| | |  Grand Reopening Lounge (04/23/2012 - 5/10/2012)
 As you enter, you notice that the center of the shop has been temporarily redecorated to hold its grand re-opening event. Couches and loveseats have been added around the store, as well as small, round tables filled with refreshments and snacks for the guests. The counter still sits at the heart of the shop, but several small gift bags, containing a number of products samples, have been added to it. All guests are invited to take one gift bag of beauty goodies to try out the new products. There are three different types of bags, a pink, a purple, and a white one, and all contain assorted products. The pink one contains: Bronze Me Golden, Not-so-sleeping beauty, Lash Blast Potion, Rapunzel Rapunzel, Flavour Changing Lip gloss by Ellsberry; The purple one contains: Humidity Immunity Potion, Perfect Vision Potion, Sunburn Unburn, Isphere Spectrum, Skin-Brightening Foundation Potion by Ellsberry; And finally the white one contains: Porcelain Perfect potion, Pimple Poofer, Heat Protection Potion, Hair colour changing potion, Gallerina Nail polish by Ellsberry. Feel free to look over them and choose whichever one you want!
At the center of the counter there is a large cauldron filled with beauty potions, enough of them to last for a whole year. If you're interested in it, ask the shopkeeper or her assistant about a raffle ticket. You might just be the lucky one to win enough potions to turn an entire hag colony into veelas. The aisles with all of the products are still easily accessible on the sides for people to browse through them, which they are encouraged to do. In the very back of the shop, against the magical beauty emergencies room, a podium has been added with two small displays, one on each side of the podium, with the name Ellsberry on it, containing several different products and small samples. For now, everyone is encouraged to come in, mingle, ask questions, and look around. The shopkeeper is standing by the front door awaiting her special guests... " Thank you, you look good too.Your sister is beautiful by the way." But it seemed a lot of pretty people were walking around the shop today.
Oh Bryce was coming over to them. Well this wasn't at all..awkward. "Thank you Bryce, you look good too." She refused to look at the shoes. Why didn't he wear the new ones she got him? "Dell this is Bryce, Bryce this is Dell." She cleared her throat. "So how are you both enjoying the event?"

...or was that an overly friendly greeting? Seemed improper really, considering he thought he was about to engage Ms. Dacosta in conversation.
And even worse that this man was insulting suits everywhere with his shoes.

Mm. Indeed. His sister was a sight this day. "Both of them," Dell loyally gestured towards his other sister. "I'll tell them you said so." Probably. His sisters were sort of... mad at him a lot. Sometimes it was just easier not to speak with them. But compliments would likely go well.
Bryce... Bryce... why did that sound familiar? Regardless, Dell offered a hand to ... this man familiar with Layla...
He raised his eyebrow at Ms. Dacosta's question. How was he enjoying this event? Well... that was yet to be seen, really. He had, after all, come only because she mentioned he should. He also cleared his throat. "It's a good turnout," was a safe, non-committal reply.

He would be more careful with his word choice from now on.
What? He frowned at her softly. "I travel because it's my job. It has nothing to do with you, Kat." Sure he'd returned sooner than expected to work last assignment, but still. Nikos didn't want her blaming herself for anything. Slipping an arm around her, he nodded his head over towards the aisles. "What do you say we get to your shopping, then head out for food?" That would get her smiling again, yeah?

She sort of pouted at him, but got a grip on it before he could tell. She shrugged her shoulders, not really paying attention to where he was leading her. She was so worried for a second there. They circled the counter and ended up near the Beauty Care Potions Aisle, she looked at the long shelves extending in front of her nose, thousands of potions bottle shinning and glimmering in a seductive way, appealing to her.
She swallowed, and turned her back at them, holding the big bag tighter in her hand.
"I don't think I'll be shopping today, I have the gift bag to try some of the products out, I'll definitely return though.. and by the way, I know your travel had everything to do with me" she added that last bit as if she was commenting on a rather interesting product.
She went around Nikos and put both her hands on his back, pushing him around the store, down to the front door. Her heels clicking behind her as she tried push him. After all he wasn't small. On her way to the door they passed by a couple of couples. Merlin, this place if full of loving couples talking about dates and love.. She sneaked a peek under her lashes to Nikos, who she was now side by side.
"We should go get that bite you were talking about, I've been eating nothing other than canned food for the last week, look at me!" she pinched the side of her face as if to demonstrate how thin she was.

A part of him wanted to protest the not shopping, that was why the came after all, but the rest of her words had him biting back his words. Only just. She would never stop blaming herself, and he really couldn't see how he could stop her.
And he WASN'T small by any definition of the word.
Nikos was tall and built enough that he wouldn't have to put up any fight at all to keep in one spot... but she wanted him to move. So he did without any fight, careful of how he moved around others and mindful of her at his back.
"Really?" He slipped his arm behind her while using the other to hold open the door for her, slightly shocked that she still didn't cook anything real. And slightly amused. Heh. "Then lets eat light, and I can cook you something when we get home."
