? well she really hoped so.

Mmm. Talking about his department made her realise that maybe they should get back to work. "On that note..." She mused, pulling away from him, and holding his hand. "We should probably go back to work..." Pout though. It was unfortunate.

"Good, a plan it is then." he grinned. He was sure that Borr would infact like Isobel. The large man did seem to have a soft spot for love. An example was Evander himself, Borr despises him but adores his girlfriend Moretti, the Hogwarts Healer. So there is no way Borr, who likes Armen, would have any qualms to hate Isobel whom he has never even met.

Then their little meeting was coming to an end. Armen was a bit sad but it was probably about time they got back. "I guess you are right, besides if we don't go back soon they may start sending someone to find us." he chuckled. That would be only too embarassing. He moved along as she stepped out of the aclove and walked back down the corridor of the dungeon-like space, still holding her hand.

She had needed a break from her desk and to stretch her legs. She had gotten lost in thought. So much was going on at home at the moment between the babies coming in the summer and now taking custody over Charely's nephew it was just a lot to take in so it wasn't a surprise when she had gotten pretty far from her desk and looked around. Now where was she.

Her thoughts were stopped by singing.. humming what was that really and she started walking towards it curious. She saw someone up ahead so it was someone whistling a bit off key. She chuckled as he seemed to have been walking a bit to close to the wall. She would have felt bad if he really hit it, but he didn't so it could be chuckled at.

"Excuse me that doesn't have anything new in there about that trial where the lady escaped does it?" She was hoping maybe there would be some new information. Her step son was at Hogwarts and her own son in Australia so she worried about where this witch could be.
